From watching and/or listening to Fox News every day, I sense that they are (post-election) attempting to move more towards the "center" now, by criticizing Joe Biden and Democrats. But it's very awkward for the on-air people to be Liberal-friendly and Conservative-friendly at the same time. You can see it in their faces and hear it in their voices.

Well, the Westminster sign is up in Oxford circus (W1)... I checked on Street view.
I don't see comms like this very often. It kind of reminded me of the Olympics.
I don't know if it is pointing at a FF itself... more a message to the Elites to get to their checkpoints ASAP... veiled in a high visibility advert.
