Also, why spend money on campaign events? That’s why they went for the kills of Graham and McConnell— they didn’t need to spend money on campaign rallies.

There is starting to be a blame game going on among conservatives I don’t like: and it basically blames any who didn’t vote Trump or encourage their friends to vote Trump. Even if the 1-2% had voted Trump instead of JoJo, we’d be in the same spot.

Covid was manufactured for mail-in ballots. Mail-in ballots were needed to beat Trump. Rules were changed ONLY because of Covid. Covid not only has stolen your rights and liberty, and literally muzzled people... it was the mechanic that stole an election.

Fauci is complicit here. Don’t be fooled. It was all part of their plan.

Hi Parksy!

POTUS has done a few (if not many) press conferences where he starts 17 minutes late!

My take is that they usually refer to the MAP... if he has tweeted the presser then take the length of the video as a post number - e.g. 36:25 mins would be #3625, or #36 and #25.

The more 17 references, such as start, length etc. then the more important the reference to the MAP.

If there are 25 or 55 references then usually means to look out for a steer in the video content; such as a hand movement or a stressed phrase or number.


Glad to hear the daily updates are also useful.

Are there limitations of what legal action can be taken against a president-ELECT?

I.e. If Biden and his MSM just declare him president elect does it give him further protections?

I presume also that, were he to make it past inauguration day, he could not be taken down for 4 years.

That's the staggering problem. The math doesn't lie, mostly because the fraud was created with math and not teeeveee, but the numbers only make common core sense (see why common core???).

Way to early for panicking for sure. Here is my take:

We are in the ten days of darkness. Why?

Doj cant begin election fraud investigations until 11/13/2020 that is 10 days from election day.

Typically states would have their votes counted canvassed and certified by that time.

The next date I will be watching for is 12/08/2020.

Why?

Because that is the safe harbour date. Any state that fails to submit their certified vote to congress by that date is now open to having its vote litigated/decided by congress.

We should hear from Q arround the same time the doj makes it's official announcement on election fraud investigations.

That gives the doj a few weeks to investigate while the states are going through their canvas and certification process.

I would hate to be any state that fails to meet the safe harbour deadline, but boy howdy canvasing and certification of fraudulent votes with CISA, the doj, and DHS watching is going to be hard.

Miss the safe harbour deadline and congress controls your votes, or try and canvas and certify fraudulent votes under the watchful eye of the doj, cisa, and dhs?

Man I don't envy any of these shadey election officials.

For those asking for proof of fraud there should be only one answer.

The doj can't investigate allegations of election fraud until 11/13. The states have until 12/8 to submit their certified vote to congress to meet the safe harbour deadline. The doj, cisa, and DHS have between 11/13 and 12/8 to investigate election fraud, so let's talk on 12/8.

There's no answer to that question though it's probably, "he's subject to the same laws and process as the rest of us"

The DOJ has taken a position that a *sitting* president cannot be indicted, prosecuted or jailed for a crime *while sitting as president*, but that's just an opinion not really based on anything.

There's also no answer, can a former president be prosecuted criminally for crimes he committed in office (whether or not related to his duties) or is he immune from everything, or is congressional impeachment for "high crimes and misdemeanors" meant to cover executive crimes

It just hasn't happened.

Congressmen, on the other hand, have immunity from "arrest" while Congress is in session, and in going to/from D.C. to their districts, except for treason, felony, and breach of the peace. That's written in Article 1, section 6 though - a very specific provision that's absent from Article 2 (dealing with the executive).

It doesn't mean they can't be charged, it just means they can't be arrested (and one assumes but doesn't know, can't be put on trial during session, as the purpose of the provision is so that their Congressional duties are performed above all else)

Thank you for posting this. I already viewed it but couldn't get on to ATS from my laptop until now.

Here's what I took away from this:


On November 16, 2018, Trump created CISA (Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency), which is under the Dept of Homeland Security.

It is created specifically and purposely for protecting critical infrastructure. DHS determined that all methods of voting are
"critical infrastructure".

Thomas Wictor says Trump supporters are looking at this the wrong way, as usual (He spanked us, LOL) and that we don't understand Trump. We have really underestimated him. He KNEW about the fraud.

Certain people (he can't name them) messed with the critical infrastructure (throwing ballots away, creating new ones, etc...) and have now created a national security issue.

They made the mistake by relying on paper ballots. The FBI can tell what printers were used and it will take only about 2 days to figure this out.

Trump is creating lots of noise by suing and going through the courts. This distracts attention from CISA.

What then will probably happen is FBI will raid the states and seize the ballots OR it goes up to the courts and it's ruled that states can't be trusted with national elections and Republicans now get armed Federal agents as escorts to oversee a recount as to which they can observe and examine each and every ballot.

This whole process ends up electing Trump as the winner.

All the people who engaged in this election fraud will spend many years in prison.

What he says is the "methods of voting" are deemed critical infrastructure under DHS, when you mess with critical infrastructure, it becomes a National Security Issue.

The vested authority DHS now has is to treat the methods of voting as a National Security Issue.
