I was just thinking the same thing. Our enemies are nuts. I wouldn't put anything radical like tattoos past them.

Yep. Except will be Baal Gates invisible Quantum dot tattoo...ID2020. A year or two from now we could be at full bloody War or helpless subjugated sheep.
