The continual reinvention of programming languages is IMO a gimmick to force out experienced people so that cheaper hires can be brought on board.

Additionally, the continued march of operating systems and programs that don't seem to add much each generation but force one to relearn and that is just to suck money up like a vacuum from the sheeple hoards who have to keep getting certified for all the new stuff that no-one wanted in the first place.

Now it happens all the time with mobile devices. Oh dear 5.0 is here and in a couple of years 3.0 and 4.0 will cease to work. Upgrade please and thanks for the $$$$$$$$$$

Supposedly that is the case. Flynn was on vacation in the Dominican Republic I believe. He was still taking calls with foreign agents while on vacation.

That was probably the easiest deployment ever. The Comfort was never more than 10% occupied. Lots of supplies ready for the next virus related Hoax.

I think what is important is that Trump made sure support and supplies were in place and available. He did it as quickly as he could.

Better to be prepared and have no need for resources than to have nothing and be completely overwhelmed.

Either way, he is blasted for whatever he does or does not do. It's like holding a double-edged sword in his hands. All the way around he gets cut.

Asheville the home of the Biltmore. Seems like a wonderful place when I visited. I love the Biltmore wines. I have family 100 miles or so south of there on the Cherokee reservation. The cue ball (white ball) must have just been struck, because it has a Left/Right blur due to linear movement.

If intended to be code for something (of which I am skeptical) my guess is that the message is Q is moving (in transit). Or it means Q was struck down, or it’s a reference to Peter Strzok... or something to that effect.

The bothersome thing about GenX, and "affirmative action", is that it didn't affect people who actually did get their jobs thru the "old boy network". Instead quotas were met thru discriminating against new hires, people like me. We know the executive's kids had no problem getting hired.

I took a standardized test for the phone company where mom worked, the type where you do stuff like fold boxes in your head, and I scored in the top few percent....as usual when I took similar test for armed services, and other aptitude tests. Well, I got called into the interview, and they said "sorry, you didn't score high enough". I was like wtf, and they explained how points were added/deducted based on RACE...I could never score high enough.

So, when people tease my generation about "living in mom's basement", I cringe and feel empathy. This kind of reductive analysis does nothing to consider how different jobs/economy and housing market varies from decade to decade. Taking mom's example, she was a diligent corporate worker typical of the Silent Generation. She started with the classic telecom operator position and "worked" her way up to a very good middle management position. She didn't want to hear about it, but received all of her numerous promotions in the 1970's based on....being a woman.

So no, is America representative of freedom and equal opportunity? Not even close.
