BTW - something else has changed on Twitter in last 24 hours:

When you scroll through @realdonaldtrump tweets and click on a Retweet, you used to get the retweet ID in the status bar and then the retweeted ID when you click through to that.

Now clicking on the retweet just brings up the retweeted tweet - meaning you can't get to the @realdonaldtrump retweet, or it's timestamp!

I think, in theory, this is censoring POTUS?

When the goons are taken out, new ones have to be recruited, and what better place to find recruits than violent criminals you let out.

Sorry, I'm behind and playing catch-up, but I wanted to give my thoughts on this.

Awhile back I was reading up on the Teapot Dome Scandal trial and it gave me a new perspective on the timing of these events we are all following. That trial was apparently (memory) the only trial to ever land a cabinet level official in prison. And it took seven years of hearings and whatnot to get the thing "resolved." The investigation was led by the Senate. We don't have much history with these sorts of things (finding high level officials guilty of crimes). I guess we occasionally get the corrupt congressman or two, but nothing like a POTUS or a VP. If it took seven years to get the only cabinet level executive official in our nation's history I think taking down Obama and Biden in three years would be nothing short of miraculous. But to each their own.

I appreciate what you do on ATS, Gambler, so please don't take this post as a criticism of you. I just thought others may find it as interesting as I did. 7 years to complete the investigation/trials. Led by the Senate (I found this interesting too considering all of the talk awhile back -- not necessarily here, but just in general -- about how investigations led by committees never go anywhere and it's the DOJ that needs to be investigating).

IMO, if Trump gets this done in his first term it will be damn near a bona fide miracle.

I love your post because a big part of me is all about space and moving out among the stars. This one that caught your eye though made me laugh and not in a really good way.

Protecting historic sites and artifacts will be just as important in space as it is here on Earth. Therefore, under Artemis Accords agreements, NASA and partner nations will commit to the protection of sites and artifacts with historic value.

For some reason I just dont see man in general, much less corporate man giving a opossums tail about destroying a possible artifact. Who is going to stop them? Who is going to even know what is or isnt an artifact? Just stepping on the moon or any planet in the future, I would think everything at that point would all be artifacts to us.

A whole lot can happen in space that we would never know about. It would be the equivalent of the wild west all over for years again.

If there is money to be made, I really dont see man tippy toeing around to not ruin a boring ol artifact. Especially with nobody looking over their shoulder to make sure they dont. I expect a LOT of opsies... and a bunch of trial and error.

Looks good on paper though!
