What the hell is going on? Are those going berserk with "the sky is falling" emotional ranting right? Are those who remain calm and view things from a more grounded POV idiots who fail to understand the berserker is right? Let's take a look. Previously we looked at TIME ALL-IS-ONE MANIFESTING GROUNDWORK PERCEPTIONand now well see how timelines and POV function here.

What I see erupting at the moment are various agendas and collective dark and light timeline expressions being exposed at one time. China infiltration, Dark Lords Virus/Armageddon plans, Dark Lords financial collapse, Dark Lords hate for DJT, but I also see Financial Change, Control Change, Q-team actions behind the scenes, forced Self-Reflection, increased exposure of eneMedia with Humans As Currency being a key factor in what is going down.

I also see a reveal of misplaced energy (celebs/sports), religious manipulation being revealed, folks needing to work together and of course those going berserk. And if you go to a 40,000 POV you can see even more. All valid POV's depending on one's personal experience, but NOT all are cross-valid to each individual depending on POV adopted. We're not all going to see the same thing and this not only how it should be, it is how it really is. Some are getting sick, some are losing money, some are happy, some are sad etc... all valid.

Timelines.

There are two types of timelines for our purposes here. The collective and the singular or individual. A collective creates a consensus of sorts, but that consensus is not an agreement on what this picture reveals to each, only that something is there to be observed.



Old lady, young lady are both valid, as is a "neither." The consensus is the picture itself, not the interpretation. So a timeline of the collective has many variables, but can be seen as river where a near infinite number of variations flow through a larger whole. Imagine this river containing millions of tiny rivers.



Now one's personal timeline is the same, a personal river containing millions of variations. On Earth we have a huge river containing millions of variations, containing the individual timeliness of millions of people, containing millions of personal variations. Complex. That's why this entire Planetary Experience right now is so bonkers.

So can one just jump from one timeline to another because something something timelines? Well, look at the river. In our reality it is sort of a containment. The Freewill part of the adventure began at the head of the Collective River, with the Soul's desire to make it to the bottom. So the containment is by choice, but choices WITHIN the containment are possible, to a degree (see manifestation for more)

We jump timelines points everyday. One may may watch berserker teeeveee fear mongering all day and think "I'll manifest a virus like they demand I do." But after a night's sleep one decides not to. How many folks manifest a timeline of Cancer, but after one treatment decided the cure was worse then the disease and jump timelines to remission within moments.

Here is where things get really crazy. You yourself have many timeline streams going at one time. Life is the main one, but along the way you might have a 4 year college one, a child one, a homeless one, a cancer one and more. Those timelines all have fruition points, life = 80 years, kids=18+, college=4 etc. Even more mind blowing, you have many incarnations in which Soul is directing a sorts of other timeline configurations.



Can we Q-uantum leap a timeline, say out of Earth to Venus? Well, it is possible, but Soul's patterning may see the "desire" as a foolish lark rather than a purposeful choice. But, if one wants, then one can, with enough focus and drive, one can create a Venus timeline with your personality. Will others see you do this? Will others see us jump from Earth to Venus? No, it's not a consensus event, and doing two or more people in a Quantum Jump without a mechanical system is pretty much impossible from our POV.

Back to the collective river. So what about the timeline of all of us here on Earth. Well, this is where the POV matters. Insightful write Michael Tamura tells a personal story of being in a bank during a robbery. He genuinely thought the whole thing was hilarious so he just stood there laughing. The robbers ignored him and left. The FBI came and figured he was part of the gang because no one would act like that in a robbery. In his case there was the Robbers POV, the Bank Personnel, the FBI's and Michael's which didn't match the others. Eyewitness = whole new meaning.

The Matrix Control system needs a singular POV to function optimally. Berserkers are The Matrix's best friend, they fuel the fear, fuel the hate, the panic TP buying and generally distort any POV that does not comport with "the sky is falling" but they are NOT the only POV. As awareness expands, one begins to see all angles and things start to look different as one rotates the POV. (The singular POV repeated over and over again without growth reveals m.A.L.I.C.E.)



So what the hell is going on at the moment? For the first time in my time on earth the eneMedia is NOT controlling the narrative entirely. Q: "you are the news."

So why does this matter? The eneMedia has been using their "power" for sometime to control the consensus timeline AND the individual POV's, thereby controlling the reality created. Folks are seeing the reality from their personal POV more and more, and it causes folks to go berserk if they have neither done this before AND/OR demand the external authority system to validate their POV. For many seeing their own POV creates separation, as family & friends demand a berserk POV response to China Flu and refusal to comply is simply heresy.

The challenge at the moment in the QAnon world is not succumbing to the need to force one's POV upon everyone, but to share POV's in a civilized manner as POV's are in flux, unstable and even difficult to impart to others. The world is changing, right now, so being flexible in POV's is not a curse or a failure to accept the normal, but the ONLY way to navigate things. The Consensus Matrix Control System has managed the collective POV's and individual POV's long enough, stop giving it that power already.

The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative has bankrolled a California ballot proposition to change Proposition 13 for the 2020 general election, which would require commercial and industrial properties statewide to be assessed for taxation purposes at market rate. Mark Zuckerberg serves as the CEO, chairman, and controlling shareholder of Facebook, Inc., which is primarily based in California.

The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative is not a charitable trust or a private foundation but a limited liability company which can be for-profit, can spend money on lobbying, can make political donations, does not have to disclose its pay to its top five executives and has fewer other transparency requirements compared to a charitable trust. Under this legal structure, as Forbes wrote it, "Zuckerberg will still control the Facebook shares owned by the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative".

This is what Prop 13 states:

Section 1. (a) The maximum amount of any ad valorem tax on real property shall not exceed one percent (1%) of the full cash value of such property. The one percent (1%) tax to be collected by the counties and apportioned according to law to the districts within the counties.

Closing this loophole is estimated to raise up to $269 million annually in new tax revenue. In 2015 and 2018, Republican efforts to fix this loophole were stalled by Democratic state legislators in legislative committee. Don Perata, former California senate leader, says this loophole is left open by his party to create justification for ending Proposition 13. The "split roll" would go beyond closing this loophole by mandating the reassessment of commercial properties at most every three years, at a rate to be determined by the California Legislature.

Opponents say the measure targets the large commercial beneficiaries of Proposition 13 which would weaken the political coalition defending the law, invariably leading to a full repeal of Proposition 13. To show you how sneaky these people are with this sort of thing...they introduced a bill in the California Primary under the same name - Prop 13 - that was a bond raise for schools. People said that the reason it was defeated was because Californian residents would oppose any changes to Prop 13.

"Jon Coupal, president of the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association, stated, "Currently, there are strict limits on how much bond debt local school districts are allowed to carry. But a hidden provision of Prop. 13 (2020) nearly doubles the limits school districts can borrow. This means huge increases in property taxes are a near certainty. Who pays property taxes? We all do, either directly in property tax bills or through higher rents and other costs. Unlike the Prop. 13 from 1978, this Prop. 13 puts all taxpayers at risk of higher taxes."

So...they ran this campaign in the presidential primary with the knowledge that it was probably going to be defeated due to the association that voters had with the original Prop 13, so that when the general election comes around in November, they can introduce the real change to Prop 13 under a completely different name.

Ask yourself why Facebook would be a champion of increasing commercial property tax? Because it forces people to run businesses from home and online, where they can track and sell on the data to competitors. When you're at work in a bricks and mortar cafe/restaurant/shop, there's a whole section of your day missing. Then after three years, when people are forced into working from home - boom, your house is now classified as a commercial property! Sorry, you've just been evicted!
