This is the reason we will never get a clear picture of this pandemic -- the good ole USA doesn't have the test capability.

we will only have the count of those needed to be hospitalized. Go home "self quarantine" is not working as a message, people need to be told you have it, don't give it to anyone else, you may KILL them.

They skip testing so the confirmation of cases doesn’t rise. Making the Fatality numbers rise with minimal cases........ not hard to see

I also suspect a lot of dead folks had the virus blamed for their demise on top of other things that were more likely, such as heart disease, congestive heart failure, etc. Being that cardiovascularly weak, you can die from a simple COMMON cold as it is.

It gives rise to false blame and is an inaccurate cause of death that skews the numbers to higher counts than they should be. The cold, CV or common, didn't kill someone, their failing heart did.

Talked to someone working in a NYC Hospital. She said the situation where she is is "dire."

Overflowing with sick people.

Her shift she personally tested 10 people 8 were positive.

Many have ARDS. She didn't specify if this was the new ones she tested or just all the patients.
