I know about the brain nervous system , but the digestive system, what part does it affect , it is known that digestive system consists of the gastrointestinal tract plus the accessory organs of digestion, so I wonder what part it attacks. This sounds very serious due to many " tunnels " of directions that can be infected.

All our schools just closed,
bars, restaurants closed
all events cancelled
sports games cancelled
sport and recreational clubs closed
movie theaters closed
recreational gatherings forbidden
all but food and drugstores closed in weekends
Lot's of European countries announced the same sort of measures this evening.
No one is calling it a lockdown.

I have read reports (unsubstantiated) of patients losing their autonomic breathing response due to interference from the virus.. scary, if true.

They have to speak very carefully.
The one main thing they are trying to avoid is sudden panic.
They have to let it out bit by bit, if possible.
