So I’m curious what the word is today out of China . Has there been a complete blackout or information? Is life getting better ?

When a complete prefecture is said to stay indoors, well, it may take a few hours to post what I want to. Japanese to English is not that all easy. Anyway, Americans are being misled what is happening on the world stage. I don't think what you think about this either.

He's lucky that he had the influence of his position to be able to contact all those esteemed agencies. It's too bad regular citizens don't have that same benefit.

Thats what i've been saying ,the convenience stores here now have infected people working there, they are now closing. Check the internet if in doubt. Now just imagine the grocery stores in America with the same problem. People , truly I'm not giving you a line of bs . this has has happen in Hokkaido, japan

My response is... does it change anything?

The hospital still needs to treat the symptoms, regardless. Whether or not its Corona shouldn't be an issue, there is not a fix it fluid available for it, so might as well just carry on normally in treating the patient.

There is a big difference in whether it is Corona virus or not.

Different diseases have different infection management protocols, depending on how contagious they are and how they spread.

Since this has so many similar symptoms to the flu, it would be a big mistake for the hospital that is seeing you to just treat the symptoms and disregard the cause.

I'm wondering how it affects insurance payments for certain treatments. If HIV drugs are working great elsewhere.... are we even going to use them here due to insurance barriers? So if you test positive and insurance denies coverage for an HIV antiviral that worked to get you better..... you'd be able to show that it works for COVID19. But if you don't test and are just diagnosed with pneumonia yet the HIV drugs saved you because your doc knew you had COVID...... insurance won't pay. This is just a scenario I've thought about so who knows but it's one thing that would worry me.

In addition to that since this is a new virus having ALL the data possible helps us stop it. The less we know how it transmits etc... doesn't help us.
