So if things go bad, and stores are closed for weeks or months, what about prescription meds?
I am sure on a small scale, getting people their meds will be possible, but over a larger scale, probably not.
Some rely on insulin, BP drugs, others. If we can't go to the local pharmacy, will they start home delivery? What if all the delivery folks are sick, or unwilling to work?

When did you discover that you are positive for coronavirus ?
"I got a fever after a night at work: bone pain, light cough, treated like flu, tachipirine and mucolytic."
But she hasn't healed ...
«Every day I got worse. I called 112, but I hadn't had contact with infected people. After 9 days of high fever my children called back a little angry. The ambulance arrived, they were all in overalls ... »
That day Codogno was already a red zone.
«I had a first hospitalization in Cremona in a polyclinic used as a field hospital with camp beds. I did the first tests there. When I got the result they sent me to the infectives ».
What did you think when they told you the diagnosis?
“It felt like being in a circle of hell. They tell you but you don't understand what awaits you and it's better this way. The cure kills you. Bend your body, the stomach ache with nausea and vomiting is excruciating, the fever makes you burn. "
And how are you now?
«Monday was my worst day. Powerless in front of my husband's hospitalization, in subintensive therapy in Lodi. I saw no way out. I felt suffocated. I wanted to scream, because my dad is already in hospital in Lodi ... »
For coronavirus?
"Pneumonia, still has no outcome of the swab."
Did you wonder how Covid-19 contracted?
«The caretaker of my granddaughter's school was positive. I spoke to her morning and afternoon. The employee of the RSA where I work has also been infected and hospitalized here in Cremona. But I found out later. Or I took it elsewhere without knowing it ... »
Do you have information in hospital about what's going on around you?

And the doctors?
«They come in the morning for the visit and are kind and helpful. The staff also, but has willingness to enter as little as possible. Sometimes they knock on the glass ... »
Who's in the room with her?
«A much younger lady, she has been hospitalized for 12 days. It got worse, we can't speak. Eating too ... you would like to finish it, but after two spoons you are already nauseated ».
What do you think to overcome this moment?
«To my two children, to my husband. He is 58 years old, with his beautiful blue eyes he has cheered up our lives since we got married. In May it will be 33 years ... To my 8 year old granddaughter who sent me a drawing by phone. He reproduced the room and the therapies, all with the imagination. Do you understand now? »
Thing?
"I hope I have been clear: this is not a trivial influence."

Firstly check where these are produced. Are you sure it is produced near enough to make sure it even can be delivered?
And what about the ingredients. Are you sure those are available? I would be far more concerned about the front of the line than the actual delivery to the ones in need.
