I'm starting to think MME is right, the sig block just can't show apostrophes.

No, apostrophes don't show up in signatures. Don't give it another thought! It's so OT and no one really cares!

No, it's progressive terrorism. Liberals are condoning this via twitter. Track them down via their social media and give them a one way ticket to a FEMA camp.

It is odd. He was alert in the video when they wheeled him off and then later reported as being in "stable" condition. Now, critical after surgery. You'd think surgery would improve things at least. Maybe he lost a lot of blood? There were reports of them using a belt for a tourniquet at the field.

They used a tourniquet on someone else. Scalise was shot in the hip. You can't apply a tourniquet there.

Him being listed as critical after surgery isn't necessarily suspect just because he was talking before. I wish we could get a doctor in here to explain all the ins and outs of the "condition" labels.

Aside from the shooting spree, this guy could've been any number of leftists I know personally.

Seriously? What kind of leftists do you hang out with? Republicans have been involved in mass shootings before but I don't think of all Republicans that way.

The shooter was a Sanders supporter, but Bernie strongly condemned his actions.

A .223 remington with expanding bullets does MASSIVE damage to flesh.

Now that you mention it yours has a typo too. Where are you from?

Two actually...I wonder if apostrophes don't show up in signatures.

Off topic🤗( to everyone )
But punctuation marks don't work in the signature lines.
It's coding. Look at mine.

As far as the gunman goes. Why can't we keep these guys alive to get answers anymore.🙄

I think they used a tourniquet on the aide... but yeah, that shocked me too when I saw him listed as critical.

The most extreme have the loud voices. The believe that their way is the only way and through intermediation and fear they force the narrative . It's why lots of good people are dems but the dem party looks so bad. Same with the repub, lots of good people being shouted (and voted) down. Third party is the only logical direction for the political survival of the united states. At least that's how I see things. At this point the 2 parties are no longer worried about what the people want, no it's power they crave. A good politician is one that will even if it ends their career will do whats right for the people. What we have to chose from right now is anything but.

Rep. Roger Williams is speaking now. He says they believe Trey Kelly was shot at first. He commented that they were all sitting ducks. Reading between the lines, I guarantee that he and others will be armed from now on.

Femoral artery in the leg lots of others in the hip. You can easily die from a shot in the hip or leg.

I could give a flying # what Sanders thinks or says.

Talk is cheap.

Crap like this is going to happen more and more.

About the only word worth paying attention to is, "Duck" when the next asshole decides to go shooting.

This has been fomenting for quite some time.

You would think in the current political climate every politician would be armed and trained in how to use them.

What reason do you have to suggest this is going to happen more and more?

Apparently whoever reported him as "stable" didn't know what they were talking about, because American Medical Association tells doctors not to use that term. I've heard people reported as "critical but stable" before and all kinds of combinations. I think they should stick to the legit terminology.

Earlier it was reported that Chris Coons was now going to conceal carry on a permanent basis.

I was surprised that, apparently none of the GOP Congressman or aides at the crime scene had a weapon. Maybe left in their cars?

A hollow point 223 round will blow a hole the size of a softball into a coyote if the bullet hits a bone and fragments. I hope he makes it, hopefully he got to the trauma center in time. Getting hit with a high velocity expanding point rifle round is a lot different than getting hit with a handgun round.

I actually didn't hear 'stable,' what I heard was that he would 'recover.'

Now, he's critical.

(Not that he can't recover even though he's critical, right now.)
