Deny Ignorance.
If you believe OP is wrong, I ask you to come up with a rebuttal to his claims with FACTS. Not opinion.
Please be specific, and come prepared. He did.
Peace
Deny Ignorance?? First words that sucker said were: "islam is terrorist religion" + his facts are not facts at all, just copy/paste from another anti-islamic website, I bet he is going around promote his buddism and trash islam. Best evidence he provided is few hadith stories and there is over 600000 hadiths and only 3- 4 thousands are accepted as trustable but still have big question mark on them, so even trustable are not so 'trustable'. For people who does know nothing about religions thats enough and there is a LOT of anti-mislims here just waiting for these kind of post just to flag it without a minute of research.edit on 20-8-2013 by Sonny2 because: (no reason given)
Don't let it deter you from speaking your peace. I for one am grateful for the In-Depth knowledge you have provided.

Sunni Islam is evil and its adherents are too. Only the Shia understand true Islam. People like you who do not understand the evil that is inherent to Sunni Islam are out of the loop. Sunnis will Hassan chop you, eventho you try and act like you are so politically correct and that you want to supplicate yourself before the Prophet. Sunni Muslims are evil and they are not followers of true Islam. Iran leads the call of actual Islam thank Allah for the clerics and curse those Western infidels like you who absolve the evil Sunni kaffirs.edit on 20-8-2013 by irontyrant because: (no reason given)edit on 20-8-2013 by irontyrant because: (no reason given)
Just because the OP decided to do an In-Depth report on Islam doesn't mean ATS has an agenda against Islam....
Many Religions have their pitfalls, including Christianity. There are many questionable religions like Islam, Christianity, and even Scientology. ALL are held to a higher scrutiny here on ATS.

how about some authentication that Ali r.a. had compiled a Qur'an and refused to share it, keeping it for just his decendants?
Narrated by Abu Dharr al-Ghifari:
When 'Umar (after he became caliph) asked Ali for his mus'haf so that it could be subjected to review and changes, he said: O Abul/Hasan, bring the Qur'an that you had brought before Abu Bakr so that we decide about it.
Ali replied: It is impossible; there is no way to it. I had brought it to Abu Bakr in order to complete my duty upon you so that you will not be able to say on the Day of Resurrection "we had no information about it," or would make the pretext that "you did not bring it to us." Certainly the Qur'an which is with me will not be touched by anyone except the pure, the awsiya (successors) among my offspring.
"Umar said: Is there a specific time for showing it.
Ali answered: Yes when the Qa'im (Standing One / Upholder) from my lineage rises, he will reveal it, make mankind follow it and implement the (Prophet's) sunnah on its basis.

This thread only lists the superficial reasons why I left Islam:
Islam seemed to provide answers to doctrinal questions that left other religions speechless, as well as laying out a wonderful moral code.
I followed Islam according to the As-Salaf As-Saalih Mathab, also know as Salaf, but better known as Wahabism
Yes, the same as followed by Osama bin Laden
Understanding the true meaning of Love, Global Human Unity, Peace, Forgiveness, and Mercy, I slowly weened myself off of Islam

Bihar al-Anwar is the most well-rounded and comprehensive Hadith collection among all sects of Islam, consisting of 110 volumes. The information comes from this collection:
