GZ is screwed. There's no way that any court will allow someone to walk that stalks someone to the point of confrontation with the result of death. Any precedent like that any America will burn in it's own anger.

SOme people need to wake up. Young men have made violent gestures on social networks for decades. They have also had photos of weapons and women with pneumatic chests. I did also. The fact is 99% of us grew up to become law abiding citizens who are more likely to speak out about violence than start it.

You mean to tell me that you would not confront someone who is following you? Coward...Martin stood his ground and was killed for it. Zimmerman will go to jail,,the facts show he followed a kid he assumed was up to no good...now how did he assume that? How did he know that the kid was not a relative of any of the neighbors there..there were black neighbors there but he also could have been friends or related to some of the white folks there. Did he know Martin's dad?

He was an unofficial neighborhood watch...since the tenants did not want him watching out for them.

Zimmerman following Martin like that was a VERY stupid thing to do.
If someone were doing that to me I'd be calling the cops on him.

But the crime was the actual confrontation
Either Zimmerman jumped Martin ... making Zimmerman the perp.
Or Martin jumped Zimmerman ... making Martin the perp.

If there were a law against stupidity causing a deadly situation .. Zimmerman would be guilty for sure.

I'm thinking Zimmerman will get manslaughter. That'd be my guess.
I have no idea who jumped who ... but I think that's the way it'll go down.
Punishment for being stupid and following Martin around when he should have

here is the problem..if someone is aggressively following you, you will feel threatened and respond by engaging the follower or getting away from the follower...TM ran..and GZ is heard on tape telling the dispatcher “#, he’s running"...He then followed the kid after he ran....SO the THUG RAN FROM THE COWARD WIFE/COP BEATER..

That is enough reason to fight and he should have fought harder because he was fighting a coward wife beater with a gun

Judge denies delay, bars evidence in George Zimmerman trial — for now

A Florida judge ruled Tuesday that George Zimmerman’s defense team cannot mention Trayvon Martin’s suspension from school, prior marijuana use, text messages or past fighting during opening statements at next month’s trial. Judge Debra Nelson said that during the trial she will consider motions to admit details as evidence on a case-by-case basis, outside the presence of jurors who will decide if Zimmerman is guilty of second-degree murder in the shooting death of Martin.

Now how are they going to find relevance? Zimmerman knew nothing of these priors before he met Martin..so where is the relevance?

There is no relevance to anything Martin did in the past...concerning Zimmerman.

Well, yes and no.
You have to take into account the following:
Cell phone as the medium to the recording device.
911 digital call centers system as the housing and recording device it self.
If the cellphone can't hear it, then neither can the 911 system.
Now, the voice printing is only on audible recordings. It can't take a background noise, and translate it to voice. The soundwaves will get lost in the mix.
The sound tech needs to isolate each voice. From my experience and knowledge, the recording should produce at least a voice wave print to ID whether it is from ZM or TM.

His "stupidity" caused the death of another human, regardless of the persons past. Z is not a judge and can not dole out a death sentence. Z put HIMSELF in that position, TM didn't. Nor would any reasonable person think he would have. Z was the aggressor. He instigated the confrontation. I believe 2nd degree murder is the right call.

I think most people would scream "aaargh aaaaah aaargh" as a more direct indication of pain, as opposed to "no no" which is more an expression of fear like when one is about to be shot.
