And me. Shouldn't they at least have been able to pick up TM's alleged "You're gonna die tonite!" threat? Is he supposed to have whispered this into George's ear while he was fondling his butt... I mean, atttempting to get his gun?

If you don't know this is the reason so many have invested heavily in George, then you have been blind. However, I guess you are well aware of this.
What do you mean 'invested in'?? People here are just talking about the case. Talking about what happened. It's a chat site. How are people here 'invested in' Zimmerman?? I don't get it.

You mean to tell me that you would not confront someone who is following you? Coward...Martin stood his ground and was killed for it. Zimmerman will go to jail,,the facts show he followed a kid he assumed was up to no good...now how did he assume that? How did he know that the kid was not a relative of any of the neighbors there..there were black neighbors there but he also could have been friends or related to some of the white folks there. Did he know Martin's dad?
He was an unofficial neighborhood watch...since the tenants did not want him watching out for them.
George Zimmerman not a member of recognized neighborhood watch organization
the parent organization of USAonWatch-Neighborhood Watch — it has been revealed that Zimmerman was not a member of any group recognized by the organization. Zimmerman violated the central tenets of Neighborhood Watch by following Martin, confronting him and carrying a concealed weapon.
George Zimmerman Neighbors Complained About Aggressive Tactics Before Trayvon Martin Killing
At an emergency homeowner’s association meeting on March 1, “one man was escorted out because he openly expressed his frustration because he had previously contacted the Sanford Police Department about Zimmerman approaching him and even coming to his home,” the resident wrote in an email to HuffPost. “It was also made known that there had been several complaints about George Zimmerman and his tactics" in his neighborhood watch captain role.
This idiot was looking for trouble..seems to have found but got his butt handed to him...so his cowardly ass pulled out a gun to help himself.

You clearly have no idea as to the use of force allowed during confrontations.
Anyone can confront anyone else.
If I confront you, because I think you are going to commit a crime, not showing a firearm and you attack, there is no problem with me shooting you. Regardless of what your intentions were/are.

Zimmerman following Martin like that was a VERY stupid thing to do.
If someone were doing that to me I'd be calling the cops on him.
But the crime was the actual confrontation
Either Zimmerman jumped Martin ... making Zimmerman the perp.
Or Martin jumped Zimmerman ... making Martin the perp.
If there were a law against stupidity causing a deadly situation .. Zimmerman would be guilty for sure.
I'm thinking Zimmerman will get manslaughter. That'd be my guess.
I have no idea who jumped who ... but I think that's the way it'll go down.
Punishment for being stupid and following Martin around when he should have
just left it alone. Even though it technically wasn't illegal for him to do so.

His "stupidity" caused the death of another human,
Z is not a judge and can not dole out a death sentence.
Z put HIMSELF in that position, TM didn't.
Nor would any reasonable person think he would have.
Z was the aggressor. He instigated the confrontation.
I believe 2nd degree murder is the right call.

Why do you people keep talking about crap that don't matter.
Judge denies delay, bars evidence in George Zimmerman trial — for now
A Florida judge ruled Tuesday that George Zimmerman’s defense team cannot mention Trayvon Martin’s suspension from school, prior marijuana use, text messages or past fighting during opening statements at next month’s trial. Judge Debra Nelson said that during the trial she will consider motions to admit details as evidence on a case-by-case basis, outside the presence of jurors who will decide if Zimmerman is guilty of second-degree murder in the shooting death of Martin.
Now how are they going to find relevance? Zimmerman knew nothing of these priors before he met Martin..so where is the relevance?
There is no relevance to anything Martin did in the past...concerning Zimmerman.

I think most people would scream "aaargh aaaaah aaargh" as a more direct indication of pain, as opposed to "no no" which is more an expression of fear like when one is about to be shot.

I have been in plenty of fights as a kid...I have never heard another person cry out for help...men..well most men have too much pride to do that. I have won a few and lost a few and have never cried for help or heard the other person yell for it...some have said get him of me...asking his boys....then I usually get my ass whooped by him and his friends.. Guess what I survived.
While crying for help Mac...Did you also ask to be held...
