In seriousness though...how was Trayvon attempting to take George's gun? How did he know he had one? Did he at anytime prior to the altercation see or was told George had a gun? If so...that would roast George on the spot.

If I confront you, because I think you are going to commit a crime, not showing a firearm and you attack, there is no problem with me shooting you. Regardless of what your intentions were/are.

LOL - nice spin. You're article is based on an email supposedly from a nearby resident who wished to remain anonymous claiming GZ was the object of complaints by neighbors. I notice you left this part out:

Love the article btw. So biased and one-sided other than the part you conveniently left out it's comical. Even complete with TM at 11yrs old holding up a baby, among other pictures of him as a small child.

Don't really know what you are trying to get at.

I have yet to meet anyone that is unbeatable in a fight. For someone to claim they have been in fights, and to never have been beaten is a liar.

As for calling on a gun? You mean drawing my sidearm??? Sure have, but not on fights I have started.

Either Zimmerman jumped Martin ... making Zimmerman the perp.
Or Martin jumped Zimmerman ... making Martin the perp.

If there were a law against stupidity causing a deadly situation .. Zimmerman would be guilty for sure.

I'm thinking Zimmerman will get manslaughter. That'd be my guess.
I have no idea who jumped who ... but I think that's the way it'll go down.
Punishment for being stupid and following Martin around when he should have
just left it alone. Even though it technically wasn't illegal for him to do so.

That's all I'm saying, of course he won't get murder. He's going to be convicted for being stupid and a precedent such as his shooting a unarmed person CAN'T be set in this country by civilians.

Sure, none of it would have happened if Zimmerman had stayed in the car. But it wasn't illegal for him to be stupid and follow Martin. And having someone follow you isn't a legal reason to beat that persons head in.

What I think will happen ... manslaughter. I don't know if that's 'right' or not.
From what I understand, Manslaughter is used when someone causes another
person to die, but that wasn't the intent. Accidents and when things get out of
hand .. that kind of thing.

Two things that merged here Profiling and Stand Your Ground Law the results could not end well, If Martin had a gun and shot GZ he would be doing hard time or looking at a death penalty all that would be needed is a Facebook pic of him with his gun while smoking weed..Georgie boy would be remembered as a pillar of society and model citizen.
Lemme just say this "I almost wished" that Black and other minority cops would profile random white males by pulling up in unmarked cars cuffing them going through their pockets asking where they are going and crap like that,then without even the courtesy of saying sorry for the inconvenience you are free to go,they uncuffed you and tell you get outta here,imagine that occurring almost on a daily basis... better yet head down to Wall St. and do random search on suited types I'll bet they find copious amount of drugs ,that won't happen and profiling would ceased inna quick min,but like I said I almost wished that would happen, would not want to see any of my boyz who are white being treated thus.

I have been in plenty of fights as a kid...I have never heard another person cry out for help...men..well most men have too much pride to do that. I have won a few and lost a few and have never cried for help or heard the other person yell for it...some have said get him of me...asking his boys....then I usually get my ass whooped by him and his friends.. Guess what I survived.

Nope, no problem here. If I did not start the fight, and an unarmed person attacks me??? I would not loose any sleep over it.

Maybe don't attack people. Has nothing to do with being a coward. I just know that anyone can be beat in a fist fight.

You may want to go toe to toe with someone in an attempt to prove your "manliness", but my life is more important that the other persons.
