Yup, in the first chapter that Dany and Viserys are introduced, it says something like Targaryens weds Targaryens for a thousand years to keep the blood lines pure. Dragons don't lay with beast of the field and neither do Targaryens lay with lesser people and taint their pure blood.

That's paraphrased from memory but it is close.

I know this probably won't matter much in the long run, and they mostly likely won't even air it...

But I would love to see robyn Aarons response to butterfingers death.. wouldn't Ser Royce, be obligated by honor to carry out robyns wishes..like say returning the knights of the vale back to the eerie or worse..

Or would Royce after the kerfluffle with robyn and being threatened to take a flight through the moon door, even care what robyn says..knowing the dead are marching..

It's an interesting little side bit I would like to see play out .. but as it's so inconsequential I don't see them wasting television air time on it..

There's definetly gonna be some drama around their wedding.

From Jon's moral code(impeccable). If he'd even agree to it. To feelings of resentment from Dan's finding out shes not a direct successor.

Their entire mission is to change the old ways wasn't it ?

Then the asymmetric threats like will Tyrion and that other guy be jealous.

If they are madly in love with Dans.

More drama for the would be expectant momma.

Also, God I love to hate cercie..

The actress who plays her has the "scowling with disdain" facial expression down to a science, I also loved the way she kept an eye on Brianne's and Jamie's interactions, such a brilliantly played petty, bitter,jealous,contemptuous character.

That casting director nailed that..

I expect maybe the mountain is ordered to kill Brianne and the hound steps in..after she is injured and Jamie soon after kills cercei..

But being injured, Brianne is easier pickings for Tormund to put her over his shoulder and carry her to a cave somewhere..

Jamie returns from killing cercei and finds Brianne bound in a cave with Tormund no where to be seen, he left for bear island to live with his daughter lyanna mormot.

Jamie and Brianna retire to casterly rock to raise the firekissed giants that are Tormund twin sons...

Also expect none of that to happen as my predictions have proved to be shiite so far..

Well now that the season is over, I think I'll try to get the books read again before the next season. It might take that long with school starting agian for me next week.

That's my plan as well, my friend loaned me the set about a month ago, I ripped through book one in like three days, then started book two.

A little under half way through it I decided to just stop reading them until after the season finale so I would have something to look forward to.

I had never heard of ASOIAF or game of thrones until my friend introduced me to it mid way through season two. It is now an addiction...



I am trying to get a hold of an arya and a hound action figure, as a gift to my friend for introducing me to it and the books. I still haven't figured out how to embed pics, but if you have never seen them search;

there's tons of characters, image search makes them seem like decent quality.

I'm hoping it's not since they're supposed to start filming in October. If it ends up just being a delay to stretch this out I will be annoyed.

For gamers there has been some strange happenings with the retailer Target. Apparently their site released a page called Bethesdsa:Game of Thrones over the weekend. The implications of this partnership could be amazing. Just speculation at this point however.

answer the call :cannot break oaths or treaties.

Generate troops 50% faster (woman can be soldiers)

Wildlings receive no penalties for starvation(foraging)

-8 modifier to all political interactions

Can not wear plate or chainmail (ringmail tunic allowed)
