You know its funny you say that, cause i was just chatting with a friend from home, and we got onto the subject of paranormal and encounters weve had. She told me a story about something she saw *which leads me to believe it was the same thing*, imma post her tale here, just know its not my own.

Her and her sister were out jogging at 4 in the morning (yeah yeah i know, cheesy -_-) but they stopped to stretch and what not at an elementary school *which is about 3 miles from where i saw my "nightlife rockstar"*...anyway, they decided to lay down and look at the stars because they're youngin's like that,haha. as they were looking around, Sarah (well just call her that) noticed like a ..bird or something out of the corner of her eye, think it was a bird, she payed no mind to it. but she kept noticing it so she eventually looked over. she was quite disturbed as to what she saw, and ill give you exactly what she told me she thought, after screaming....*ahem* "IT WAS LIKE A *BLEEP* BATMAN" ..sorry i had to, it made me laugh. haha. She claimed it was a rather big creature, kind of human-esque and winged. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, caus ei never had the chance to eye ball my encounter. But as they screamed and watched the thing, she claims it flew around the air a litle bit and then hid up on the roof. thats when they started to book it back to their house.
I think what she saw was the same thing i had seen, but i dont recall wings on my little buddy. But yeah, she had said it reminded her of that movie not even an hour ago. haha, and she claimed this happened about a year and a half ago, so half as long ago as my occurance. Well, i hope my second story helps anyone, tho its not my own and i dont even fully understand it. but when i head back there in a few months, imma look into it with her. If you dont hear back from me...thats why. har har..just kidding of course. As always, yall have a good one folks.

claiming that vampires aren't real is just like me saying that your beliefs arent real. if you even hav any beliefs. its so easy to say that something does not exist just because the lack of evidence but it takes believers to actually prove or uncover something. many of these posts are hoax but its a belief. back then everyone thought the earth was square due to the horizon and it took one person that believed otherwise to prove that the world was round.and when he did he was imprisoned for thinking that way.but till this day Galileo remembered and treasured. do not bring other people's beliefs down just because you lack your own.if you dont believe then you hav no right to speak. let the believers converse amongst themselves about sed topic.

I've just finished reading all 19 pages to this thread. I must say, most of you people make me sick. To be throwing this kinda of crap around like it's nothing. Pretending to be people you are not. You have no idea how insulting you are. Mocking the lives of a vampire as if it's a joke.

Why? You seriously have no idea how insulting this to me, do you? "I'm a vampire!" "I'm in love with a vampire!" "I've seen a vampire!"

You don't see me, mocking you people, claiming to be something I am not. Vampires are the most apathetic creatures you will ever met. Mainly because of the whole lacking a soul issue. I don't see how you can feel emotions with no soul. Isn't that what makes a human, human? It's soul? And to see a vampire and disappear? Vampire's do not play silly games like that...

vampires dont have to be evil..... if they are real they could be like the Cullens in Twilight for all we know. And vampires maybe lurking all around us and they could be good ones

No, they are NOTHING like what you see on movies, tv, and nine times outta ten....what people say is BS about them knowing one or seeing one.

This being my first post on ats, and how I am stating this, I don't beleive for one second that anyone will take me serious about this. But, vampires are very secretive. They only associate with select people/groups of people in their life that know and don't care or know and are associated with what they are.

They are so rare to come by though, you have better luck finding a living unicorn.

I agree with Beege as well, sure it would make sense that Vampires would stay to them selves, associate with a select few, or to not become Known at all... but why not? I mean, what we percieve of them could very possibley be all but right. Farthest thing from even. I'm sorry, i just had a fleeting thought..probably not related, but here goes...what if everytime you hear someone say they are a vampire, or a lycanthrope, what have you..what if they are right. I understand it is very unlikely. But what if they have tried reaching out to us, tried to make some sort of peace due to all the "hunting" or even cause of their popularity. Or maybe they are even more intelligent than us and wish to assist us in this huge Charlie Foxtrot were in. They may realize this world is growing smaller and smaller and every entity with enough braincells need to band together. Times are changing...who knows...
well that kind of totally robbed the point of my post, but anyway..back to seriousnesss...i dont understand that so many of use are like "I want to meet a vampire THEY DOOOO EXISSSSSSSST," And then the second someone admits to being one, we dont believe them one bit. It's like ordering a Turkey sandwhich and then when it arrives, you tell the waitresss that thats not what you wanted. I know that particular ideal doesnt pretain to all of us but it's there. Anyway, Vampires do exist..call it a gut feeling and also experienceing things that wouldnt really be all that possible without their existance. Same with other Night "Bumpers".

I've probably strayed alot from the main point i had in this, but oh well..its just more opinion and whatnot people can draw from. Yall have a good one. Oh and by the way, Unicorns DON'T exist, Thats just obsurd. haha

Well, it mit be a vampire. I myself do beleive in vampires....if they were able to run as fast as you say they did you mit want to be careful. Or if it ran you could be wrong and it is a person.....But I know a lot about vampires......try to see what it looks like and how it moves (with grace, clumsy, etc.)

mayb vamps arent as movies show them. Maybe they do not use there teeth, or even have long fangs, they simply put a small cut on your body, then drink blood out of it. Many people often get cuts and do not know how they got them.

a lot of people don't believe in vampires because all they see is the hocus pocus spin our media puts on them. Having them fly around, putting giant fangs on them, having them turn into bats. None of these are true and thats obvious, no one believes them and no one will. But the belief of vampires isn't something that just started to spring up around the 20th century. There has been accounts of Vampires dated back all the way to jesus himself, back to ancient greece and the dark ages. I myself have never met a vampire but would love to have that experience.

There is also the whole, people who can steal peoples "chi" that are supposedly vampires, people who can still eat normal foods, and do everything like they used to. This is all fake, this is gothic, human CHILDREN trying to find ways to make the legend of vampires into something they can be without actually having a change occur. They are just trying to make loopholes so that they can believe that they are a vampire without having to follow the things that come along with being one. These people are foolish.

Vampires are real and they do stalk this earth, obviously they arn't going to be on MTV or the news, they arn't going to come to your local mall to shop during the day with a sign saying "Im a vampire." They keep themselves hidden and they have done this well obviously seeing as how everyone only believes they are myth and legends, smoke and mirrors. If you dont believe open your eyes, we dont know everything on this world and we never will.

it is strange that all lot of evidence points to the existence of vampires though the mind tries to push the belief away to be rid of the fear of them so yes it is possibly true but neciascarialy(forgot how to spell neciacerialy)i do not believe they are animals and i do not believe that their demonic

I believe vampires are real because, well look at the evidence. There are reports of them dating back to jesus christ himself, back to ancient greece and the dark ages. Just because the movies put their own spin on them, having them fly, turning into bats, doesn't mean they dont exist. I agree with pretty much everyone here. Its a belief, how can you believe in god when there is no evidence that he is truly out there? then not believe in vampires when we can follow their history just as easily as we can follow our own. answer that question.

It is not that we do not exist, we simply choose not to be found. Quite hilarious actually, we wander the streets and even mingle with very few of you out at the dancing and yet you never realize what we are. I will give you a tip though...our eyes do not change colour but they are very intense and we can grab a single person's attention in an instant even if there back is to us. We are obviously not afraid to be alone so we will wander until we decide to be noticed. We do have incredible strength but the thirst for human blood is not as strong as it has been made out to be over the centuries! We do not have fangs or long fingernails we look just like you but much more beautiful. I will tell you this though I have written you this letter from Scotland. So make of this as you will.

Are you able to come out in sunlight? How about debunking some other myths for us?

hello, I just want to say, that no one really knows what all is out there. I mean look at all the new stuff (new to us anyway) that is being discovered,look at bigfoot, no one could of guest that there was a big harry man like creature out there but hey, look at the patterson video, and we still dont know if there is a bigfoot out there and that video was proven real. So if there was ever a vampire discovered, if said vampire is even caught on tape and proven real who will actually believe it? Oh im not saying that each and ever person in the world will not beleive it. But alot will not would you honestly? And come on vampires, real leeches actually getting on the computer and reading and replying to blogs? are you serious, how would a vampire even go about buying a computer, how would they go about paying bills? And do they even live in houses? How does that work? I mean do they have to keep moving around like the cullens in twilight, what the younger you pretend to be the longer you can stay in one place? How does that look, and how are vampires pretty honestly? there dead! i know im not turned on by a dead person! okay so this is longer then i expected it to be. But i have sooo many questions that will prob never be answered any way got to go,

I do believe that SOME sort of vampire(s) exist(s).

For those of you who say they don't, i'm not gonna try and change your mind. You have your right to express your opinion just as i have the right to express mine.
