I'm sure if one does get called in on their "dollar-a-year" contract they are further compensated for their time, but regardless: That a busy man of such high-calibre brain power/knowledge would, as a Patriot and Intel Professional, be on call for a dollar-a-year does further support the assertion of, "once a company man, always a company man," and as such reiterates the question of just what were Kit's true motives with MJ-12 and Serpo?:

[color=springgreen]Rogue purveyor of imminent disclosure…or company man on an enigmatic mission featuring manufactured info?

On the thread where the email was found, another poster intimately familiar with the Serpo saga had the following response:

Rick did not drag Hal or Kit into Serpo. I'm pretty certain Kit would not have presented it that way to you either. According to Dr. Green, he took a proactive approach himself at the beginning, and was the driving force in putting together the "team of 5" for analysis of the Serpo releases. This answer came when I asked Kit, early on, who brought him into the Serpo analysis. Because my suspicion was much as yours is - that Rick "sucked" him into it. He has denied this to be the case. You may want to ask him about that directly. If he requests it, I'd be glad to get together and compare notes with you and him regarding his memory of events.

For some fun and further thoughts on electromagnetism and the various reasons why it is indeed a preoccupation of long-standing and hush-hush research check out the following vid from a charming Brit. I'm guessing that electromagnetism and related technologies are where the truly big secrets are hidden.

A simple thing really, but imagine what our geniuses have extrapolated from this simple principle and whatever they got from Tesla:

Was going through some old stuff and apologies if I missed this already being quoted on this thread, however, thought it was worth a look at.

Colares 1977

The reliant part being specifically this , although the study as a whole is well worth a read.

After asking various forensic pathologists to peer-review his findings, Vallée claimed that "what UFO witnesses describe as light may, in fact, be a complex combination of ionising and non-ionising radiation. Many of the injuries described in Brazil, however, are consistent with the effects of high-power pulsed microwaves." He later pointed out that pulsed microwaves may "interfere with the central nervous system. Such a beam could cause the dizziness, headaches, paralysis, pricklings, and numbness reported to us by so many witnesses." In the conclusion to "Confrontations" Vallée discusses whether the Brazilian UFOs such as those seen at Colares are deliberately trying to kill people. If they are, he considers that they are fairly inefficient at doing it. After all, someone in a helicopter with a high powered rifle and night scope, could probably do a better job. He does however point out that a radiation beam that was designed merely to stun people at one range might be lethal at another range. Given that there is evidence that research has been done into High Powered Microwave (HPM) weapons, Jacques Vallée ponders the relationship between human and alien technology. "Here again, the UFOs seem to represent an alien force that anticipates our own scientific developments by decades, mocking our own efforts to identify its nature and its long term intentions." (Vallée, 1990, p.206)

Yes, Colares is fascinating and seems to have some real science invested in it…and some high-strangeness surrounding it.

Vallee speaks more about the kinds of energy often encountered during ufo events :

First, there is a physical object. That may be a flying saucer or it may be a projection or it may be something entirely different. All we know about it is that it represents a tremendous quantity of electromagnetic energy in a small volume.

I say that based upon the evidence gathered from traces, from electromagnetic and radar detection and from perturbations of the electromagnetic fields such as Dr. Claude Poher, the French space scientist, has recorded.

www.ufoevidence.org...

So maybe the danger that sometimes occurs is only the accidental effects of coming into contact with varying amounts of electromagnetic/microwave frequencies when humans interact with "them."

From your link:

A feeling of weakness; some could hardly walk.
Dizziness and headaches.
Local losses of sensitivity. Numbness and trembling.
Pallid complexion.
Low arterial pressure.
Anaemia, with low hemoglobin levels.
Blackened skin where the light had hit, with several red-purple circles, hot and painful, two to three centimetres in diameter.
Two puncture marks inside the red circles resembling mosquito bites, hard to the touch.
Hair in the blackened area fell out and did not rejuvenate, as if follicles had been destroyed.
No nausea or diarrhea.
ufologie.patrickgross.org...

Colares was pretty weird and Black-Ops, to me, aren't out of the question either. Something odd though, there, eh?

Hey The GUT, this thread has become an amazing reference of information.

I mentioned the Aviary formed around 1986 mostly due to the Admiral Roscoe Hillenkoetter document, but I have learned that the roots go to decades before and the creation of the group was because of a UFO cover-up. Since 1983 Robert Collins had made friends at Wright-Patt and was given the lead to Lt. Col. Ernie Kellerstrass who retired in 1979. Lt. Col. Ernie Kellerstrass named 'Hawk' was the one who took security measures when everybody was meeting. Bill Moore was on one side with Doty and Shandera, Collins was on the other with Ernie Kellerstrass, bringing them all together. Dr. Bruce Maccabee had confirmed the existence of Hawk and established a number of interviews with him in his document 'Tales of the Hawk.'

Dealing with the key players, these people were actually involved in the core process of the cover-up, two CIA directors and one counter-intelligence person. Allen Dulles, Richard Helms, and James Angleton. These people were instrumental in setting up the foundations and protecting the security of the cover-up, Allen Dulles actually set up Area 51. - Robert Collins

Ernie Kellerstrass takes us even closer towards the depths of the cover-up with the mention of Lt. Col Robert R. Hippler. In 1964 Hippler and Kellerstrass took an interesting tour of Coyote Canyon and the Manzano weapons storage area. Substantial evidence that UFOs had a large interest in nuclear storage areas can conclude there was an alien base, interesting note that Paul Bennewitz and the base security commander had more than one 'close encounter,' both of them later reaching out to the white house and pentagon of secret underground alien base evidence in the state of New Mexico.

Bob said he saw pictures of three whole bodies and bits and pieces of others. The three whole bodies were at Wright Patterson AFB. The doctors were astounded. According to them there was no esophagus, no stomach and no reproductive system. Also the blood was different. Not green or anything like that, but different. According to Bob Hippler they were about 4’8” to 5’2” and they had tiny features and tiny bone structure. More slants in their eyes than ours, like oriental. He couldn’t tell about the skin because they had been in formaldehyde which changes the color. They had long fingers and tiny hands (tiny palms). Not heavy structured. Bob’s description was confirmed by one of the doctors in the group.

The Manzano Mountain Range runs for about 50 miles southward from Sandia peak, which is just northeast of Albuquerque. South of Albuquerque the Manzano mountain chain is about 20 miles east of Interstate 25. If you go through go about 50 miles further south, and he said nobody will go there in that area. They won’t even hunt or do anything. He says there is a hundred and fifty miles zone that is loaded with UFOs. They made one mistake one night of getting caught in there after dark, but, they got harassed on the way out. And they were scared straight, the guard says, “Hey, you know better than that.” He said, “Nobody but nobody ever goes out there at night.'

Dr. Maccabee was given a book by Larry Bryant who was familiar with his invesitgations of Hawk, it mentions a story from a Vietnam veteran and former military intelligence officer.

"When we got in I observed five humanoid figures. I’ll give you a description as best I can. Remember, I doubted what I saw. They were very, very white. There were no ears, no nostrils. There were only openings: a very small mouth and the eyes were large. There was no facial hair, no head hair, and no pubic hair. They were nude." The officer went on to say that he could see no genitalia, but they had slender figures, slender legs and small bone structure. "There were no signs of injuries to the bodies.”

Grant Cameron has one of the best hypothesis I have heard as to why the Roswell crash was needed to keep so secret (besides these Greys were scary enough). From the source who said 'the matter of UFOs was the most highly classified subject in the U.S. government ranking even higher than the H-bomb,' also said 'other aspects of the saucers were being investigated including possible mental phenomena.' This was right before project MK Ultra which is not a coincidence, the government immediately learned of the possibily to control reality and the mind from the aliens. Grant makes clear John Alexander is part of the modern UFO era delusion that the government doesn't know what's going on, he has gone to his high ranking officials and now we are to believe from him there is no cover-up. Why is he labeled as part of the Aviary when he is denying the ultimate foundations of the Aviary? Good job at disinformation, I guess...

Date: Wed, 7 Dec 2005 06:07:41 -0800 From: "William Hamilton," [email protected] Subject: Rick Doty contradicts Robert Collins on C-2-C! Collins published this in his book: Interview with EBE-2: March 5th, 1983 at Los Alamos National Labs The following reported interview was referenced in discussion by many on the list, and can be found both in Exempt from Disclosure by Robert Collins, and on Collins' website www.ufoconspiracy.com. While the details do not match precisely, the orders of magnitude of the numbers provided (length of day and year) do correspond. The following is an account of the meeting I [Rick Doty] was involved in with EBE-2. On March 5, 1983, I was at Los Alamos National Laboratories conducting business on a counterintelligence project. During my visit, a source I'll call LANL-1, asked me to sit in on a very special interview. Not knowing what he was talking about, I questioned him. However, he wouldn't say exactly what the project involved or who was being interviewed. I accompanied LANL-1 to an underground facility west of the Los Alamos complex. The area was called, Site 30. Access to this facility was gained by entering Area 49. Access to the underground facility was through building number 49-2091. An elevator took us down about 60 feet (only estimating). Once we arrived, access was gained through a large vault opening outside the elevator. We walked down a hallway to another vault door. We entered and turned right. We walked about 200 feet turned left and entered vault door to a large room. This room contained two tables, several chairs and recording equipment. I sat near the door. About ten minutes later, three people, who I did not know, entered the room. One, an Air Force Colonel, asked me to sign a security document, which gave me an upgraded clearance, TS/SCI/Group-MJ-B-3 clearance. I've never heard of this but I signed. The Colonel told me I was to listen and not make any sounds during the interview. I asked the Colonel who was being interviewed and he told me a guest from another planet! The Colonel left. The other two people set up a table with a microphone and recording equipment, including a camera. About five minutes later, in walks a 4' 9" non human looking creature. It was dressed in a tight fitting cream colored suit. It had no hair and was identified to me as EBE-2.

Robert Collins admits Serpo is disinformation.

Can you provide info that shows Robert Collins admits Serpo as disinformation?

www.coasttocoastam.com...

Robert Collins was career Air Force serving in the fields of Avionics, Ground Communications, Engineering Physics and Intelligence (Foreign Technology Division, Wright-Pat) gaining an in-depth understanding of all the career fields. After 22 years he left public service to pursue the subject of UFOs full time living on Air Force retirement supplemented by odd jobs. In his many adventures within the Air Force he was turned onto the world of UFOs by Ernie Kellerstrass in 1985. Ernie was a retired AF Lt Col who worked at the FTD (Foreign Technology Division) until retiring. After performing some research he concluded that the government UFO cover-up was real and went to great lengths to uncover the cover-up which spanned over 60 years.

information-machine.blogspot.dk...

Retired Air Force Capt. Robert Collins spoke with George Knapp (email) about his investigations into UFOs, ETs, MJ-12 and government knowledge. Collins detailed his involvement with a secretive group with ties to intelligence and the military, known as the "Aviary." They used bird names in order to protect their identities while communicating with each other about UFO-related subjects,he explained (a list of members compiled by Richard Boylan is posted here). Collins was the "Condor," and appeared in silhouette under that name on a 1988 TV special UFO COVERUP LIVE, along with the "Falcon" (Richard Doty), revealing information about ETs. # Three different ETs lived in secret facilities in the United States at various times, Collins reported: 'EBE 1' was recovered in 1947 and taken to a containment area in Los Alamos. A voice box was put in its throat so it could communicate. # 'EBE 2' (1964-1984) came as part of an exchange program from the third planet of Zeta 1, and resided in a Los Alamos safe house. Reagan supposedly had meetings with EBE 1 & 2. # 'EBE 3' was a female that arrived in 1978 and left in either '89 or '93. Collins also discussed an incident known as "Gate 3" in which a "cloned biological entity" escaped a containment area in Area 51 and was subsequently shot, after the entity "pulverized" a guard.

www.ufoconspiracy.com...

Robert M. Collins with William Moore & Rick Doty discusses SERPO. INTELLIGENCE SOURCE CODENAMED "FALCON" (Rick Doty in this case): "(From) the Zeta Reticuli star group ... (there are) two suns together." Q: "And is this the primary source of the alien visitors here?" A: "Ahh, to the best of my knowledge, yes." Q: "How long does the trip from Zeta Reticuli take....?" A: "They can... do it in about 91 days." Q: "How big is their home planet?" A: "(The) EBEN'S planet is similar to Earth, but the air is a bit thinner and contains a higher proportion of Argon and Helium. Also, the average temperature is a bit cooler especially in the northern part of their planet. They like our high mountain regions where the air is thinner and the temperature is cooler. They can't stand a lot of heat.

It was a proven hoax. The emails claiming to be from *anonymous* actually, in reality, without any doubts came from Rick Doty. Stephen Broadbent of Reality Uncovered had access to the e-mails from Victor Martinez' list and was able to see that the IP from Doty e-mails and those from *Anonymous* were the same. Doty even asked Martinez to delete his own e-mails because he realised too late that he was busted. The problem with being on an e-mail list is that when you post a message, it lands in everyone else's inbox and can't be deleted!

You can google "Stephen Broadbent Paracast" for his own words in a podcast (very good interview imo). Or you could google "Ryan Dube Dark Matters Radio" for his own words about the investigation. You could google "Rick Doty hoax" and see the 25 years of shenanigans he's been a part of.

But that does not necessarily prove Serpo as hoax. Reality Uncovered do not act neutral at all, they could easily be accused for being just another disinfo agency.

Spot on, that is pretty much what has been unearthed on this thread. That is, at times, it's bloody damnably hard to find anyone actually genuine and not serving another agenda when it comes to UFOs. Some of the stuff of reality uncovered is Greeresque in its' "never having met the facts but hey, believe what I say don't question it"

I guess it depends on what you particular "money shot" is with regards to UFOs. If it's I want to know everything and the specifics about the yay or nay, this thread will probably disappoint as will just about every other one. On the other hand if you are looking for, "summat weird is happening" and let's all start from and accept that premise, you are probably feeling quite cool about this thread.

You could view it as this. That the battle for the heart of Ufology is a battle over which questions we should be asking? What we seem to actually have, is a bunch of people, from all sides pro and sceptic, saying;. "Oh,we have the answer however, only to the questions we've decided are good for you".

You will notice that , nearly all discussion descend in to merely throwing brickbats back and forth over the methodology not the actual core issue. That in itself is part of what seems to be actually, quite a deliberate policy to obfuscate and bury everything in swathes of contradictory detail, in order to simply bore the casual looker into submission before they actually learn anything useful.

That is, it seems perfectly possible to postulate that Ufology is hamstrung by "paid" claques and disinfo merchants both pro and skeptic, working with one accord whilst those with a genuine interest are sidelined. The elephant in the room, in this case being that, the MJ12 documents seem to have been cooked up by people and accepted by others with the distinct possibility that there might have been some sort of hidden collusion to promote them and then trash them. it would seem dear old Stanton with his forensic approach to typefaces caught them on the hop and served to further muddy the waters and make life difficult for a while.

There also seems to be a strand that, someone thinks it's fine so long as UFO believers are a bunch of happy clappy yoghurt weaving space brother adherents because, once they have their canon they are ,effectively, out of the game, as it were, when it comes to serious research.

As a rule of thumb, if that's what people need I, personally would counsel this, if someone of the ilk of Karl12 starts a thread it's probably worth seriously reading up on it as he has a good nose for the "nuts and bolts" UFO sightings. The rest, the really weird stuff, it's up to you, as people's own thoughts, not those they have chosen to agree with without question, are as relevant and possibly more insightful, than any person with a string of letters after their name.

I will ask the question for a 304834th time so to say, why, why are witnesses never put on LIE DETCTORS? If we could trust what some say have seen, some of the MiB have features that do not look very human.

That's why I say in the other thread:

I will not be going anywhere to look for UFOs or bases, THEY will come to ME. It's enough to see in details some aircraft from close and show yourself as a witness, get a visit from black suited guys with weird facial features. And I would have a good talk with them.

Because the USA is the only country in the world that puts any faith in them as a guide to telling the truth? Then again, how do react to someone telling you something they admit themselves. "They cannot believe what they saw". Surely they'd fail a lie detector test because instinctively, every fibre in their body is telling them, they simply couldn't have seen what they did?

Do you mean that the United States Government is telling the truth?
Let me show you some examples of how good liars they are... olive-drab.com...

This photo was taken at the NASA Flight Research Center at Edwards Air Force Base, California on 6 May 1960 as part of an elaborate effort by the CIA to cover-up the true nature of the U-2 spy plane program. On 1 May 1960 CIA pilot Francis Gary Powers was shot down over the Soviet Union during a spy flight. Cooperating with the CIA, NASA issued a press release with a cover story about a U-2 conducting weather research that may have strayed off course after the pilot "reported difficulties with his oxygen equipment." This photo shows a U-2 that was quickly painted in NASA markings, with a fictitious NASA serial number, and put on display for the news media at the Edwards NASA facility. In reality, up to that time no U-2 was ever used by NASA. Unfortunately, Powers was captured by the Soviet Union and espionage equipment was recovered from the wreckage. Soviet Premier Nikita Khruschev exposed the cover-up and made much propaganda use of the American deception.

The U.S. Secret Shadow Government have been caught on lying at least a couple of times, like for example when they made the fake weather balloon story about the Roswell Incident, later they admitted it was not a weather balloon but instead they changed it to Operation "Skyhook" Project Mogul for listening to Soviet nuclear bomb testings, Clinton was not satisfied with the official Roswell report and he was also not satisfied about that they did not deal with the many claims from the Roswell witnesses about the alien bodies, so Bill Clinton ordered his own administration to investigate it , but then the Shadow Government obviously ordered the USAF to make the report saying that what the Roswell witnesses saw was not 4 feet tall alien bodies, but 6 feet tall mannequin looking anthropomorphic test dummies used for parachute tests, but the problem with that explanation is that these test dummies were first used first time in 1953, and not in 1947, so they really were dum enough to "shoot themselves in their foot" with that dummy explanation. Beside, that Project Mogul have been debunked. And why use New Mexico as location to spy on Soviet nuclear bomb testings when they could use Alaska as location which is far closer to the Soviet Union? Fact is they used WB-29 airplane attached with airborne filter to detect Soviet nuclear bomb testings, and they used Alaska to operate from there, not from Roswell.

In the Captain America movie Captain America use a disc shaped Shield made of "exotic memory metal" material, material they found from something that crashed in that "Captain America" movie. Back to the real world, the metal material they use in the disc shaped shield in the "Captain America" movie is similar material described by Roswell witnesses as "exotic memory metal". Another thing described by Roswell witnesses is the unusual hieroglyphics at an I-beam, one of many other UFO crash cases that also describe unusual hiroglyphics. The "Roswell memory metal" material that are tested by some of the best experts in the world is also examined by Batelle scientist Elroy John Center who confessed to have analyzed that Roswell alien debris as the info shows.
www.roswellproof.com...

July 8th, 1947. The Army Air Forces has announced that a flying disk has been found and is now in the possession of the Army. Army officers say the missile, found sometime last week, has been inspected at Roswell, New Mexico, and sent to Wright Field, Ohio, for further inspection.

www.v-j-enterprises.com...

After I hurriedly developed my photos of the "crashed wreckage" on the evening of July 8th, 1947, at the Fort Worth Star-Telegram and turned the wet prints -- there was such an urgency to rush the photos into print that there was no time to dry the prints

It seems the researchers found out what the Ramey memo says. And not only that. General Ramey was reportedly ordered to cover up the UFO crash by using the weather balloon and rawin targets as the official story, Ramey's wife confirm that President Truman payed General Ramey a visit at Roswell, and Truman reportedly ordered the MJ-12 to be created in order to cover up UFOs/alien visitation. General Roger Ramey obviously decided to turn his back on the Shadow Government when he reportedly admitted that the weather balloon was the biggest lie he ever had to tell, saying >>It was out of this world son, out of this world!

It has been said that Dr. Leir is one of the world’s most important leaders in physical evidence research involving the field of Ufology. He and his surgical team have performed fifteen surgeries on alleged alien abductees. This resulted in the removal of sixteen separate and distinct objects suspected of being alien implants. These objects have been scientifically investigated by some of the most prestigious laboratories in the world including Los Alamos National Labs, New Mexico Tech, Seal Laboratories, Southwest Labs, the University of Toronto, York University, and the University of California at San Diego. Their findings have been baffling and some comparisons have been made to Meteorite Samples. In addition some of the tests show metallurgical anomalies such as highly Magnetic Iron that is without crystalline form, combinations of crystalline materials mixed common metals, growth of biological tissue into or out of metallic substances, as well as isotopic ratios not of this world. Dr. Leir has also been involved in investigations of other areas of Ufology involving physical evidence

The information I attained was from Collin's own words. Remember I said he was a master disinfo agent so we cannot trust his own words but I like him because he mostly tells the truth after he lies, people just aren't quick enough to get it but that is the game and he knows that.

Hi The Gut,

Just thought I'd let you know that I've (finally) turned to focusing on researching and writing a thread which touches on The Aviary.

I'm still polishing up another thread (on Astronomers and UFOs) that I've been working on for, well, ages but there isn't much more research to do done on that project. It's just a matter of shorting out notes for a thread which (even by my standards...) is likely to be fairly lengthy.

While doing the rather tedious work of sorting out those notes, I've started getting stuck into the more interesting research involved in trying to understand various issues which involve looking at several of the people involved in The Aviary. I'll probably be bothering you shortly to compare notes.

From initial explorations in the last few weeks of a few issues that I've noted over the years, I'm fairly sure that I'll shortly have some material that you and some other members of ATS will find interesting.

I'd like to get a lot more info of those men in black. Firstly, I don't know why some doubt that there are government agents whose work is debriefing and making sure people do not spread when they see something - especially when it comes to military secrets.

However, I am more curious about the encounters of non very human looking agents, who pointed the skies when asked where they were from. Let me be the first to say, I consider those stories, a little MADE UP...

One thing I am saying is, I do not need to infiltrate anything, they will come to me.
