In my view, despite any legislation supporting the legality of it, this would never, ever be permitted to happen ... at least not with profits going to him. But I sincerely doubt any publisher would acquiesce ... at least not for many years.

To top it off: dude just surrenders to police? Well....let's see...he had a gas mask on so, no one saw his face, he dropped tear gas....to disorient people....started buckin' shots...then walked out the door and surrendered; and the cops didn't smoke his azz???

Dude could have easily blended in with the crowd...as they were frantically trying to get out.

Oates (Aurora Chief of Police) admitted to calling someone within the NYPD (in his press conference), where he worked for 21 years and was high ranking, so it's likely he came to know Kelly. It's quite likely Kelly was the one Oates referenced earlier.

Just saying, there is a 'why' to why he would know.

Why? He clearly left during the show and came back with weapons. They should prevent people from leaving before the show is over. Or at least ID them before they leave.

Dude straight out MURDERED 12 people, injuring 59. And you say no "just cause". So then, what "cause" is "just" enough? Are you people feeling ok? Didn't a few days ago....cops kill an innocent man? Where was that JUSTice?

At this point, being "awake" has nothing to do with it. What's right is right, and what's wrong is wrong! Our sense of judgement seems to be a little distorted.

I don't know why, but for some reason it really bothers me that this happened in Aurora...

This story is bizarre on so many levels. But I see instead of analyzing it, a lot of people are already concluding that "he was crazy obviously", and that will be the end of critical thought.

oh my god. like a lot of people from around the world i have always wanted to visit america. see the places you see made famous on t.v shows and movies. there is only so often you can say that these things can happen anywhere. i think its gone beyond that now in america.

can some americans on here tell me....do you find it disturbing that among the rules like "dont put your feet on the seats"...is one that says "no guns allowed". wtf is this....the bloody wild west.

Maybe instead of a false flag for taking away everybody's rights to possess and use assault weapons, it's actually a ploy by the theater owners to do pat-downs and prevent people from bringing in their own food and drink. edit: i think its talking about how microRNA can be used to detect diseases, at least that's how i understood it. guess its not really related to anything..?
