We need to cap the punitive damages at $250,000 in all 50 states.

How exactly does obamacare make the gov bigger, and not the healthcare industry? Your gut instinct does not count as evidence.

You can choose to get your own insurance if you don't like Obamacare. Obamacare is only unfriendly to leechers who don't want to pay for their own insurance coverage and expect other hardworking taxpayers to foot the bills when these leechers need medical attetnion. Why isn't Masterjaden fighting for the averge taxpaying joes is sad. If Masterjaden really cares about the Average Americans, he should not stand up for freeloaders and leechers.

That is only if your employer keeps offering health insurance. Right now my company has Blue Cross but the rates have almost doubled since Obamacare was signed into law. There is no guarantee that he will continue to offer it all. If that happens I would be forced to try to get another private policy or use the government exchange. Then you have the millions of people who are employed but currently have no option to obtain health insurance through their employer.
I think you misunderstand my post. I was not arguing that it makes workers buy their insurance from their own company.

I was comparing the government policy itself as the "company". and the fact that the workers had no option but to go along with it. But in this case you don't have the option of quitting. We are in this for life if it is not repealed. I will forgive you for calling my argument "stupid". This is a sensitive subject and emotions can run high. I hope we can continue to have a respectful discussion despite our differences of opinion.

Please consider: Punishment for not paying the Obamacare tax may not currently be defined, But given that the IRS has been authorized to collect these taxes and jail time is currently a possibility for not paying other types of taxes, I don't think that it is a great stretch of imagination to consider jail time a possibility. You may not agree, that is your prerogative, maybe you can tell me what the punishment will be for not paying the Obamacare tax?

I don't think it is fair for you to categorize my opinions and hypothetical scenario as "blatant lies". Take a moment and reread my post and you will see that I did not lie, not a little and certainly not blatantly.
