Boy does Yaks slapper look good.....have him drop back to HORCOFFS OLD SPOT a few feet 4-5 LOWER TO THE CORNER ....because Yak isnt Horcs and he will score from there or put it where it needs to be if he is really deep --high off the tenders back or shoulder.Top cheese from that spot s quick as you can get it off if it is cross-ice so you can catch the tender on his turn and slide over to your side and bnk it in off him because if you go top cheese but not up-angle instead with a level high corner shot off a half-slapper or one-time snap-shot if it is quick-release off a FAST HARD PASS CORSSICE odds are you will squeeze one in off the shoulder or baack if you keep your shots just a blonde one to the inside as you focus on being quick....dont get to worried about the top corner be more worried about getting it off fast to catch his shoulder or back before he can square up on you,BANG-BANG FAST.Just lean the cross-hairs to the inside or his body/ribcage a hair and get it off ASAP.You SHOULD GO ELBOW BONE with those one-timers .......but I dont expect precision....HOWEVER shooting to the elbow from there is OPTIMAL for beating him with wristers if they are heavy.....they will power through him......this is for when he makes it square with you.....you can let him squre up if you want and lure him in...then just hit him at the exact elbow inside and chicken-wing him looking for a bank-shot in off his ribs with the ccurate wrister.I gave you the quick-release tactic up high catching him on his turn becuse it fits your skillsets better,but also gave you a deadly 2ndary option on the wrister to the elbow-bone for the goode olde chicken-winger.

Keep the far-side d-man on the blue-line prepared for wild rebounds rocketing out of the zone if the angle is to high on those shots I advised on,carefull to keep them level hard and heavy...you want to leave a mark on the goalie not have the puck immediatly leave the zone on a riccochet.

Or just keep the NHS on ice...you seem to be looking stable and consistant.

They WILL BE GETTING PHYSICAL AND NASTY NOW AFTER SEEING THE OUT-OF-TOWN SCORES.....their DESPERATION LEVELS JUST RED-LINED........watch yourselves and each other,do not get caught reaching and do not let them bait you into going N/S chasing pucks deep so they can intentionlly let you win the footrace and paste you to the boards.....just keep your heads up and tlk a LOT to each other letting them know you are watching each others backs.

A "little" banging in front of their goalie might be nice to see,or a wrparound,anything to make him look beyond peripery shots which he is now anticipating well.

Watch that man on the n-zone boards,they are sneaking those in now.And trying to flood the n-zone with strength LATERALLY at controlled speed.Adjust the forecheck to hit em before the blueline,the lateral approach is to defeat your stand-up shutdown of their blueline control........they are trying to push you all back with numbers and keeping ONE trailer back...they are sending everyone in....just adjust the n-zone approach by moving the contact up higher into the n-zone 5-7 feet.......and try to have a forward coming out of the zone late who will commit with speed and power to make it hurt open ice.Break their lateral strength earlier before they hit mid-n-zone.

The longer this game remains close the higher the chance something ugly will happen when the Kings get desperate....so my advice is to tell the men this and keep pressuring for offense...one more goal and they lose their cool because they know you are an offensive team.....just get one more..a 2 goal lead and they crumble and take a penalty or two...just push hard like you are and try to make every possesion a 200 foot march,dont give them what the NHS calls " puck-string" to cut on you or to work with ,burn up clock and opportunity....break their spirits. Take it to the net on them and pressure them,keep vocal and yelling....have someone keep chirping out the time-remaining loudly to their teammates so the Kings can hear it and you jack them up even more,force the pressure up on them as much as you can.

Get on the blueline because they are greenlit to penetrate directly now...be warned you now need to keep on them up high.And center of chest coming out at them with speed and stick extended.

This NHS process is not designed to enter negative dynamics repeatedly. Mistakes are one and done.The only way stats get near the NHS is through the NHS...which means 100% control of stats inputs by the NHS process....no one external pulling strings....and the stats source must be chosen by the process or the NHS.Wipe the slate or it cannot be called clean.There can be zero mis-representaation....not even shade of it......the stats influences can put their names in the hat.......but there can only be one which fits optimally.

I completely enjoyed last night,it was very cool competing against Sutter and seeing him try to squirm away from Nelly who was adjusting quickly and cleanly staying one step ahead via intuitively managed process.

Puoliot seemed to rise to this game and show his colors....he really does look to be willing to give what it takes to be a part of the process of becoming Champions......methinks Pouliot is seriously internally happy and challenged by the skillsets of his temmates...he is CHALLENGED becuse he knows now NO ONE can ever say they stepped into a room full of butterfingers if there is an Oildrop on the door......Benoit is surounded by Studs "he knows there is no denying the opportunity"and this is where he always felt he belonged...he truly feels this is his spot now and that he can produce as well or better than anyone....you gotta like that he responded with truculence to being just slightly challenged....both Pouliot and Hendricks responded well.Boy you dont have to say hadly anything about these fellas and they respond I wasnt exactly busting anyones cojones just a few veiled references and wow did they take it seriously.....this is a responsive group of men they can go far together.Both are able to support important parts of the process,nice showing by the entire team everybody worked their cojones off.....man did you guys look good out there,tough as nails ....Aulie set the tone early and everyone followed up for 60 complete minutes.

The communication from the bench was taken to another level with plenty of timely micro-management....well done.Everyone was getting accurate messages through to the players quickly when the process called on them.Rammer and the crew were spot on.

Jason the tender,as you can see by my actions of giving first the NHS believes many things in life are bigger than hockey and sometimes you give because it is the right thing to do,you have a very special gift others do not understand ....... there is something called a "visual thinker".....its what I do...its what you do.....its what a small but growing % of people do.More and more kids are born with this nromal natural ability every year---no one knows how to teach them---because they ae using advanced software cerebrally while neuro-typicals[majority] are running on old programming.If you understand what it is there are processes to use to tune in.I believe there is misconception here neuro-typical people insist on supporting because it benefits them and allows the to "compete' with "visual thinkers"............if you can only think conventionally then verbally externalising is normal......it is like baby steps in a process.....now imagine you DO NOT REQUIRE the process? Imagine if you could think in dynamics instead of words.......you would always BE AHEAD of the curve and it would frustrate the heck out of you if you didnt have coping skills if everyone kept doing behind the curve things with you......if I am a visual thinker as a boy as I was and you are trying to teach me something YOU know is CRITICAL to normal growth or WAS critical to YOUR OWN and MOST kids or neuro-typical minds you will be RELENTLESS and focused and if you reach out to MULTIPLE sources of help which is what a loving person would do you BRING MORE COOKS INTO YOUR KITCHEN and they DO NOT HAVE a better recipie than you do for what you are making.More cooks in a kitchen who are all running around with the same recipie thinking they have some special way of interpreting those words is NOT the optimal dynamic to teach a visual thinker anything in.

I used to get frustrated at 4-5-6 because my "teachers" couldnt stop over-communicating.......they relentlessly repeated EVERYTHING and there was no natural RYTHEM TO IT....after the FIRST TIME I was shown a dynamic interaction I understood its entire periphery ...everything was to slow for me and it drove me bonkers......one "baby step" at a time while inside I was wondering what was wrong with everyone...why we had to KEEP DOING THE SAME THINGS OVER the slow ways......the lessons are TO SLOW for a visual thinker and once you frustrate them they are like anyone else,the learning stops.Good luck with the math and numerical concepts.....just saying.

Remember that when we teach someone something we normally are coming from a dominant position...or we are "further ahead of the curve" looking back..... parents and teachers are smarter and have more conceptual acumen than children do.Now what happens if you have a visual thinker for a child? What if you CANT GET AHEAD OF THEIR MIND in dynamic terms .....what if even though THEY cannot undestand it or tell you...they are ahead of you most of the time?Imagine if you were a step or TWO OR THREE ahead of your teachers in school or your parents or your coaches.....you would go bonkers because you would constantly be RE-VISITING things YOUR MIND HAS LEARNED.....the first time your parents showed you somethng you LEARNED IT DYNAMICLLY you didnt think words in your head so you didnt need to pay attention to the words you could just as well have earplugs in becuse the disconnect is that huge.

Would YOU talk much if all it generated was more repetative actions fom your teachers with some good olde fashioned punishments thrown in to "make you listen"?In school I realised my teachers were sadly idiots because I could skim an entire text-book the first few days of school ,in an hour picking out dynamic sequences and interactions in patterns then not need the book for the rest of the year---i tormented every teacher I had by PUSHING THEM further into the curriculum than they wanted to go especially the lazy ones ,when I was bored I would purposefully ask leading questions out loud that I knew would TRIGGER specific classmates to push even further.Once you read ALL the words in book you fill your databanks with millions of useless words,repetative useless words.....when the entire book can be broken own into a small number of dynamic interactions which are part of a single clear pattern.....now why in the world would you give up this dynamic visualising...to DO THINGS THE HARD WAY???Some kids arent having a "hard time" they are being taught the "hard way" and it beats the crap out of them........ the mainstream teaching proceeses we use are designed for Neuro-typicals.These teaching processes CANNOT KEEP PACE with a visual thinker.....I am saying there is NO CHANCE ......you NEED another visual thinker who can be AHEAD OF THE CURVE......neuro-typicals are BORN BEHIND THE CURVE of visual thinkers.

No one considers the emotional quotient....visual thinkers must deal with.......they are being taught by parents and teachers who DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TEACH THEM.

Stats thinking is neuro-typical....hence their popularity ....the appeal is unavoidable.....they are wired for stats.

Stats thinking is OLD NEWS NOW.....neuro-typical thinking is now being correctly defined as LONGHAND .....historiclly the system PUNISHED people who were far ahead of the curve......computers let neuro-typical thinkers become visual thinkers ,what you get from Google....a visual thinker is born with.....you need to fill up a developing visual thinkers database MUCH FASTER with MUCH MORE......not slower with less.....that would be like intentional torture.Reading is the key and teaching what "imagination" is,the kids need to see contrast so they can attatch a pattern to things.....if you only try to show them a neuro-typical way of doing things you short-change them.....there is no contrast for them to surf.

The sooner you can teach an autisitic kid to read and excercise their imagination the sooner you can give them an outlet...a way so SKIP AHEAD when they need to to relieve the pressure neuro-typical torture/teaching puts on them.

As soon as I could read an entire textbook overnight I could go to class the next day and understand where everyone else was at...then i could ask leading questions which activated specific other kids who would then push the river for me and force the teachers to pick it up a little ha ha ha A LOT....I frequently got in trouble for jumping ahead of the curriculums pace and forcing everyone to come with me.By 5th grade it was what kept me sane.....and drove my teachers insane....I actually got in trouble for talking in class TELLING OTHER KIDS HOW TO LEARN FASTER.......believe me I learned to enjoy forcing the status quo to evolve since I was a very young kid.If its got to be either your way or my way...lets get it on baby......because there can only be ONE OPTIMAL WAY OF DOING EVERYTHING.....and everything else is excusatory no matter how much status quo support this less than optiml process may recieve from neuro-typical thinkers.
