I am an Autodidact, who happens to enjoy hockey, count yourself lucky I even pay attention. There is no existing market valuation dollarwise for what I am and what I have created for the game of Hockey.Do a Wiki-search of autodidact, and then search "list of autodidacts" and check out the explanation commonly requested.

No question may ever be posed without some tangible degree of the answer catalysing the very question itself.

Foreknowledge is a required component of a question.

The questions hold the answers, the questions ARE the answers, the more minds asking and solving questions the better.

Ha ha ha,I know it is hard to understand, and I sympathise but it is what it is.Ha ha ha.

I have been attempting to teach you monkeys-rumps a form of modified didactic learning modulated and dialed right in to your traditional hockey mindsets.

My methodology has been working wonderfully, and as soon as someone with the power and influence to break this story wide open gets involved there will be formal recognition.

Your search for statistical answers or statistics based analytics teams answers will never come close to producing the results that a didactic learning program will manifest consistantly.

My self-teaching is catalysed by the use of 100% pure intuition. The NewAge Hockey System is based on 100% Intuition, its Intuitive Dynamic Managment program is also built upon Intuition, because Intuition is what greases my wheels.Intuition is the primary ingredient of The Winning Formula.

OOps,methinks I just heard the other shoe drop, and that means another market driven price reaction. Now a probable source of documented validation can be attatched to the PO # request that is required to pay for such a resource.

Mac-T,you like to read, well do the searches I advised and learn.Same with Dallas, just learn.

Dont think for a second I cannot produce Stanley Cup wining results out of your exact roster immediatly, because I can,and I use a didactic learning technique to harness the cumulative cerebral horsepower of your entire managment group and organisational assets to accomplish this.

I can outperform you ALL any day of the week because only I can bring ALL OF YOUR INDIVIDUAL PERSPECTIVES and therefore optimal contributions onto the same page and turn them into a cumulative yet tangible resource for myself to indulge in.

None of you can do this and there is no managment program in existance that can handle this type of real-time fluid data integration, only computers can produce "some" of these performance parameters expressed statisticlly.

Good day Gentlemen.

How to engage the offense on the PP to help smash the Bolts 7-0.

Keep running the PP the way you have been, but tighten up your execution.
- make sure the man high on the blueline keeps hhis body in the n-zone and his stick in the o-zone,really floating high, and dont worry if he loses one because he is high enough to turn and burn and not be exploited by any coverge from the middle, the only way this support position can be exploited is if a bad shot decision is made, usually trying a slapper or a long windup. The shot down the middle is a hard one from that spot because the middle coverage will be coming up hard and fast taking away the straight on shooting lane. Its better to use hard and heavy accurate wristers to the sides of the net looking for deflections,one-timers or scoop-shots than it is to challenge the middle coverage, those blueline shots have to come as the man is sliding laterally across the blueline.

-make sure the halfboard support on the PP stays deep and with their backs stapled to the boards forcing the d-men to come to them,or giving them the easy pass to the middle. The men on the half-boards need to be on their forehands facing the middle support, and they need to be feeding one-timer saucers to him as he breaks into scoring position on an angle away from the direct middle so he can get his shot past the middle d-man,this should be timed properly at about 75% speed, just catching the defense when they are stretched out.The man on the opposite half-boards needs to recognise at the same time as the middle support man who is cutting into the shooting lane that the playaction is a go,so communication is key and when that middle support man cuts in he must YELL before he sprints in so that opposite side halfboards man can come over to the middle at high speed to cover.

The support men on the halfboards have an unusually stable position in a prime peripheral scoring lane or area where there is traditionally very little time to manouver. This serious tactical advantage is what should be generating the majority of the PP goals . it is critical to recognise that the high middle support does in fact catalyse the movement and control on the PP but it is the halfboard threats who are allowed extra time to stutterstep the defense and close the gap to shoot at any time that make that entire formation tick. This is why we want the men on the halfboards to have their forehand facing the middle support man, this also gives them one timer dominanace when they recieve a return pass from the high middle support. Those half-wall men will get a lot of chances at onetimers because as soon as they can lure a d-man a few feet over to the boards and activate their outlet pass to the middle man it will force that d-man to back back up and collapse to the net because he wont have time or space to challenge the middle man we have with the puck,it is this transition back into position by the d-man that allows a quick snappy pass-back into a one-timer from the halfboards man, also remember that because in this PP formation we have strong halfboards prescence all the time we CAN use high shots at the corners that might ring the boards hard and fast,in fact we might want to use this to our advantage .

One of the keys to focus on is the urgency of the PP, these plays dont take long to set up,the real challenge is individuals having the confidence and vision to remember that they are in a pure position of power and that EVERY SINGLE TIME the defense challenges one of them they open up their bellys or their throats.EVERY time.So the decision making needs to speed up,not neccessarily the speed of execution which must be optimally managed, but the decisions need to be made sooner and the shots made faster and with more natural rythem and flow more out of movement that is suddenly escalated like a sprint than from stationary or static positions. If the basic concept of ALWAYS BEING IN CONTROL can be accepted by all of the men and the coaches then what should be seen is very fast and sure and quickly and terminally executed scoring playaction endings.

By the 2nsd pass on the PP a decision must already be being made by our man on the shot option, the first time we get puck control on a halfboard of either side we become a terminal threat, and we must behave like one meaning that EVERY time we get that halfboard puck we are considering the options of simple short and terminal sprints on net.

This means we should see a lot of plays where the halfboard man sneaks in full speed for a shot on net in a short micro-sprint of say three strides, then shoots and immediatly HITS THE BINDERS and skates backwards right back to his halfboards position to support the rebound control. No chasing the puck unless the rebound comes right back out at you.An IMMEDIATE brake and reverse back to the halfboards after the release,no hesitation to even look at where your shot went, just arse down braking and full on reverse back to position. It is overpursuit of the puck on rebounds from the initial shots that are routinely blocked that burn the PP units consistantly, they are shooting themselves in the foot.

Remember it is quick strike or no strike decisioin making but still primarily a strike first and ASAP focus, that primal scoring urgency must be our primary driver at all times.

The middle support on the PP is NOT our PRIMARY scoring focus and it IS NOT our secondary scoring focus either. The secondary scoring focus is going to be hard cross ice wristers through the creas straight E/W from the boards, when our halfboard shooters reverse back into position they will find that a lot of pucks QUICKLY come ringing back to them on the boards,it is their extra speed on the reverse that puts them in this naturally occuring positional puck retrieval dynamic,so naturally the best option will be to immediatly string a very hard wrister straight E/W through the crease, then hold position.

The middle man can be used to score as a primary driver if an opponent insists on throwing to much high speed aggressive pressure at him and tries to take or pick him out of the playaction. When they pressure like this, which committed teams will often do,the middle man need to make a fast outlet pass to the halfboards and then chase his pass immediatly cutting his coverage off and into the middle so he can take a pass from the halfboards and drive the net with it from the outside with an arm pushing out to the middle. The way to burn that high pressure defense on our high middle man is to simply use a short give and go but to always remember to have that middle support cut that defender into the middle so he can gain superior puck retrieval position for the pass from the halfboards. Then just lean in hard to the middle with your free hand out sheilding you lokking to draw a penalty if anyone grabs you. This positioning kills the defenses contact options because you can control the contact with that are mout and they cannot grab it.Just get the coverage forced to the middle and collect the pass then lean in and drive the net with your free arm out and look for a one handed shot on net,a backhand as high as you can get it up.Then immediatly get to the halfboards because that man has covered your attact and is in the middle high position again.DONT even look to see where your shot went, just get skating backwards as fast as you can,if the rebounds comes out to you you will be facing the right way but going bac

Remember on the PP that you may go top corners if you want to from the halfboard micro-rush because we have strong support on the opposite side to pick up pucks ringing the boards high and fast.

This means that far fewer of your shots will be blocked down low by d-men or legs and sticks ect ect.

Because the halfboard men will be on their forehands facing the middle they will need to DEFINATELY shoot off their back feet and release ASAP for the closest top corner, they MUST hurry this shot and use the power and control of their dominant forehand to make this high speed decision pay off with goals. It is OPTIMAL to shoot off of their back feet like LeCavilier likes to and Lemieux liked to because they ARENT going to overpursue the puck after they shoot,in fact immediatly after the release they will be backing back towards the halfboards facing the net ready.

On the PP the urgency level means fast cerebral decisions, then definitive actions followed by definitive returns to system support positions without overpursuing the puck, the puck comes to the numbers advantage on the PP,just fast decisions and quick-strike offense and quick recovery tactics BACKING IN REVERSE TO THE HALFBOARDS ASAP FACING THE MIDDLE ALL THE WAY WATCHING THE PLAYACTION.

If the halfboards shooter keeps it high top corners they will force the d-men to choke up to cover those shooting lanes, this will relieve some pressure on the middle man we have in place, just fire a few at the top corners and watch that middle pressure ease up and if that doesnt work after the standard three tries then use the give and go with the middle man where he cuts the middle defender to the middle and leans in to the net looking for a one handed backhander on net as high up as he can.

Just remember to pass to the middle support man on the PP with authority, dont worry about him bobbeling one or two, because he will always be able to turn and burn before the middle coverage can beat him up the middle. And besides your PP system support is on the halfboards on the side the bobbled puck is angeling off to,so he will likely get to it before your opponent if he is heads up and paying attention or cheating a few feet high in support. always cheat the free side a few feet to the blueline to support and missed or mishandled passes that deflect off of our high middle pivot man.

These adjustments should make the PP NHL top ten by years end.
It is already looking better, the results will come now with these tidbits I have gifted.

Remember that shot selections will force d-men to cover different shooting lanes in different ways.

Remember that the halfboards men have their forehands facing the middle for a tactical reason and that is to pick the top corners on their shots shooting off of their back feet and then backing up to the halfboards again. That halfboard position is our PRIMARY scoring focus. When the shots ARE taken they need to come off of the back feet to SPEED up the shooting sequence, and to put the shooter in an optimal foot position to brake and reverse and keep himself facing the playaction as he recovers position.

If any of you players or coaches are reading this it would be respectfull to log on anonymously and support the data you are recieving.

I expect to see the adjustments immediatly and goals scored much quicker and with confidence and terminal authority.

Remember on your PP o-zone entrys that as long as you have TWO men laterally strong ONE SPHERE OF INFLUENCE APART to keep the defenses first decision delayed in no-mans-land for a micro-second five feet into the n-zone you CONTROL the defense completely and have an easy entry,if they try to overload you all you need to do is go diagonally crossice immediatly HARD AND HEAVY ON THE VELOCITY into the coverage looking backdoor.

So on the approach to the o-zone entry in the n-zone we should see 3 men hitting the blueline at the same time two on the puck entry side challenging the defense at 75% speed and one coming over the line wayy on the far opposite boards full bore at 100% speed looking to get backdoor from the outside with his stick down drawing a d-man to him immediatly. This play will likely end a lot of PPs as the upspeed man coming in far side backdoor WILL get dominant position and draw a d-man over,if the forwards can shoot to score early and establish dominance then they can force the defense to outnumber them and open up that hard diagonal cross-ice pass to the backdoor upspeed man.On the 2nd PP unit Jones is very good at this playaction tactic.

Yakupov will understand this halfboards action of shooting square to the net and then immediatly backing up quickly to expand your sphere of influence and change your angles. He is excellent at this naturall,he is a darter and is actually ELITE at the tactic.

Nugent-Hopkins also understands this tactic very very well and uses it a lot.Less intimiadating than Nail but still crafty and lethal when he is in a shooting mood.If the coaches demanded four+ quality shots for Hopkins per game from his linemates we would see a goals per shot ratio higher than Halls or Perrons or anyones.

The added advantage of the halfboard control on the PP is that the hard shot into the back boards at the right angle behind the net from one halfboard pinchpoint will turn into a riccochet pass to the opposite halfboards man for a one timer quick strike shot, the angle and bankshot are a sweetspot if you work it a bit in practice and guage the velocity and weight of the shot right.

Rumors that gagner is being shopped huh?

Well that is par for the course with this deluded managment group.

Sam Gagner should be wearing the C,not Ference,Hall and Nuge should have As and this team should be in the playoffs this season.

This entire mess is unforgivable.

The man scores 8 pts in an NHL game and shows he can ignite the entire team repeatedly and he is blackballed?

Sam should be playing on the 1st line with Hall and Ebbs.To spark the team.

Gagner is our 2nd line offensive anchor and is a critical player for us.With his experience and offensive ability and line managment ability we become a line 1 and 1a team.

We need to jettisson the coach and GM and K-Lowe as well if this picking apart of our roster continues, gagner is not even in his prime yet.He is a premier line manager and can produce tremendous results if he isnt harrassed by a bush league defensive failure of a coach and dogged in the room by a shoe-in captain preaching the same schtick as the coach that shoed him in.

This team has had an implosion and we need to clean out the house again,This isnt the first time a Rookie Coach and Rookie Captain have lost the room, and it will not be the last time, lets just get it over with already.

Dallas refuses to eat his humble pie when he needs to ,he is turning out to be a buck passer who pretends the buck he is passing is someone elses accountability factor. The lack of offensive acumen has been his undoing.

You cannot sell a city like Edmonton on defensive promises, the city is very hockeywise. This roster never was going to be and never will be defensively tilted.

The building isnt being sold out so fans can watch defense. And this hockey market just might be the consumer market that kicks hockey owners right in the Velvet Crown Royal Bags when they are unhappy with the morality of the product being sold to them. These generations are savvy.

I do believe that there are some surprising changes coming to the NHL marketplace in maverick citys where ownership thinks they can strongarm a saturated fanbase thinking the seats will be filled no matter how they treat the fanbase.

I am not for re-building an entire roster around Dallas Eakins rookie coaching acumen and Andrew Ferences Rookie captaincy, you may call it buyers remorse but I have never had this level of animosity rise up against a coach and a captain of this team in its entire history.

I am as fed up with the defensive BS as i am with inept managment across the board.

Just wipe the slate clean and bring in some premier offensive managers with proven records and let them reshape things ASAP.

Last season the team was hitting its natural stride and was producing explosive and record breaking offense with stuttering but evolving consistancy against some of the best teams in the NHL.

Some ego-maniac advised ownership to support bringing in a Rookie coach who is unproven and a well know task-master to boot? That will go down as if not the then one of the biggest mistakes in the history of the club.

The ONE think you do not do to a young embryonic developing offensive nucleus is suddenly dump them all onto the ice with a rookie coach who has never managed a single game in the NHL but preaches his rookie defensive schematics which have not been proven against NHLers. Then the roster is forced to absorb unvalidated criticism as if they were letting down a proven coach and system, the coach and system arent proven therefore there is no way to pin down causality of this seasons spiral.

The fact is that any system would have yeilded results, there is a rookie coach trying to employ what are now outdated AHL defensive systems in the NHL.He is focusing on the defense which has turned into his achillies heel and is destroying him.

Intuitive Dynamic Managment is being used by many NHL clubs now and is still being ignored by the Oil,and at this point I could care less,it is simply pitifull now,one can only feel sorry for the players, and wish the coaches and management to be gone ASAP before we lose any more of our roster to kneejerk protectionist actions.

There is no place in todays NHL for Dallases vision of defensively catalysed "safe" hockey. The mistakes we are seeing regularly are coaching errors not player errors.Errors caused by an unrealistic reliance on inneffective defensive focus.

Trade Gagner and you set this team back 2-3 years.

Players are only like chess pieces if you have a proven system and managment capability, neither of these dynamics exist at the moment and the cart is being put in front of the horse.

The coach and managment are going about dissecting a very good roster as if they had these critical dynamics in their favor, this is not the case, not at all.

This roster is offensively catalysed to its core, and it will not be easily converted into a defensive style team, this decision will cost the city of Edmonton some core assets they do not deserve to lose.

This is about an inept and unable managment and coaching group being willing to sell off the future fun and excitement the fans waited a decade to see to save their sorry arses from the unemployment line.

I consider Sam Gagner to be a critical part of the core here,he is a key cog in the Stanley Cup Winning Formula,he is really irreplaceable at his juncture.

Sam is an elite puck manager with above average levels of Intuition in his game.He can produce consistantly in the NHL if given the proper coaching and system support.

We can change players all day if we want to and it will not make this team a winning team.if you told any NHL Head Coach that they could have a four-six year run with this core group they would sreiously consider the option.I mean seriously after this years draft where if the bleeding hockey gods have a say will end up as the #1 overall again,we will be a historical anomoly in terms of talent and skill depth,at that point top ten NHL coaches will consider 6 year contracts.

I have not headhunted Dallas since he was hired,i have tried to be fair, but now the time has come to be honest, the lack of focus on consistant NHL level offense that suits the entire roster has been unforgivable in its duration and degree.I understand the reluctance to veer from the overall long term prospectus you have committed to.I get that you refuse to change the things you said you could and would do in your bargain with Gandolph,,,I mean Mac-T.I also happen to know that all of your ideas are good ones, but simply lacking offensive focus.

This dilemma is a CARRY-OVER from over a decade ago,but the length of it has caused fans to demand staff TURN-OVER with more and more regularity.

God I hate to say it Dallas but i think you started a fight in the wrong city with the wrong cats.I think you underestimated the dynamic situation and dont know what to do about it other than hang in there and keep fighting.

All I can say is that there is a certain and pure morality component to being a winner and a champion,it is inescapable.

As a coach at any level there is no possible way you can ignore the results that the roster you have produced last season, there is NO POSSIBLE WAY you can not aknowledge the optimal potential of the offense at your disposal.

There is no responsible way you may claim that you hold your predecessors in such low regard that you believe they did not attempt to implement a solid NHL level defensive

Other able coaches have implemented various defensive schematics into the traditional Oil system. With varying degrees of success.

Yours arent exactly crackerjack man.

Have some respect for the men who came before you.

Look at their bodies of work.Make honest evaluations and pick something that works with your own ideas and make adjustments.

I think you are under the impression that hockey is a game where you can simply put 65% of your focus on defense and then let the other 35% of piecemeal halfhearted offense roll like dice hoping lady luck tosses in a few goals by fluke.

You underestimate and disrespect and dismiss the primary core driver of the very game you make a living off of and ought to be ashamed of yourself.Offense is what made people play hockey in the very beginning of the sports conception.

You compete to GET to the NHL,that is an AHL focus, once you are in the Big Show it is win /loss/or OT loss and NOTHING ELSE MATTERS.

A defensive focus is optimally executed by a deeply experienced roster. It is a mistake free style,a patient experienced style that CANNOT BE OPTIMALLY EXECUTED by a less than thoroughly NHL experienced roster.

This is and always will be the wrong focus for the Oil roster, core and developmentel prospects in the pipeline.

If Dallas had been handed a deeply experienced roster he might be seeing different results, and the roster could have carried him for a year or two while he developed NHL acumen and instincts, currently he has no idea how to engage the killer instinct,he cannot handle NHL level offensive responsibilitys.

A roster like this one with its core should come out to start the season heck-bent for leather trying to rack up as many points with high flying river hockey offense as they can right up to the last regular season game.Every NHL team needs to think that way.

Hockey only exists in individual 60 minute reality-bites,There is nothing appliccable beyond the parameters of those 60 full minutes.Nothing carries into that 60 minute dynamic sequence of reality and nothing carries out of it either,it is finite in its ending.

There is no cumulative work in progress going on in a 60 minute finite dynamic reality.

You need to WIN every 60 minute battle and you dont do that with a defensive mentality, which bleeds through so heavily it becomes a liability.

You treat each game with the proper level of urgency and respect. You treat each puck possesion and transition and shot in net with the same professional and Championship level of respect.

You do not undermine and disrespect the primary core driver of the very game you play and go into each 60 minute battle with a defensive focus and intent, defenders are already under attack mentally before they are even engaged,a seige mentality is a defeatest mentality, and that is what is being forcefed to pure unadultered winning hockey players who are young and strong,I hope they fight it long and hard until it changes or they break free of its regressive bonds.

I am not following the fanbase status quo either,I held off of the witch-hunt longer than they did on average and was concerned with different aspects of the game than most of them, but at the end of the day this is simply a showdown between defense and offense, between players and coaches, with managment sitting it out and just sniping players off as the coaches direct.

I openly say run the coaches and managment group, make NO TRADES this season ,take the pick and use it because it is supposedly a weak draft and trade value will be low.

Next season Taylor and Hopkins and Eberle and Yakupov and J Schultz and others will be at the experience levels the team needs them at to be serious playoff contenders.

I say run managment and coaches because of the refusal to commit to a primary offensive focus.I believe offense is harder to learn at the NHL level and it has a very low ceiling for most men,the really good players are naturally superior in most cases, and had it before they got to the NHL and simply carried it over.Anyone can learn to play defense by proxy if given enough minutes and exposure and patience.

Having access to this extreme level of skill and talent has been severely under-valuated by everyone concerned, everyone forgets that we are today seeing actual and tangible reincarnations of the Dynasty levels of skill with the puck. Our core is 4 years ahead of the offensive curve in the NHL evolutionary curve as they stand and they need a coaching influence immediatly that can accommodate their optimal abilitys, these kids are willing to work hard,so give them the support they need.

Trying to overwhelm them and their instincts and spirits by smothering them in a confusing mess of defensive crap is the most regressive path possible.

If Messier cannot come down to the ice and coach as he needs to then he needs to step out of this equation. This team needs an elite level of NHL offensive acumen on the bench IMMEDIATLY and it has to carry tangible weight and influence IMMEDIATLY.

Messier needs to step in and orchestrate the offense and then tell Dallas the things he needs the defense to do to support that elite level of offense hidden in Marks beanbag.

The defense needs to be boot-pucked out of the drivers seat and into the back seat where it belongs.

The Kids needs an advocate with big brass cojones who they can immediatly respect to step in on their behalf and mentor them at a coaching level that accommodates their cumulative skill and hockey IQ levels in terms of offense.

Bring Messier out ASAP,he will not only cut this teeth with no pressure in a losing season already written off but he will waste no time helping the leadership challenges here work themselves out, something he cannot and will not do unless he is a tangible asset on the bench carrying that level of managerial and team respect.

If Messier connects as I believe he will, methinks he will be a naturally elite coach when given lattitude to teach his vision.

If primary focus is put on offense, and high level 60 minute offense then the defensive questions will resolve themselves by years end,but without a firm and strong offensive direction and focus to base defensive needs upon you are lost.

The primary focus of this roster needs to be offense,so bring in Messier and remove a few bodies from the bench, there are to many men there.Let Messier direct a 100% PRIMARY TEAM focus on offense and have Dallas adjust his defensive schematics to accommodate that offensive need.Let the OFFENSE telegraph its needs to the defense optimally, let the OFFENSE lead the dance and have the defense follow in step.

Let an elite high level thinking offensive mind with a Hall of Fame track record come in and mentor a core roster with the potential to someday join him in that Hall if they can be properly directed by a man of his acumen.

I cannot say I dont want to give Dallas more rope, but the team needs this offensive primary focus and elite level of mentorship messier brings immediatly to fit its elite needs.

Wipe out the bench except for Dallas and Mess, give them Headsets and go oldeschool on the NHL for the rest of the season.

Put two coaches upstairs with a TV monitor for the MSM feed and internet to read the game blogs online as well, one for defense and one for offense, connect them to their respective bench bosses, and let everyone have some breathing room for once.

I am tired of givi

I am tired of giving you freeloaders professional level ,actually elite level direction for free.

As a group you keep closing doors so fast it is hard to keep up and find solutions for you all.

As it stands you can empty the bench except for Dallas and Mess and openly claim that the team will now "compete" with an all-out offensive style of NHL hockey,no holds barred.

At the end of the day you buffoons do what you want anyways so who cares what the party line says right?

Let Messier show this group how to solve their leadership problems which are now obvious and hurting the team and its future.

Get Ference moved to the Blues where he will have an impact on their playoff drive and get MPS back here its the only way out of the corner you ran yourselves into, give Gagner the C until Hall or Nuge evolve into it in 2 years or so,relieve Eberle of the pressure and let him just be himself for now.

Get Charlie Huddy back to run the defense for/with Dallas and Messier in to run the Offense.Who says an optimally performing Head Coach needs to get his hands dirty in either of those pies?

Keep Dallas on a tight chain runnng the lines as his assistants ask him to do for them. All we should see is Dallas eyeballing messier and Huddy at work on the bench running their respective shows and waiting for them to relay sitreps to him.

Put the current bench assistants upstairs where they are needed most.

Fix the locker room, return it to its former state ot suffer the curse, and give back the donuts or suffer the curse, and remember that for as long as you are here this roster has to suffer your curses with you.

Charley Huddy is a perfect man to set up the type of defense that will be needed league-wide very very soon.He played that exact style against similar offenses to what we are all seeing evolving in todays NHL.

It would be outright stupid to see a core young guy take a serious injury for the rest of this season just to fill Dallases compete mandate, these are after all assets.

At the smallest sign of a tweak anywhere we need to sit these guys out.We need to get as many men on the injury list as we need to to be 100% healthy and we need to bring up as many farm men as we can looking for energy and possible gems.Work the rules and get more new blood in ,the season is for that now.

I say we gut the defense and bring up as many tryouts as we can, looking for size, same at forward,we have some real giants in the system,so lets see them working together as a cumulative group.Bring in Moroz and anyone with size and moxy but bring them in a drove not individually.

I think Moroz will be a 100% perfect dynamic fit for either Gagners line if he is defensively aware or Hemskys line if he bulls in front of the net in from his wing.

I think Ryan Jones would fit nicely with Gagner and Yakupov,he has the size to be effective and he can get specific jobs done if asked,he is very managable.Just ask him to do an MPS impersonation until we can get Magnus back.Let Gagner manage this line and he will give you a 1b line,he is that good a manager and Yakupov will take the goal scoring lead by years end if you solidify them.

Keep the 1st line Hall-Nuge-Ebbs and solidify it for the year.Ask hall to back off and let Nuge run the lines offensive managment. Its that simple,Nuge needs to be the brains and he needs to pick one of the three to be the scalpel every night,he is the most capable one to do this.

The 3rd line of Perron-Gordon-Hemsky should win us a lot of NHL games, very few teams can handle this type of 3rd line offensive punch.

The 4th line of Gadzic-Acrcobello-Smyth should be able to generate above average NHL 4th line offense,I believe Arco canmanage this line very very effectively.

Goals will be scored on us but we will be hitting back from all 4 lines. What we do need to see is creative line managment, like double shifting entire lines when you see an easy one develop and they still have gas to pull it off.

When you have as much skill as we do you can put men like Hall on the 3rd or 4th line to destroy opponents from there any time you choose to do so.

First you design the optimal lines in terms of dynamic player compatability.

Then you determine their best offensive projection, optimal.

Then you determine the optimal defensive zzone exit strategys to support each lines offensive focus.Tailormade to each line so they dont need to adapt and change,,only the defense needs to adapt and change but there are only two key defensive choices anyways its not exactly building the ISS.

Now you have a defense that only has to make one of two choices
and that is easy street, and you have 4 different lines all optimising their assets with individual attack dynamics, each line utilising one of the two defensive exit strategys as an initiation point.

Keep the d-zone exit strategys down to two,and support them 100% with all 5 men on the ice and the game becomes very very easy.let the right men make the right decisions at the right times for once.

If the opponent dumps the puck in on line #1 they will get a different d-zone exit strategy focused on their forecheck than if they dumped the puck in on line #2 or 3 or 4.

There will be no system pressure on the d-men to make an either or decision with the d-zone exit strategy, they can go either way and the offensive players on that shift will be prepared to support them, they also only need to know two d-zone exit strategys to be effective and on board on time.Their offense will catalyse from their line leader not a set defensive breakout pattern, this makes our system very hard to read. The offensive focus from ANY line can support and integrate with the two d-zone exit strategys but it develops independantly from that zone transition.

When you add TSP to this simple managment plan it really throws opponents for a soid loop for 60 minutes and goalies get pulled like wildfire.

Get the goaltenders involved in formulating the TSPs so they can identify their own weaknesses in their own terms by analysing their peers vulnerabilitys.

Get Huddy involved ASAP and give him the two exit strategys to work with so he is ready, they are simple.

There is only one way to stop teams like the Hawks,Blues,Kings and Pens, and it is to make them hurt,to never give them a painless o-zone entry, never, you need to break them down.

Charlie will like the two options he will be teaching the men.One is olde school hardnosed hockey where everybody is paying something even if their name is Crosby.

Messier will love learning to manage 4 different offensive lines catalysed by just two d-zone exits.

Dallas will love learnng what it feels like to be at the helm of a professionally managed team and he will be a trouble shooter only, keeping his hands out of the pie so to speak really only identifying and reacting to opponents coaching adjustments and then relaying data to his two subordinates to utilise before they spit out answers to him to evaluate..Running herd over his sheep.

One man running the defense as a secondary supportive asset-Huddy.
One man running the Offense as the primary team driver-Messier.
One man competing head to head with opposing coaches strategys-Dallas.

The rest is a cake-walk.A three man team on the bench and the same upstairs.

Find some stability and get some clarity.

Ok,15 minutes to gametime.

Remember the scoring summary TDT I showed you how to create?

I hope you threw together a few anticipatory tactics and are prepared tonight.

I am not making any tactical system suggestions until I see a shift or two.

The lines look balanced for once, nice job so far.Perron will need to remember that it doesnt matter how he backs the defense in it can be a shot threat or a leaning hard push he just needs to ALWAYS break out of the playaction while he still has momentum and speed on his side,he cannot let himself be stopped or made static because he needs to simply gain the o-zone and strike or pass then immediatly cycle around the net back into defensive position at high speed. The recovery is as important as the o-zone entry because he will carry high speed momentum doing this and consistantly recover optimally. That is how MPS supported Gagner and Yakupov,he transitioned the zones consistantly then charged in hard and made a play but CARRIED on using his speed and momentum to get into premier defensive position to cover for his linemates. And they knew he would be there doing this for them.

If Perron simply makes solid zone transitions and then does his thing charging the net and shooting from midzone then speeds through stabbing at his rebounds but NOT STOPPING as he rounds the net at full speed recovering defensive positioning and lets his teammates clean up rebounds that line will likely have a huge offensive impact because David can score from anywhere and as long as he doesnt stop at all on his rushes and brings them around in a fast cycle full bore to the high defensive area behind everyone he WILL get loose pucks in PRIME shooting position.MPS had LOTS of shooting opportunitys but was like Hemmer not a shoot first mentality, but perron IS a shoot first mentality so if he just plays as defensively responsible as MPS did and carries his high speed around back into defensive position he will get pucks high on the blueline and be able to drive them in from the middle.

In Sam We Trust, this line is going to light it up one way or another tonight.I predict it is the deciding factor in our win.

Gagner needs to remember to be a legitimate scoring threat every shift as do his linemates, there shouldnt be any over-passing from that trio,it should be bang-bang plays.

I think Hemsky is due for a big night and if he uses his zone entry ability and shoots for three possesions and then passes on one he will have a huge impact on th game.Just feed it to Hemmer who is breaking in any way he wants and shooting it at will, let his linemates pick rebounds up.But if Ales shoots more than not he will score at least once tonight.

Arcobello ceates offense wherever he seems to find himself, maybe he should concentrate on his shooting tonight, using one-time scoopers and crafty shots,he doesnt like his slapper which I DO LIKE because it is so compact and he gets it off so fast and he cn get it off on the fly at speed as well.

Same with Gagner, his slapper is so compact and fast action he should use it more.

I hope David and Nail can light it up for Sammy tonight, that trio looks very much like an NHL 1st line.

Game on.

What can i say except keep this offensive focus going for 40 more minutes and everything should continue to evolve in the right direction, change nothing just keep the focus.Try getting Eberle his hattrick so he can rub it in to Taylor.

Gagner has his shooting glasses on tonight,if he keeps it up he will score one, same with Nail just let er rip.

Nice to see Hemsky shooting the puck.

Nuge is looking really good tonight and is hitting those E/W passes through the crease perfectly.

Nice job of working the backdoor plays on this tall goaltender, remember that when you come around the net you can try to snipe them in off of his shoulders coming around as he will be standing up to look over his shoulder, use his height against him.

The men are shooting the puck with a nice sense of urgency across all the lines.

Lets see if this offense can be carried through this game now.

We have our best lines forward tonight,so lets see what we can get out of them for 60 full minutes.

Lets get J Schultz into the mix more.Lets see him score one tonight.

I am really liking Nails defensive play tonight he is making good decisions clearing his own zone, simple fast plats over the blueline.

Hall is looking good tonight, maybe he needs to go roof daddy on this big body goaltender next time and not 5 -hole.

Nuge needs to shoot a bit more himself tonight, just let it go at odd angles and try to bang them in off of guys, this goaltender is huge and he is bait for nice 75% speed slippery wristers that are bankshots,it doesnt matter how you score them, just score them.

Big tenders are vulnerable anywhere from behind because their legs are so long and bodys so tall you can bank pucks in off of them.

Whatever it is you are doing ,keep doing it,those nice lateral zone entrys are workng out well, two men on the right side and one really wide on the left, when those two men gain the zone have the puck carrier sprint to behind the net and have the 2nd man come in right behind him but pull up backdoor, then have the man behind the net fire a pass to the far winger who broke in alone on the left side and snap it crossice to the backdoor man who pulled up after the o-zone entry.Do this at high speed, just have the 2 men entering the zone collapse together once they gain the o-zone one behind the puck carrier and then drive the puck behind the net as one man pulls up and quickly pass to the left side halfboards so the cross ice pass to the backdoor can be made in a zippy manner.

You dont NEED to make this adjustment it is just a nice way to work that zone entry that is working for you.

Momentum is flagging.

Micro-manage now,ask for short give and goes from the 1st line, they all need to get more touches and get more involved.
Gagners line needs the d-men to be involved and come in trailing once in a while.Hemsky needs to go end to end then 5 hole.

We need to see more urgency across the board. Heavy on the sticks, keep them on the ice and skate hard, short passes, move the puck as much with your feet as you do with the passes, keep everyone involved, look fo a few deflections on this tender from the sides,one-time scoopers nothing fancy just quick one touch redirections.

We are simply not shooting fast enough in the o-zone,just one pass then a decision.

There is no point in digging pucks out consistantly and not getting a shot, take it out wider instead of right back to the net when you retrieve it from behind the net freewheel it around to the front for a better shot opportunity,we ARE getting to pucks first, just not optimising the chances,so swing them out and around and get shots on net from anywhere,be creative, but whenever you get possesion behind that net make sure a shot happens dont just shovel it out front.

We need to see those nice o-zone entrys like in the 1st period, two men strong on the right side with a winger wide on the left side.

More contact in our d-zone is needed they are turning our zone into a shooting gallery.

We are playing a peripheral game and they are cycling aaround us.

On those extended playactions in our zone someone needs to take a body once in a while.

If we dont pick ONE spot and target it hard to get their attention they will keep coming hard at us.

Use a simple set play to break that left side winger in alone,as soon as you cross the blueline on the right side two man strong o-zone entry jam on the brakes and fire it straight across the blueline to that winger who will have pulled up on the line and waited for the pass, then have him come into the playaction as your give and go pivot and head to the right side backdoor looking for the puck back.

You better do something, this is not acceptable. We arent even making contact to break their cycles, never mind stopping them in the n-zone.

They are trying to use the give and goes with the right winger and finish them in the middle with the centerman, they are initiating it off of their zone entry like I told you to do,and they are heating up with this tactic,it WILL bury you if you dont identify and address it.It is what their stats sheet said they do most.

ALL you need to do to close this game out is identify the give and go move they are using to isolate our defensive coverage and get the puck to the middle for their shots. The right winger is the pivot man on the give and go,use your forecheck to stop the right winger from getting the puck off the defense earlier,or stop the playaction give and go in the n-zone.

You KNOW they are using their bread and butter play now so dial it in and burn them ASAP.

If anything LAY OUT THE MAN RECIEVING THE GIVE AND GO PASS IN THE MIDDLE. with an EPIC hit.

But this o-zone transition into a give and go with the shots from the middle is really the only adjustment they have made to get back into the game, the same things we KNEW they would be doing from the first minute in as per their stats sheet data.

Keep the puck on your sticks and your sticks heavy on the ice and outwork them.

Do what I already told you to do,use their own tactic against them,I exactly outlined the give and go play they executed on the tieing goal to you BEFORE they did it to you.

Use the same two man strong right side zone entry, and feed them the same little give and go they just fed you.

Although I advise using the two man entry but pulling it up anywhere around the top of the circle and shooting low far post forceing the toe save from the big tall tender and letting the backdoor winger who was coming in upspeed on the far left clean up the rebounds, just time it right for him and make accurate shots hard and low far post from the top oe sides of the right hand circle.Be accurate with the left side upspeed winger time him right.

But if you simply deny them the give and goes with the centerman finishing from the middle you should be able to claw your way to a win.

When they use this play they are vulnerable for the odd man rushes,so if you are anticipating the give and goes you can cut them off and turn it around on them.

Simply taking the body on EVERY puck carrier nearing the blueline will make a huge difference.

You all know how to neutralise the give and goes.

And if you dont start engaging in contact to stop their freeflow style in your zone you will pay for the oversight.I say its easiest to stop it in the n-zone,re-set the forecheck and clog the n-zone.or start making contact,I suggest not letting them get set up in your zone, hit em in the n-zone backed up with a very intense high pressure extended backcheck coming out of their own zone hurrying them up into the n-zone mess.Hury them up and stop the give and goes and momentum will swing back into your favor.

I am checking out of this game now, this opponent doesnt bring anything complicated,a transitional give and go between the right winger and the center finishing in the middle off the centermans stick.

There is nothing worth staying around for. This is a very easy team to beat and the coaches arent getting it done.

They have only made one adjustment the entire game, and we cannot reply to it,even though we KNEW PRE-GAME what they were going to be doing, exactly as a matter of fact.

If you cant see the tactics they are using as a coach you need to mail me your paycheque .

I am out of here man, this is boring.

Nice compact slapper from a proper angle to Hall for a nice deflection to solidify momentum.Well done.

Maybe the coaches can stop the simple give and goes after all.

I still expect 7 goals, there is no reason to not aim for 7.

Focus on something that has worked and make it happen again.

Nice job of the defense jumping in with the 2nd line, and nice job of the 1st line to backcheck so hard and clog them up in the middle taking away their give and go transition play.

Well done coaches.Keep working hard.It is far from over.

Make sure those o-zone entrys end up converted into shots.

Short passes, solid possesion skating of the puck out of the zone no panic dump outs hold your nerve to close this out.Dont rely on the usual dump it out routine, keep possesion as much as you can as the clock winds down,it is a bad habit to get used to surrendering the puck late in games under any circumstances.

Wow it is amazing what can happen when optimal line combos are utilised huh?

There could have been 8 goals scored instead of just 5.

That was Oilers hockey.Offense for 60 minutes all-out cojones to the wall.

Nice job of you hack coaches adjusting, although I dont know what you would have done without the right data you scalped,I guess we will see how good you do next game on your own now that the lines are finally looking decent.

You guys really need to ask yourselves how much you respect your own profession, what would you have done tonight if you had not had access to the right data huh?You would have lost plain and simple. Why cant you be honest huh?You ought to be ashamed of yourselves ,you ought to all pass a hat and bring it to me I am in need and you are taking from me freely. This is bad karma. What kind of monsters are you?You know you owe.

The Souray Solution.

This managment group has put themselves in a deep deep hole and they will not come out of it unscathed and unchanged. Not this time.

Players all know this managment group plays lowball and will go to any extremem to screw them in the ear to defend the status quo.

This isnt new it is established,so it will not be overlooked anymore.

The big brass bell has been rung and there must be an answer.

Are fans going to watch players simply file out of here with their hands in the air shaking their heads one after another.

Managment turned an us against the world proud Oilers environment into a managment against players dynamic, and they did it in short order.

Its managment against the players and coach against the players, and different managment factions on different pages continously.

Listen,if managment will step on and squash a handicapped internet savant that has tried endlessly to help the team and never given up,if managment will mercilessly crush the life out of even that remote and unlikely lifeline and contribution, then who in their right mind would trus them .

The day has sadly arrived when it feels good to see the crap kicked out of this vain weaselly group of protectionist Oilluminatti.

There are to many years of screwing little guys in the ear and using the `business side of the game`as an excuse for ignorant and protectionist actions for this dynamic to be turned around all nice and pretty . The Fanbase needs to see this group on one knee, shaken and stirred, with some humility on their faces instead of crap-eating grins. The fanbase needs to see that managment is human and not some kind of devil in disguise, when none of them ever take a fall or a spill or any damage everyone catches on to the big conjob, and the jig is up so to speak.

There are simply to many Immortals on board.

Dallas has been spit roasted and at the end of the day,it matters not if he gets support from the rest of the Immortals,he has to sell his soul to have that support,it isnt worth it.

I read a bunch of blogs today and the atmosphere in E-town is at a near all-time low.

I am not sure winning games will make this nightmare go away, changing coaches again wont do it either.

Letting players migrate away wont work.

Driving players away womt work.

Asking fans to hold the line and trust a bunch of crooked protectionist lowballers will not work.

Claiming you are not crooked protectionist lowballers by screaming it as loud and long as you can in a unified chorous and suppressing anything contrarian WILL NOT WORK.We all know the wolves howl TOGETHER.And we all know they howl the loudest when they are eating.

Managment has created a teflon immortal image of themselves.

Now they need to figure out how to erase that taste from their fans mouths.

Managment has figured out how to ensure that THEY never lose, but in doing so they have alienated the players and the fans, and all we have been seeing for about ten years is an internal battle, catalysed by a protectionist group of managers who were forced to screw their budies one by one by one to remain immortal and teflon.

You cant go back and punish youself for ALL of the crooked lowball things that have been done in the past to erode the player and fanbase trust levels and faith.

All that can be done is to move forward with a true and new perspective and attitude and intention.

This seems to be impossible for this group to manage to accomplish.

Ha ha ha ha.

Here is an example.

Managment owes a massive debt to the NewAge Hockey System for the growth and change it catalysed.

They know it and they will not admit it.

The players know it,and specific areas of the NHL and the online fanbase know it.

But because no one can force them over a barrell to admit it they continue to be teflon and disrespectfull.

Managment cannot take criticism and when it is founded and a better alternative to what they are doing is offered they REFUSE to respect the data. They choose to instead refute and suppress everything in the media and online and then they simple use or take or scalp data and direction the KNOW is worth fiscal renumeration.

This is a very very lowball group, who likes to make up BS and then throw numbers at it to give it internal strength and artificial life.

I have the pulse of the general fanbase and it is accurate and it is fitting for the present dynamic.

I do not agree with the general consensus of blowing everything up,I think all that is needed is overt and clear managerial accountability.

As much as I want to see the olde boys club shattered I realise that ownership is as cold as a fish and doesnt give a rats hat what the fans or the City think and Katz doesnt want to impress the City and fanbase he could care less what they think,he knows the business and that people will keep paying one way or another.

We cannot continue blaming players and coches and fans and the kitchen sink.

This has been ans is currently a systems issue, the olde managment group has an idea and they will not let go of it,they have gone all-in and are hanging on till the bitter end,and many many of their supporters will be cannon fodder before this is over.

K-Lowe and the boys tried to keep a Dynasty dream alive, their intentions have been good but their methods have been borderline crimmy and very distastefull.

The fact of the matter is that the NHS was created to fill the void they were suffering from, the systems managment void, and the dirty scoundrels very well knew this years ago, they tried to steal the NHSs thunder and in doing so destroyed their own esprit de corps.

After decades of searching for the answer to their systems challenges they had it placed on a silver platter and handed to them in their own wheel-house.And what did they do,they tried to bite off the hand that fed them and tried to disenfranchise and suppress that hands owner.

When the Kings took the data from that open hand and ran with it to a Stanley Cup immediatly, the plot thickened and the stakes went right up to the roof. The olde boys club DUG IN DEEPER,and went to extremes to cover up this reality. When the Hawks used even more of this exact same data that had prevously been gifted to them to win the next stanley Cup the stakes became desperate. The cover-up became epic in size and nature. There was NO WAY anyone was finding out that the managment group had the Final Solution handed to them on a platter and they swiped it to the floor in disdain and disrespect. All of this materialised because of one vain and teflon internet moderator who was backed by the olde boys clubs crooked and teflon powerbase,it was the tricle-down effect in reverse. The lowest level of the organisation behaved as ignorantly as the highest level did and when the owest level squealed for assistance they got it in full crooked and teflon force. When given the chance several years later to clear the slate this same low level influence decided to MAKE UP OVERT LIES AND TO CREATE SUPPORTIVE DATA FOR THAT CONJOB.They wouldnt back down even though they were wrong, immoral, ignorant, vain, and did I mention terribly wrong.

Had a normal environment and attitude existed organisationally from top to bottom the NewAge Hockey System data would have been taken directly to managment where it belonged and where coincidentally it was ON ITS WAY TO when the weasel mo

The NHS data was being sourced by someone internal to the organisation, via private messaging through the Oil website.Someone had recognised the value IMMEDIATLY and was reaching out for it ,AS SOON AS THAT HAPPENED WITHIN 24 HOURS of that first and natural and valid step towards contact ,the website moderators banned me for BS reasons, that FIRST CONTACT was undermined intentionally and overtly.Someone within the organisation took a huge protectionist step wayyy back then to keep the NHS out of the hands of the coaching and managerial staff.

There were clear and traceable actions to suppress this data made on the website level, the mods were working with some entity that was benefitting from the NHS data and didnt want to lose that source,OR the value was realised and someone didnt want the current coaching or managment group to have success.

I think someone connected to the coaching cadre peripherally was using the data and taking credit for it and its impacts. When the other shoe began to drop this person simply reached out to the olde boys club mentality and requested help suppressing the source of the data to protect their own arse and to hide the fact that they had been misrepresenting the source of the data as being themselves.

The I believe that managment at a higher level recognised something was amiss, and instead of fixing the problem, the put the fix in,ha ha ha,whoever had this land in their lap didnt do the right thing for the 2nd time, they simply used even more olde boys club power to cover things up with a deeper layer of BS.

Analytics teams were even created and hired to try to make up a cover story so the suppressionist actions could never be disclosed.

At this point the roster had full knowledge of what was going on and it began to erode their faith in managment as a whole.

When they saw LA and Chicago using the exacts same data they knew had been given to them freely and had actually been CREATED for them,it had an impact on them. When Managment tried to explain to the men that the NHS was just BS and had no real value hockey-wise they drove the wedge deeper.

If you were a player and knew this was happening how would YOU feel.If you watched LA win and then the Hawks win,and the entire Western Conference evolving right in front of your eyes,HOW WOULD YOU FEEL.

If all of this was a story or a fantasy then there would be nor real problems now would there.

If this is all true can you imagine the degree to which certain Oil assest managment, website, wherever are responsible for the mess we are seeing right now.

Can you grasp the EPIC nature of this reality,of this story.

The managment group had someone kicking the door down to GIVE then something so valuable and potent that it has helped win the last 2 Cups and also helped evolve and entire Conference of the NHL,and they hid and suppressed this data intentionally, they spent YEARS trying to publiclly disenfranchise something they were internally trying to use and figure out on their own.

How would you back out of this dynamic, how COULD you back out of this dynamic.

Simply promote the challenge as high up as you can and make an honest effort to fix what you broke, admission is the first step.Show a proper and appropriate level of respect.

Endorse the NHS and publicly do this, engage the NHS in a non-disclosure contract and optimise it,if you still have any chance in hades of opening peacetalks with its creator.

Know this, the real truth isnt going anywhere anytime soon, and when the Sabers are given their chance soon to endorse the NHS and then recieve consulting help NHS style and climb from the basement right over the dead and rotting corpse of the Oil,there will STILL be no one for them to blame but themselves. The NHSs evolution will certainly not stop,it is in fact snowballing as we speak.

I actually laugh at the prospect of seeing the Sabers rocket to the top next season,I like seeing the epic results NHS influenced NHL teams achieve nearly immediatly.

I guess maybe it takes something this epic in nature to out a group like we have seen become entrenched here in E-town huh.

I dont know man,it might be really hard not to just kick this group in the Velvet Crown Royal Bag when they finally kneel and admit defeat, mercy might not come so easy because the history of the one-sided abuse is so long and so branded on everyones minds.

How a managment group could possibly bury themselves so deeply in the crapper is actually beyond me.

Dallas,no disrespect, but brother you had NO CLUE what you were walking into,I an guessing you were and NHS fan while you were working in the AHL and you were using the data and getting good results from it at that level, not understanding it was designed specificlly for one NHL roster and stye.Your results were above the staus quo but nowhere near optimal, you only got 60% out of the data and how you used it when you were doing your best work.

Did you and Mac-T discuss the NHS.Of course you did even if it was unintentional .

I know Roger was a significant influence in your development, but belive it or not he was also one in my life as a sports fan as well.I can TELL when you are implementing Rogers vision and concepts on the ice,and I can TELL when you slide into the NHSs concepts as well.

If you and Mac-t conspired together then you deserve your fate and karma will ultimately have her wicked way with your arse.

Maybe YOU didnt know the full and complete story coming into this dynamic in the beginning ,but sorry for your luck man this hole was a sinkhole before you showed up.

You were simply brought in as another way to disenfranchise the NHS,like Darkhorse was brought in to do.You have as much of a chance of disenfranchising superior hockey thinking and tactics as Darkhorse had rideing the NHSs coattails.

The NewAge Hockey System and its Intuitive Dynamic Managment
program ARE the future of NHL hockey, and worldwide hockey. This is not a flash in the pan, this is an advanced managment protocal,a NEW one.

It isnt just professional hockey being influenced either ,other pro sports are being exposed to the same managment program and the results are just as epic in other sports as they are in NHL hockey.

Dallas, you cannot claim to not be accountablefor your own path and I dont believe you take that path anyways, however if you werent given the full and complete story in the beginning how can this be your rightfull path.Had you known full well where the NHS data was coming from and its true history your brain would have immediatly connected this data to Rogers vision and perspectives.Had you had the true story you may have asked for the resource to be retained FOR you as an asset.Instead you got dreagged into a fight you had no part in and nothing to do with,on behalf of less than integrity driven masters.

I still dont want to see heads roll,I want to see upper managment eat the crow they deserve, eat the humble pie they baked up for themselves and tried to feed the NHS and the fanbase.

If the truth isnt told then there is no rational and acceptable explanation for what has gone on for many many years here.

If the truth is told then the Oil can unveil the NHLs newest and most powerfull influence as their very own. They can explain to the fanbase how they have finally found the key to igniting their system and roster after a several decade search.

OR they can try
