All that you wrote was once again jibberish. It didn't reach me whatsoever. Your energy was wasted when it could have been used more appropriately instead of rehashing old wounds you seem to have with the Christian Religion.

It takes many years of study to figure out a minute part of the Human in relation to the Cosmos but its there and Jesus spoke of it as well.

In case you haven't noticed....this aint no paradise down here on Earth but Jesus does ask us to pray for it.

When or if this Planet becomes a paradise then there may be no more war, hunger, poverty, depression and so on. Jesus preached for us to work toward this goal and we cannot do it when we are warring against one another with the means of compassion but never utilize it. It becomes a waste of energy...kinda like you are doing to this thread.

The Christian to me is anyone who believes in Christ and consciously tries their best to be/live like Jesus taught.

He is the only prophet that specifically says not to deny him or he will deny us in front of the "father". He preaches he is our Brother and wants to prepare a place for us in "heaven". It is up to you to believe or not to believe. Everything else in the Bible can be of contradiction if you see it that way but what does Jesus say that leads you to ponder? He was pretty straight forward in my opinion.

While the bible sort of makes some lightly true prophecies most of them are vaguely worded pieces of un-specific text that could be applied to any happening if you tried hard enough. So it really doesn't make much sense to believe this gives the bible authenticity.

This tells me you really want something to believe but you have no idea what to believe as you are as confused as confused gets when it comes to Religion and or spirituality.

If you dont mind, give me some history in regards to what you have studied and researched.

Have you read the Bible? If so how many times?
Have you studied the History of the Bible? If so what did you conclude?
Have you studied any other religions or ancient texts? If so, what have you concluded?

Now using logic lets think here.... we live in a Solar System on a Planet that revolves at a speed of around 1000 miles per hour. WE ARE ENERGY beings.

Knowing we are energy how does that relate to the creator?

See what I have done is simply not only use the Bible as my only reference to/for God.

There is no doubt that man himself is corrupt with greed. This is something all must consider when reading the Bible. Inspired word of God, yes but God is everywhere and within each of us so only looking to the Bible is not only illogical but pieces of God are missing. It has been added to and taken away from the original texts and this is known. BUT this does not mean it is not a good tool and deem it useless for the Christian.

The specifics about Jesus and whether or not he was indeed Abraham before he incarnated as Jesus is nothing but debatable....we don't know. We can only work with what we think we know after deliberate study of Jesus, himself. There are MANY texts that refer to Jesus and his life....search for them. 20 yrs ago when I began my journey I connected with Origen. Do you know who he is? If not then I suggest you begin your journey and figure out why you see contradictions in the Bible, what Jesus means or does not mean to you and at the end of the day how it matters and relates with your every day life. Or, does it?

It is as if you are angry at Christians because they believe in the Bible, Jesus, and God. It does not hurt you by someone elses belief unless they are trying to convert you by holding you at gunpoint.

Within this vast Universe there are many mansions and depending on which you incarnate to there are different set of laws that are governed. Here on this Planet we are matter living in a material world. The veil is over our eyes and only by seeking and studying is the veil lifted and may not be fully lifted unless we evolve and grow not in material but spiritually. Jesus spoke of this....remember?

Do you ever wonder why it is we are limited to what we see here on this Planet and in the Solar System? We know there is something existing in dark matter and something existing in other dimensions right here...right now...
In my opinion it is because God wants us to seek him within our hearts and discern what is truth and what is false. Free will is the will to choose what is best for us. It is up to you to choose what is best for you and while you do that...leave the will of others to themselves. Teach or be taught. But at the end of the day it is a simple choice.

If you truly believe in the Bible and it is your peace, your hope of salvation and it makes you happy. then don't let others negative opinions to the way you believe discourage you away from what you have found that has made a big change in your life. . ..for the better. ME! I can be very negative at times.
All of us have different opinions on many different things. It is what makes each of us unique. A world of clones who all thought alike would not be a very creative world. No debating either.
No..I am not Christian....truthfully, I don't know what I am. I have been in and out of so many different denominations in my life time and I have really learned a lot from each of them. But choosing one has eluded me.
So..if you have one that is joyful to your soul, then you are where you should be...be peaceful and blessed....

I'm all for finding a belief system that brings you peace. I was raised a Christian and am now far more spiritually-oriented. I believe religion can become a problem when you blindly allow it to dictate your moral compass. Being peaceful and finding bliss in your beliefs are great, however many use religion as a tool for control and a way to belittle others. I know Christians who are completely at bliss with their beliefs and don't tell others to live, just as I know of Christians who devote their lives to telling others how to live. Individuals who only feel powerful when judging others are miserable themselves.

Religion can be a the greatest comfort or the greatest weapon depending on who wields it.

I study the words of Jesus, that is my only defense. I know that Jesus was a person who has fullfilled the law, and that he did not come to abolish it.
Matthew 7:12 So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.
Is it not possible for you to do to others what you would have them do to you? Can you find no one who can? Jesus says we are not to be a product of our own enviornment.
John 17:14 I have given them your word and the world has hated them, for they are not of the world any more than I am of the world.
1 John 4:5 They are from the world and therefore speak from the viewpoint of the world, and the world listens to them.
So just because you don't know anyone personally who is capable of doing unto others as they would have done to them, it does not nullify the teachings of Jesus.
