ATS: We Have Failed!

I am certain there will be fradulent regimes that wish to steer the Occupy movement down more quiet or diversionary roads, but alas, OWS is but a visible tip to a Titanic crushing iceburg submerged in the hearts and minds of every hard working American who serves his neighbors and has to have two jobs to feed his kids.

This is far from over.

The train has left the tracks, and is currently in midair.

We have yet to see the 'wreck', but the physics don't lie.

I was there for the TP at the beginning as well. I went to the rallies and even financially supported them. But then Foxnews and the Republican became the official sponsor and organizer for the TP. The TP sold out! Also, I was there for change, not to bash gays and illegal immigrants, etc!

I did not fall for the "TP is racist" bs and I did not fall for OWS being a bunch of "Obamas" either. Judging by your statement, you did.

What may amount to being the only chance we had at changing the way we live and govern ourselves is quickly fading into the history books as a mear footnote of tragedy.

Many of you tossed the Occupy movements to the side as a political inconvenience and ridiculed the people that were willing to take a stand on principle. These people didn't want to enact a liberal socialist regime that took away capitalism and individual freedoms! They wanted a small glimpse of hope that their future would be brighter than the inside of a corporate cubical or less depressing than an unemployment line.

But when the American people needed an intelligent group of people to help formulate ideas and actions that would be effective, we sat back and called them names; pointed fingers and grimiced at the thought of actually having to step away from our keyboards and put actions behind the very words spoken on this website. The collective knowledge we possess here would have been an invaluble asset to aid in the change we all know is needed.

We can talk about change, but it now will fall on the deaf ears of those that know we are all talk......no game. By our own inaction we have labeled ourselves hypocrits. We no longer have a leg to stand on as the opportunity to act has come, and is slowly passing into the folds of American history.

To those whom did and are taking a stand, I commend you.

To those who sat idly by afraid of dirty hippies and socialists: We could have used your help. You knowledge and insight would have been invaluble in a movement where all Americans needed to toss aside the petty differences and stood together as Americans......as humans.

But it looks as though we are going to fail. It looks as though the NWO police state is one step closer.

The fears of an entire country; better yet, an entire planet may come to fruition.

We should be ashamed of ourselves. We should have done more.

Fear not my brothers/ and sister's. WE have not failed. WE have learned that the amount of individuals who want change are huge. Now we prepare for the next action, WE have to get more organised. WE need for a few great speakers to hold an event that has 1,000,000, people. Offer free busrides from multiple cities to go to Washington on a date, And have a peaceful revolution like teh great sixties just like OUR parents. Never lose hope on this, THIS is serious, it's OUR God given right to live our lifes as WE want to. Not the Fed.s. WE need to get hooked up tho EVERYONE someone host a website where ideas can be brought forth, And get all the grassroots movements together.

That would be a great idea, and I am all for it. But have you seen the comments and division on this website over OWS? Unfortunately, ATS is not the place to discuss this issue or talk about what action tactics need to be used.

My hopes are still on that 2012-stuff, that a new consciousness will rise amidst mankind, that finally will bring not another useless revolution, but real evolution.

Looking back in history, because of revolutions, systems and regimes have changed just like bullets in a revolver. And like bullets, their output was almost always deadly.

We don't need another revolution, because revolutions usually only change the figureheads.

I repeat myself, but we as a species must evolve.

And I think, finally it will come down to our distinction, or our leap to a civilization type 1.

Which course we'll take will depend from our readiness...

I am sick of the disinfo. Either put up or shut up! If capitalism is so great then why can it not self-police itself? Yeah that is like asking for the wolves to guard the sheep. Impossible!!

I am strongly against the OWS knuckleheads because the spout communist redistribution of wealthj ust to mention one of their misguided planks. So you want the billionares and trillionares to hoarde ALL the wealth? Banks issue money but under capitalism it ALWAYS finds its way to the top 1%. Actually I would say the top 1,000 people in the world! Can you really not see a problem with that when it comes to currency shortages?

The government needs money to run a nation and people need money to live. Where will that money come from if not redistribution OR BORROWING?

Sorry I'm not buying it. OWS was a planned operation by the elite from the beginning. Do you deny that Kalle Lasn and his George Soros funded adbusters provided the initial and ongoing organizational impetus? Do you know what these people stand for? Lasn is a communist. He wants a car in a America to cost $200K and is against individual freedoms.

Moreover Glenn Beck predicted this operation based on his investigation of the SEIU union. Their goal is the overthrow of the government. What do you think will replace it? They want international socialism. These people have been brainwashed into thinking a one world government run by a bunch of corrupt UN bureaucrats would be a good thing.

They hate what America stands for. Any real American would be fighting these 'useful idiots' with every fiber of their being.

I have visited that site frequently, never paid much attention to the comments But I propose we get OWS movement, the Enviromentalist, everyone- TOGETHER-. And maybe apply the taticts that
I laid forward. If anyone is likeing this strategy, and agree that a mojor CHANGE (real change) needs to take place, I say we go for a website, get everyone on board, because alot of these groups have resources for the transportation, and so forth. And we become an Organized Revolution.

Considering that many people on this site, people I personally know and myself are part of this movement, I reject your propagandized take on OWS.

The real distraction is concentrating on the likes of Soros and adbusters, when we should be concentrating on the people and the issues they bring up.

That's ok, I'll work on the important stuff.....you pay attention to what Soros is doing!

You are 110% correct!!!!!! Ohhhhhhhhhhh England, The European Banks and the American Banks have been best bed fellows for quite a bit.

OWS if given time (watch some of the other countries rioting now). The people are finally waking up - the 99% that barely have enough and work their fingers to the bone are getting real tired of supporting the 1% that have cheated, lied, stolen and murdered.

Time to balance the scales.
