The OP would believe in heliocentrism is a 13th century british monarch decided it should go in a book and say it was the will of god... This thread is just ridiculous.

I do not accept anything blindly, christianity does not require blind faith, it requires trust and then provides you with evidence to support your faith.
Except, of course, the tenets of Christianity, the Earth is only 6000 years old, Text, and the only true way is by serving your vision of that which is Divinity, a human man who died, was buried, and is still there, in the grave. Christ's coffin

I do not know for certain who told you all of this stuff, but I would call it blind faith. What would you call it?

Why do you keep saying we think "Dinosaur bones are a hoax" in some poor attempt to make us look stupid?

As a young earth creationist we believe that Dinosaurs were alive with humans before the flood and we lived together with them, and that the dating method's they used to get the millions of years is way off.

Aliens are a decoy to what the government's really up to, high tech weapons development. All that Jesus stuff is just a tool of control. Religion has always been a tool of control. Just depends who's using it.

"Jesus stuff" "tools of control" -- where do you get such idea's from?

Christianity is the complete opposite of what you speak of.

When you accept Jesus Christ as your personal savior he will set you free from the bondage you was born into.

I like to think of it like this:

The kings/queens of earth are pawns of the annukaki/giants.

Read it, and I'm not convinced. Its true that the kings/queens have been trying to make a new world order since the time of the tower of babel though. The annukaki/giants are just the disembodied spirits of the seed of man and fallen angels.

It is likely that there are aliens in the universe, because the universe is so large.

Psalm 19:1 tells us a major reason that the universe is so vast: ‘The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament shows His handiwork.’ There are many similar passages in Scripture. They help us understand who God is and how powerful He is.

It reminds us that the more we discover about this incredible universe, the more we should be in awe of the One who made it all. In short rather than looking up and wondering what else is out there?’ and imaginary aliens we’ve never seen. We should instead be considering the very One that made it all.

Your title is "We really ARE alone" then you post a video designed to prove that we are not alone? How strange. I suppose it is beyond your scope of reasoning to consider God an alien since he is very obviously not from the planet Earth? The point in case you missed it is that your video makes it crystal clear we are *NOT* alone.

I think the video is very weakly made. For example, it cites a 1 in 10^127 chance of a planet in the same condition as Earth. But that is irrelevant, because intelligent life does not require conditions identical to Earth. The video is doing something that would seem to be blatantly impossible: definition with complete specificness and certainty what conditions develop what sorts of life. LOL, thats quite a claim to say the least.

Hopefully in 1,000 years or so people will be able to answer the question what the odds are for any random planet to contain intelligent life with some degree of accuracy.

I don't know if there are ETs out there but i have thought for a long time that some of the things people are seeing could be ED. I have heard stories of people seeing UFOs dive to the ground and disappear into the ground without a sound as if it just vanished. Also people seeing a UFO or alien and they just vanish. So there could be both. I do believe in angels and demons. Demons are supposed to be liars and deceivers. They like to cause trouble and it is working, Look how everyone on this site is talking to each other. Everyone is aloud to have their beliefs, and opinions. I thought that's what this site was about. But as soon as someone mentions God, the claws come out. I don't understand why?

Sadly this is what happens when men put other men first instead of looking for answers from there true creator. It amazes me aswel because I haven't been a christian long and already I'm being attacked and being accused of being a "religious" type person when I'm just a normal guy that was a truth seeker and all path's led me to finding Jesus Christ. Unfortunately this forum is filled with too many that are faithless, atheism is growing, this world has turned weak and soon we will be held accountable, the good and the weak and all that creep. I will continue with my efforts despite how viciously I get attacked for my faith, in hope at least some turn the tide.

I am unsure why you have a problem with my topic title, we are alone as far as other intelligent civilisations inhabiting other planets, that was the point I was trying to make. But we are not alone in terms of the spiritual warfare that's taking place all around us with a whole host of demonic entity's.

This whole thread (from what I have read), or at least either side of this debate, seem a little ridiculous. Firstly the obvious and slightly unnerving agenda of the OP and secondly the reflexive "They are lying to us" reply.

Though I by no means think any major governments are entirely truthful (!) in this instance I wholly accept that statement. There is currently no evidence to believe there is any other life (as we know it) outside of the Earth's boundaries- that has no effect on the importance of probablity on this matter, merely a lack of decisive evidence.

The claim of 'Spiritual presence' also has no such evidence. It seems a little contradictory that you are claiming we should not need any evidence for belief in one thing yet are using exactly that information when it supports your own point.

UFOs are by their very definition not evidence.

It seems sickeningly obvious, but just in case somebody wants to reply in anger, us not knowing of other life does not mean it has no existence (Solipsism has no place in Physics or Biology!).

We really do need an intergalactic war to happen, for once it will test us on how well we could unite with one another.

Is this possibly the most short sighted, ill- thought out and well.... stupid post on this forum?

I don't have an agenda and I don't trust the government ether, but I think they do not need to tell a lye about this because the "aliens" that are in peoples minds are not extraterrestrial but rather extra-dimensional and the government know this, so they can quite safely say ET doesn't exist because they know what it really is. All whilst they subliminally instil these aliens into our subconscious through society and media so that one day they will deceive us all by saying "the ET's are attacking" when really it will be a project blue beam type situation with a whole host of demonic entity's, so they can bring in the anti-christ and a new world order.

I'm not accusing you of being a government agent or anything like it.

You are honestly saying that your opinion on this matter is unaffected by all your other beliefs?

And that opinion is not formed to reinforce (or validate) anything else?

That is why you appear to have an agenda.

How can you candidly use evidence based information so selectively merely to represent your own entirely un- empirical beliefs? Do you not think it a little disingenuous?

Project blue beam won't happen anymore < IT WON'T neither will the New World Order.. The E.T's can be both out of earth and multidimensional. Use your brain.

Yes, but some atleast attempt to bypass such things to attain some level of personal, and general, clarity.

Not everyone has such a clear linear progression of beliefs however as you have appeared to.

You tell me to use my brain but are you using yours? Can you not see all the brainwashing of extraterrestrials in the movies and music videos these days? Do you think this is not happening for a reason?

They are leading us up to something that will be huge and will deceive many people because they were programmed to believe it through all this media brainwashing. I believe a fake alien invasion is on the way and will be their next agenda after this fake war on terror. Project blue-beam could still happen you just have to see all the chem-trails they are spraying to see it could still be a possibility.

When the second coming happens which I believe is very soon thousands of people will be raptured and the government will tell the people left behind that they were taken by aliens.

When people start making predictions and your aware of it, it can change, people can change it. This guy is just creating more fear. He doesn't really know, he's pulling on an energy of probable fear he sees & feels in other people. Fear is contagious and it needs to feed and it feeds off more & more fear. It
creates nothing.

Humans are creators, your a creator. Unfortunately most people create their
reality by default or co-create by default. There's no such thing as a "victim".

The benevolent E.Ts won anyways.

There's that clear 'lack of agenda' shining through again.

Slightly unrelated- when HASN'T somebody believed that the 'second coming' was going to be very soon?
Do you know of the history of this 'rapture' idea?

What you refer to alludes to both of these.

The Fermi Paradox

The apparent size and age of the universe suggest that many technologically advanced extraterrestrial civilizations ought to exist. However, this hypothesis seems inconsistent with the lack of observational evidence to support it.

AND
The Rare Earth Hypothesis

These are interesting reads, they give solid credence to why our blue planet is a one of kind teaming with life.

Yes. However, I wanted to emphasize the mathematical principles.

Fermi/Rare Earth make use of the proper mathematics, but (and to be frank) most will ignore why that math is important if the "paradox" and if the "hypothesis" go against their desires-- as if the math does not matter.

On the other hand, assigning individual probabilities remains "best guess" and there is plenty of wriggle-room in that as well as in which probabilities must occur at the same time. Those two factors are the only reasonable cause for variation in final estimates.

That there are so many stars, it is easy to understand why so many feel their MUST be other life-- but the very narrow set of circumstances for which profoundly intelligent life even could exists (much less evolve) cannot be assumed as common merely because we know we exist. That we do exist, is either miraculous or nearly so.

I might as weigh-in:

If there is other profoundly intelligent life in the Universe (comparable or superior to our own), AND if we have contact with that life, then I agree with the thread title-- it is not likely to be extra-terrestrial, but extra-dimensional.

But then, I start with a bias which assumes that mankind borders on the awareness of the transcendent because mankind is a being which, by nature, exists beyond the four common dimensions.

Essentially, human beings are superior beings because of that-- that we have physical bodies which can overwhelm our awareness of length, width, depth and time, yet SOMETHING of us knows there is more-- and many intuitively reach for that more. In other words-- we are the extra-dimensional beings.
