While at the same time not considering two public court settlements claiming Sexual Harassment, One other complainent who has issued staments from an attorney, a male ex-employee of Cain who publicly claims to have witnessed multiple incidents, a conservative talk show host who claims Cain made innapropriate comments to his female staff...

But she shared building once with David Axelrod and 2000 other people and THAT is your gotcha moment??

I haven't decided if I think Cain is legally guilty or not. I think it would be premature to form an opinion either way. The evidence is not stacking in his favor, but I want to hear what the man has to say. And even if I do decide that he's technically guilty of sexual harassment, in my mind, what he is accused of doing is really little more than a clumsy attempt to get in a girl's pants.

And he stopped and took her home when she told him to stop. So, even if the media fries him, I haven't heard anything that would make me think Herman Cain is a sexual predator.

More likely, he was just taking advantage of a woman who came to him for help, which in my mind, puts him in a category far worse than someone who made an innocent but clumsy sexual proposal.

If you went to apply for a job. You went out to dinner with a man.

You considered it part of the application process.

This man tried to put his hand up your leg, then grabbed the back of your head.

Is there any way you do not report this to law enforcement?

He basically told her up front the conditions of the job would require her to have sex with him. That is the definition of sexual harassment. If it is true. I don't think it makes him a sexual predator either. He left it up to her, and he let her leave. He isn't a danger to society, but he isn't a good person if it is true. Now, if he advertised a position for a "fluffer" or "sexratery" then his actions could be justified, LOL!

I think it is likely that he did something inappropriate, and it is something that should rule him out of the viable candidates. Look what happened to Clinton for consensual sex that he didn't even initiate himself.

I don't think he physically accosted anybody, but I think he probably used undue influence to try to coerce sex, and that is the exact reason for the law.

No woman would report that to law enforcement. Even if he forcibly grabbed her from behind and cupped her breasts and refused to let go for some time, no woman would report that to law enforcement. It is too much hassle, and too little chance of any result.

My ex-wife had a boss that dropped pictures of his penis on her desk, and had the copier moved to the narrowest walkway so that he could grind against the girls as he made excuses to walk past. My current wife has told me of many occasions where men or boys did things to her that she attempted to resist, and eventually just figured lets get it over with. Women are conditioned to accept an awful lot, and just grabbing a leg, or making a gesture, or trying to coerce them is part of their daily routine. They barely bat an eye at it.
