See how easy that is to say.

I can say that at not even give my name.

I do not know if any of these accusations are true.

Say It Ain't So Herman...

I really like this candidate. I like the non-politician part of Herman Cain.

I want to be on "The Cain Train" heading for DC.

But, if it came out of his pants...That will end my fairness rants.

This matter needs to be solved one way or the other.

I heard the Conservatives lining up this weekend saying in unison "Cain has no chance".

So is he just the flavor of the Month or is Herman Cain the real deal?

PS. I love Ron Paul, however he is even being treated worse than Herman.

I saw an article today saying that yet another woman has come forward with similar accusations.

He is either the horniest, sex crazed maniac ever.... Or.... it's a smear campaign.

The timing sure seems convenient....

I don't know.

He seems like the one that TPTB have chosen.. but at the same time, this happen, he started saying stupid things and all of the FED stuff came up.. so maybe TPTB are moving on from him. (good riddance)

You may like the "non-politician" part of Herman Cain, but the women he allegedly harassed did not. People also liked the "non-politician" part of George W. Bush, but it was the politician part that messed us up.

You have to like the politician part, because that's what you are voting for. Otherwise, save your vote for somebody more worthy, and invite Mr. Cain over for a beer some time. Tell him that Kissinger is bringing chips and dip, and Geithner is bringing hot wings.

As a taxi driver in Atlanta in the 90s, I picked up Herman Cain who was present with a she-male and a hermaphrodite. I took them to their destination, an airport Holiday Inn, where I was asked if I wanted to "join the party". I declined, though it was strongly recommended to me that I never discuss the event. Oops.

I see how easy it was for you to say this, too!

I mean really, as in what the hell do you exactly mean by this? Since when do we vote for a candidate we like, but not for political issues?

I could care less what happened 12 years ago. After hearing what he has said so far, I more worried about him sexually harrassing the constitution.

Damage is already done...he is dropping in the polls.

And I honestly don't think it is the fact that he was accused of sexual harassement...it is how he handled it.

First he acted like he had no idea whay these allegations were...then he knew a little...then he knew a little more...then he said he is just being attacked...then he decided not to talk about it.

Very poor handling...and that is why he is dropping IMO.

True or not its the "impression" that counts. Personally I think Cain is a randy old reprobate and should just come clean.

I could respect him much more for being honest than this BS spin job he is trying now. He paid off these women to keep silent. If it wasn't true he should have sued them for defamation of character; but he chose to pay them off......why?

I support Cain, regardless of these allegations. Sexual Harassment is as lowly and pathetic as playing the race card. The left was desperate to find anything they could use to potentially derail his campaign. Hell, I support him more now than I did before. Ron Paul is great, and I would loved to see him get the nomination, but it will NEVER happen. In my personal opinion, I think the best hope this nation has at turning around is a Cain/Gingrich ticket. They can make Paul the Secretary of Treasury.

The timing does seem a tad convenient; Where were these women PRIOR to him being declared as a presidential candidate? Sexual harrassment is a serious charge. Sometimes it is [sadly] cheaper for a conglomerate to pay of in little bits than to fight the chage. I see Cain getting ticked off at the media. I think he needs to come clean in order to survive, even if that admits to the charge. Either way, I think he needs to resolve this issue. I personally believe that the Perry camp created this issue. I personally belive that Perry will make fine fodder for South Park.

Are you kidding me...the left would LOVE Cain to be the nominee.

It would be such an easy re-election for Obama. You can blame the "left" if you want...but maybe you should look elsewhere as well.

As a woman and a supervisor, I guess I have varied opinions about Cain's situation.

I have experienced sexual harrassment on several occasions. But I also know that the men involved meant no harm, were "old school" and, quite frankly, were not that bright or socially sophisticated. And, wait for it...I used it to my advantage. I got promotions, raises and perks just by laughing it off. Sorry ladies, it's true and it happens.

On the other hand, I have been accused of discrimination (kind of like harrassment I guess) simply because I innocently inquired how old someone was at their office B-day party and (months later and totally unrelated) they did not get a promotion they felt they deserved. My company wanted to mediate a settlement even though the evidence and testimonials clearly exonerated me. I found a better job and quit.

So, it cuts both ways for me. People often mean no harm. Others are opportunists.

I'll reserve my opinion on Mr. Cain's situation until all of the facts are in. But, still, I would never vote for him as President, but that's simply because I don't find him to be too bright.

I agree with you...there are a lot of BS cases of discrimination and sexual harassement in the corporate world..and often the company just wants to get it over with.

But like I said...it is how he handled it that I think people are going to have an issue with. He tried denying it...didn't work...he tried a little cover up...didn't work...he tried being the "victim"....didn't work...and now he is opting for ignoring it and not talking about it at all.

If anything else...it should show how he would handle situations while president...and it's not good.

Hearing his retort to the accusations, I don't really know if I'm hearing everything from him, but there are a lot of women today looking for an easy buck via these kinds of accusations.

Problem Cain has is he's already settled out of court with one woman.

Peace

Exactly. It just shows he is not too bright. If he can't handle PR 101 issues, how can we expect him to be an effective leader of the free world?

#1 Please don't tell me who to like or why.

#2 How are the current "Politicians" working out for you?

#3 What the "Hell" do you think I mean?

Sheesh....
