I believe I have said this before. First of all....none of us here will see disclosure in our lifetime....or even in our grandkids lifetimes.

Second....There is no possibility of a VIABLE plan of defense against an advanced Alien Race. If they were hostile....then we are toast....PERIOD!

Three....any race that is of such an advanced state in tech. to perform interstellar travel.....understands....in depth....THE UNIFIED FIELD THEORY. That means....energy to matter conversion and the reverse. THAT MEANS....they can synthesize ANYTHING it needs.

Four....the only reason they are here to begin with is obtaining knowledge.....and maybe Light Beer.

Split Infinity

I am of the same school. Any civilization capable of interstellar travel would be able to obtain any resources they needed from the millions of uninhabited planets throughout the universe. They could manufacture anything they needed.
I would say we are a study. Perhaps in their own evolution. Maybe we're the last of an older race that has since passed on except for this last little late blooming colony. They could come here to study ancient biology.

Well their response to this issue may be lame ,but, their response to the petition agenda as a whole was pretty positive. They are planning to upgrade their system to accept responses from other media such as Facebook or Twitter. Apparently the registration process is arduous to navigate. They say they will add a place for comments on why someone may or may not want to sign a petition and comment of the White Houses response to a petition. We will at least have a place to go to confront the White House with known evidence and ask what their response to that evidence is. Baby steps.

The UFO freaks beg for "disclosure" from the government.

The government discloses what they know.

UFO freaks go nuts.

It's gotta be rough going through life with absurd beliefs...

The U.S. government has no evidence that any life exists outside our planet, or that an extraterrestrial presence has contacted or engaged any member of the human race.

The 'U.S government' says that there is no evidence. Difference.

In addition, there is no credible information to suggest that any evidence is being hidden from the public's eye.

The U.S government says so.

However, that doesn't mean the subject of life outside our planet isn't being discussed or explored.

In fact, there are a number of projects working toward the goal of understanding if life can or does exist off Earth. Here are a few examples:

So you should ask them not some crappy government that has no interest in such area.

Moral of the story: Why ask White House? Do they care? No.

It's gotta be rough going through life with an absurd addiction to

a terminal allergy to risking a TYPE I ERROR

that's such an outrageous allergy that one is constantly doing back flips into the lap of chronic TYPE II ERRORS.

very VERY scientific, that! /sarcasm

Like the appointed Science Officer would be "in the know".

Maybe the White House should have a chat with the Belgium Air Force.

And BTW radiation, fluoride and mercury are good for your body and brain.
So is aspartame,GMO's and Fox news.

Why is it absurd.

ab·surd   [ab-surd, -zurd] Show IPA
adjective
1.
utterly or obviously senseless, illogical, or untrue; contrary to all reason or common sense; laughably foolish or false: an absurd explanation.

Do you rule out the possibility completely? Absurd is a pretty strong word to use in this matter when we do not have any concrete answers. Absurd burns the bridge behind you down to a cinder.

Then there is no life on Mars or any of the several moons in the solar system that may be capable of hosting life in one form or another? I guess if you avoid the obvious places to find some form of life, you can still say it doesn't exist. Nothing to see here folks, move along.

Are you saying they had faster orb technology way back then already and didn't use it to their advantage in war? That's ridiculous.

If you know anything about warfare.......it's that the "truth" is usually the first casualty.
If either side was experimenting with "new technology" that they thought could win the war.......they aren't likely to let on........even after the war if a "secret technology" had been tested it would STILL be advantageous to keep it a secret.

And let's assume it wasn't any secret aircraft of spying technology........then natural phenomena cannot be ruled out.......Sprites, Elves and Blue Jets are all phenomena that could explain some of the pilots sightings.
Then there are Earth quake lights and ball lightning.
You even have to consider that this phenomena was man made induced........because of the war conditions...........never before have so many propeller engines been so concentrated in patches of the sky.........who knows what bizarre effects it may have had on the sky.

So simply jumping to the ET conclusion........just because neither side owned up to knowing what theses "Foo fighters" were is kinda ridiculous.

Having a preconceived notion that the government is systematically lying to you about aliens is absurd because you'll always recognize whatever answer you receive as a lie. You have placed yourself in a position to never recognize a truthful statement. That is absurd.

Alien life has as much chance of existing as we do.
The odds are miniscule so far,but we exist-why not life on other planets?
And maybe our odds are wrong .
We know very little about the universe-we can only see a little part of it.

Like a bug in the grass.
What the heck do we really know?

Its not surprising.

Though It could be possible that the WhiteHouse does not have that info. Therefore THEY do not have proof that aliens are visiting.
Maybe it's not the WhiteHouse "Need To Know" or "Right To Know".

Personally there are bigger issues then lil grey guy from mars.

Mainly Fixing the economy, getting people back to work, stopping the violent muslims and so on.

Having a preconceived notion that the government is systematically lying to you about aliens is absurd

Why , Governments of whatever persuasion lie to the electorate regularly , wars , the economy , expense accounts , so why wouldn't they lie about Aliens ?

As the old joke goes ..... How can you tell if a politician is lying to you ......... their lips move

Many a truth is spoken in jest .
