The U.S. Military uses their air bases in the UK as a launching point for Super Advanced craft and systems because of the UK's geographic location to areas that such systems....that have already been tested to a reasonable extent in the American deserts....for actual missions....some limited....some....not so limited....to access real life value and how the craft perform under real life conditions.

It is one thing to test a craft in a friendly area and another to fly an actual mission.

One point of irritation is the U.S. Militaries refusal to inform the Britts about these missions or what is being tested. However....given the tight relationship between the two nations....the U.S. is given great lattitude.

The reason for such secrecy is at heart the level of advancement of what is flying. This information is not available to over 99% of U.S. Politicians as well as being secret to the majority of the U.S. Military itself.

The main concern is not a failure or crash....do to super redundency....but the possibility of information transfer between a politician of any nationality....and say one from China. The Russians already have an understanding of what is going on....China on the other hand....might react in an alarmist way....if it was informed on the extreme level of disparity in tech. between the U.S. Military and itself.

It has been wispered in certain circles....such unwanted disclosure....could drive relations between the U.S. and China....to a near Warlike state....since China has never reacted well when confronted with information that is outside the box of their Communist Ego driven plan base. Split Infinity

The reality is that the E.Ts can force the issues themselves. If they don't, then well, nothing's going to happen.

At this point, I am seriously questioning the existence of E.Ts myself, even after 90% believing in it...

What if our activity on Earth has been a calling card of sorts in the immediate galactic vicinity, and ET does show up? Hmmm... What then, Mr. ET-doesn't-exist-Leader-of-the-free-world? What if they're NOT here to simply exchange recipes, hmm?

What is the PLAN for dealing with such an occurrence, however unlikely? What are you going to do then - wet your pants on international TV? Nice plan...

Then why are we funding MILLION$ every year to NASA's Astrobiological Institute?

What if all this money and effort pays off?

What if they find us first?

Again, the question we should be asking is: What is the Plan? What is the response if and when they do show up?

Are we to believe that we're spending billions or trillions to kill each other on this planet in the name of "defense" (or honor, or religion, or money or what-have-you) -but not one red cent is dedicated to the remote possibility of a visit by one of these EBE's that NASA (and others) are so desperately searching for? That is either the height of hypocrisy or the height of ignorance - probably both...

Ok, so YOU say ET doesn't exist. Thanks; we're so relieved. But you're looking for them! What are you going to say when you find them - and perhaps find them as they're approaching from behind the moon in a massive flotilla?

Do not we, the citizens of Earth, have a say in our destiny, if that is what it might be? You worthless "leaders" have been lying to the public for generations if not eons. Why should we believe ANYTHING you say?

I believe I have said this before. First of all....none of us here will see disclosure in our lifetime....or even in our grandkids lifetimes.

Second....There is no possibility of a VIABLE plan of defense against an advanced Alien Race. If they were hostile....then we are toast....PERIOD!

Three....any race that is of such an advanced state in tech. to perform interstellar travel.....understands....in depth....THE UNIFIED FIELD THEORY. That means....energy to matter conversion and the reverse. THAT MEANS....they can synthesize ANYTHING it needs.

Four....the only reason they are here to begin with is obtaining knowledge.....and maybe Light Beer.

This Petition calls for the President to disclose to the American people the long withheld knowledge of government interactions with extraterrestrial beings and call for open Congressional hearings to allow the people to become aware of this subject through those whose voices have been silenced by unconstitutional secrecy oaths.

47....no disrespect but....what did you think would happen? I mean....do you actually think any petition by even MILLIONS of people....or an inquiry directed by Congress or the Senate....or let's go even further. Let's say for whatever reason....a law suit is brought before the SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES.....and let's say for Ha Ha's....the court rules in favor of Govermental or Military Disclosure of everything and anything E.T.....past and present.

You know what would happen......NOTHING! Absolutely NOTHING!

Oh....some General of the Joint Chiefs and perhaps the Chiefs of the FBI,NSA and CIA along with any head of the DOD Intel group.....would go before the Court or Congress or Senate....or all of the above....and say...with hand on a Bible.....As far as we know....E.T. does not exist....and we have no proof of this.

The documentation, files and records that prove the existance of E.T. and prove that various branches of the U.S. Goverment and Military knew about it....are out there. Easy to find....I have posted many times where to look....if you don't know look up my posts or ask me.

This is proof positive as close as you will get less a body and a ship. In the late 40's and 50's....they were still trying to get a grip on what was happening and there was no orginizational protochol. I hate getting involved with the UFO threads but I have to say that for the White House, NASA and the rest of the government to continue denying these things just proves to me that they are scared of admitting the truth. I also believe the alien agenda to be either malicious or indifferent to the consideration of the human race.

I have seen things I can't explain, just like many others here and elsewhere. I can't prove it, but I don't really care if anyone believes me or not. I know what I saw.

After the Vatican stated that it was ok to believe in aliens, I really got concerned.

Something strange is afoot, and I don't like it. I keep thinking of Dr. Werner Von Braun and his last words on his death bed about the alien threat used as the last card in controlling the masses. Everything else he fortold was true. I see no reason not to believe the last part.

We live in super strange times, and I hope we get some answers soon.

The more they deny the truth, the more the rest of the world looks at us with contempt and suspicion.

We know the truth and it will all come out in the open soon enough.

Once the LORD GOD gives the green light, 5th trumpet, then there will be no more denying anything.

This country's leadership brings nothing but shame to the people living here.

But more shame, confusion and wrath to themselves then the population with the borders.

All I can say is GROWUP REPROBATES. The Lord Jesus is at the door and time for repentance is getting slimmer as eevery day passes.

Really, this answer makes the White House look stupid. They have to know that we are more aware then the general public of 1942 when this policy of secrecy went into effect. We have more resources for information and more ways to share it than any generation before us. Yet we get this drivel for an answer. They gave it about fifteen minutes consideration. About the time it took a file clerk to retrieve this from the archives.

And you also have made a good point. An advanced civilization would not need the approval of our governments to invade our airspace. (not necessarily hostile mind you but still..)

We do not ask lesser lifeforms what their opinion on things might be.

It may be a matter of some off world government declaring a no intervention clause to those wishing to explore the outer reaches of space. And we are way out there on the outer edges of the Universe. We're probably talked about like we talk about the cave man. A curiosity but not to be played with.
