Oh, also, don't be surprised if a manly crossdresser cleans your clock over it. Some people, can be pretty angry. It wouldn't be the first time it happened.

p.s. Just from a basic survey taken on another forum I frequent, most common occupation of crossdressers and transgendered are ex-military and fire fighters/police officers.

I recall seeing a big MIGHT in there. I never claimed it as fact, although even though you did a big boy google search and didn't find any studies doesn't mean it's not the case. Also, if you recall, the second part of that sentence is me having to explain what "monkey see monkey do" meant in relation to what someone ELSE had said.

Sure, you DID say might, but you also implied that it WOULD be more likely.

For example:
Me: *mixing baking supplies*
Chef: It might work a little bit better if you added a couple more eggs into that
Me: Ok *continues mixing*
Me: gives to chef to taste
Chef: you didnt add those eggs did you
Me: O.O how did you know

And I wrote reports on eggs for the next 2 weeks.

End story.

That whole grasping at straws thing,...you're doing it again.

Did you bother to do a google search on context or the multiple possible usages of the word "might"?

might [mahyt]
auxiliary verb

1. simple past tense of may1.
2. (used to express possibility): They might be at the station.
3. (used to express advisability): You might at least thank me.

4. (used in polite requests for permission): Might I speak to you for a moment?

It's all in the context, in your example, the "might" was non-negotiable (advisable). He means put some damn eggs in. In my version I meant "might" as in possible. You can tell this by the "likely" I put at the end of the very same sentence.

They taught context in second grade.

What else are you going to throw at me kiddo?

Ok, but in my part of the country, "might" usually means "Do/is"

Hello, I am new here been lurking for quite awhile. I generally enjoy the spirited discussions. I am a two-spirit, a female in a male's body. I am fifty-two years old, married for thirty years this past August. I knew I was of feminine spirit when I was five years old, remember the day quite well. Remember getting caught a few months later and belittled, My father (USMC 1944-45 south pacific theater) never accepted me but I still loved him. He crossed over in 1982. I followed in his footsteps trying to please him. I am a retired third generation carpenter, finish and mill-work, retired, living a simple existence my spouse and I. This is a very controversial subject, something the trans group I am active with has been discussing and educating about. We have no clear answers, I denied myself for years, my church taught me that I was a sinner, my "friends" called me a sissy, pussy, faggot. My father told me I would never be a man, maybe not but I have been a very good father.
In my own opinion hormone blockers should only be used after intensive therapy (at least 3 opinions IMO). and at the latest possible date. I was suicidal at fourteen years of age. I am of Native descent and I believe that society and culture should accept us who we are from birth. I am who I am, I "myself" do not want or need HRT or surgery, I have stood up for myself, lived a lie to many people for many years, now I don't care what people think. I really think that the fact that this is a lesbian couple contributes little to this case. There are currently three cases of teens in the Louisville Ky area with hetro parents the youngest being 13. no blockers yet.
I just want people to know that being a woman in a mans body (or visa-versa) is a very hard road to travel from the time that society starts telling you what you are supposed to be. I have been made tough and independent following this road. I do believe eleven years is too young but at thirteen or fourteen with self mutilation or suicidal thoughts it has to be considered. I think it is a family matter that needs to be addressed in a very serious and thoughtful manner. No more forced "laws"down the throats of the people. My opinion...All is Related...

Why are you being so offended. I just answered one of your question's.

Hey you! chillax, a fight with me you do not want to start, I know the five fingered death punch. Scared yet
I bet you are... Also I have been trained by professional deadly ninjas...so ya you do not want to start a fight with me, I am also deadly with the nun-chucks and the chop sticks.

But I am a lover not a fighter, and not much of a lover anyways, in fact I confess I am not very good at anything. So quit trying to pick on me you big bully, whats your problem.

Besides, what does cleaning clocks have to do with anything? Sorry but I don't carry any watches on my person, in fact I rarely keep track of time at all. Or is that some sort of slang that I am just not cool enough to know about?

But if all you transgender persons are this moody, I think I will stay away from you and them. Now can't we all just get along.

I just told you how to not offend us, and you just said that you don't care what I want, that you intend to offend us. I'm just telling you what's likely to happen to you. I'm guessing that you're not man enough to actually say that in real life.

I don't fight either, I let my dog handle the light work.

I'm not moody at all. I have a ton of tolerance. Read what some of the others that have outted themselves have said.

Great. Two parents who both have their "lick-er licenses" are trying to help their kid to decide what gender they want to be? They are aiding their kid in becoming a trsnformer? What on earth has this world/society come to?

Some times you just want to say SHUT! UP!

Because of extreme ignorance and intentional insulting terminology.

Why - - do those who have no knowledge of Transgender children - - think their opinion is worth the space to post it?

I have no respect for anyone that goes out of their way to offend a group of people even after being educated about how not to offend them. What kind of person does something like that?

Why do you question it? There was a time not too awful long ago i might add when 11 year olds didnt wonder what the freak gender they were!!! And we wonder why they may question this when they live with two same sex parents? duh!!!!!!! ARGH the freakin ignorance on here kills me.

"oh i dont know why the kid would have those issues". ARGH!!!!!!!

There was also a time not long ago that women weren't aloud to have jobs, and African Americans weren't aloud to use the same bathroom as a white man. Does that mean that it was right the whole time?
