Actually, he didn't "machine gun" them. If he'd taken the gun off of single shot mode, there would have been many more deaths.

I think you need to go take a good look at what the Taliban and Al-Q is doing in Pakistan and Afghanistan. Because you are grossly misinformed on what those tribal thugs are doing to their own people.

Blowing up schools full of girls for example. Would that qualify as targeting children for you? Or how about stringing up and torturning the children of those who aren't compliant with their attempts at enforcing their own version of law?

Maybe i should not have gone into the Taliban subject, and yes maybe i should inform myself more about them to have a better discussion about them.
I do know that it is hard to say who does what in these conflicts, false flag or real.
If you can show me an example i can have a look and form an educated opinion about it.

From what i see i do not think there is a fair comparison with Anders Behring Breivik his attack and the Palestinian affair.
Maybe we are talking about a different angle, i dont think the comparison is fair because to me it suggests that the Norway people have been under siege like the Gaza strip.

I know he shot them with single shot mode that is why i posted the term 'machine gun" with brackets to indicate i ment it as a metaphor.

I think he killed them because they where the future of a political stream in Norway.
The students on the island where there for a political youth meeting of the left wing party of Norway, the party that Anders Behring Breivik holds responsable for the current and future state of his country.
They where not just a load of children but a very particular group.

You are talking Palestine. I have consistently been discussing the Taliban and Al-Q in Afghanistan.

No idea. Haven't bothered to look where he obtained each weapon. Quite possibly. However, he was in some legal trouble for arms violations a couple of years ago, and seems to have obtain some of his guns/rifles from neighbouring countries. He also modified some of his weapons, and I don't know if this is one of the ones he modified.

Apparently Breivik is suicidal.

Interesting, how talking to a series of professional psychologists has left him suicidal. And they probably didn't get the information they wanted either.

Not that I would be suggesting that all their attempts at "understanding" might be mostly useless, and pretty much designed to be a form of punishment. Since it is all for the prosecution, and the prosecution doesn't need help with convicting a guy who killed 68 people and injured many others and admitted it off the bat.

Just as I said previously, surrounding him with a series of people who are essentially the same as his parents and therefore triggering him non-stop in between bouts of isolation.

I note this not necessarily because I think that he's deserving of more compassion than the next serious criminal. I note it mostly because the authorities and media in Norway like to PRETEND that they are more compassionate. Their professional compassion apparently gets them no important information and their compassion is just killer.

But the picture of the interviewer LEO with the doe-like eyes was a nice touch.

I forgot:

If his international contacts that they claim they can't find (but keep looking for incessantly) are well placed, which some of them probably are, finding them could be very inconvenient diplomatically. Their own even more so.

Count down to a successful and convenient suicide is now in motion....

The sad thing is anyone now who talks openly about the Islamist threat to western culture will be stigmatised by this murderers actions.

For the short term, perhaps.

I don't think this is getting the reaction from the populace that most would expect.

There are the people who are very concerned, but they are shooting themselves in the foot by capitalizing on this themselves in a very cynical way that some people seem to be picking up even through their social programming.

Those who agree wholeheartedly with Breivik have gone mostly quiet.

But .... but, there this seems to have brought out a section of people who are concerned, but haven't really been saying much. Which is very interesting. Very interesting indeed.
