We all know this is actually disinfo. There's clearly no actual comet this is just so TPTB can deflect claims being made about C/2010 X1 and the existence of Leonid Elenin.

If unpredictable gravitational interactions with objects that small and far away can effect the Earths orbit, then so can a comet that is not typical, a small black hole in-fact.

I remember when ELEnin passed through the asteroid belt they were doing calculations to see if it would collide with any of the larger objects, because I think came fairly close to one of them !

One of the BIG mysteries since ELEnin entered the solar system is why has the Moons orbit become more concentric ?

Another mystery is what strange radiation from the, they think from the sun, is causing carbon 14 to decay more rapidly ??

A THIRD is what LOCAL object is increasing gamma rays ???

Nibiru is known from history to EMANATE RADIATION

Notice also in this timing is Schmidt stepping down at Google, HOW OFTEN DOES THAT HAPPEN, NEVER, Jobs taking an extended leave for health although this time no clear pressing issues accept that he is was too thin but doctors know how to use hormones to create that artificially.

Sure they are still around now and then, but they are preparing, their families probably already have bugged out, and they are staying close to their jets, I am sure.

ALL these WEIRD MESSAGES have been given to us TO GET US TO PREPARE ON OUR OWN, to avoid causing a panic, they will DO EVERYTHING but tells us --> Nibiru is HIBIRU !!!

I'm going with - it's 30 years old, old technology, getting harder and harder to maintain, and is expensive to fy by modern standards.

Some people can identify the writing on the walls clearly so that others can recognise it too.

Others see patterns in the bricks that are not actually writing at all......they are jsut one of many patterns that can bee seen in a wall of bricks by tracing along the joins, and they are no more real than any of the other gazillions of patterns you can see in a wall of bricks if you are imaginitive enough.

Comet Elenin has not affected the Moon's orbit in any way whatsoever. The unexplained secular changes in the eccentricity are interesting, but they have nothing to do with this (or any other) comet.

Where does it say that? It talks about the need to develop a policy should the need arise. This is in response to the report of an (open) Congressional Hearing and subsequent legislation. Note all the use of the Conditional Tense.

The game OTTO MATIC was originally released on September 11, 2001 and was designed for the MAC. MAC use in the federal government is not huge but NASA does and did use it at the time in some areas. Some think tanks like RAND used it pretty exclusively. As far as the J311: it was actually J3110 so I'm taking this to mean that the earthquake in Japan was not predicted by NASA and hidden in OTTO MATIC BUT I did find:

the LEONID MAC logo and mission patch for 1998 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002.
