Brown Dwarfs are completely new to man kind, they have just figured out the only true way to see them is with infrared this past year. SO they claim, and noone knows what its composed of, unless you have more scientific and astronomic value than any of us or the people we have researched for many years.

And all i have found scientifically they are a complete mystery across the world.

I am sorry, i am not trying to un acknowledge you but merely trying to speak what i personally have researched and if you have more knowledge of it please continue with scientific data or personal perspective

i am not quite sure on that because mankind has found ways to trap light and not remit it are you so sure an advanced culture could not use that technology to advance their own race? i honestly don't know. I am merely a speculator and the sheep who whines when disciplined. I do know the ancient cultures speak of us as we were slaves of another race and genetically created by them. I don't know if you h ave read any of the two articles I linked to but in a nutshell;

1. Brown Dwarfs are typically around 4 times the size of Jupiter BUT
2. Their mass can be up to 100 times greater than Jupiter.
3. A Brown Dwarf is a small, dimly lit star, without sufficient mass for fusion to occur at it's core.
4. A Brown dwarf starts life the same way a normal star does, but doesn't reach the same huge temperatures of a normal star, instead, it spends it's life continuously cooling, but retains enough heat to emit light in the infra-red spectrum.
5. A brown dwarf, being a star (which is a giant ball of gas) is also a large ball of gas, much like Jupiter is a ball of gas. If Jupiter had the sufficient size and mass in the beginning, it probably would have become a brown dwarf.
(that would have made for an interesting solar system)

and finally

6. All objects, regardless of how cold or hot, emit light. The only objects I know of where this up for debate are black holes.

The first article is the most recent and is related to the WISE survey. I think it's important to note that it's talking about a 10th planet, not a brown dwarf. (just in case anyone gets the wrong idea).

We don't know any mechanism which may influence on Earth from such VERY long distance. My comet can't make gravitational influence to our planet. If we replace our comet to brown dwarf, we already feel it's mass by changing all orbit of all asteroids. Of course I am looking for the Truth. But the Truth is elusive these days, as the government and NASA are completely untrustworthy. So, when strange weather anomalies match up to strange conspiracies, it is important to investigate. The coincidences in this case are outrageous - your name is just CRAZY haha - but no, I do not think Planet X or Nibiru is on its way. I do believe the reasoning behind such a theory is not incorrect, though, just mistaken in this case.
Of course, to add to that - I do believe there is intelligent life out there in our universe, and that it has likely visited and is still visiting our planet. Who's to say there's not something out there in space that's under some intelligent control? : ) If you open up your mind a bit, and do your research, you learn it's impossible to ever be all that safe.

a little background by the way: photos and videos of second suns, or FLARES, have been increasingly popping up over last few months. So people are probably just noticing the sun for the first time, due to your comet conspiracy. : ) What's interesting about the last video is the object is very clear and it's a live web cam. As well, theory goes that if this brown dwarf was sneaky, it would be approaching froms outh pole and only visible with south pole telescope in beginning.

Laura, if object located accurate over SP we can see it from many places, not only from a South Pole. If space object hover over Moscow, we can see it from Berlin, it will be located not in zenith, but we will see it. If second sun located over SP we can catch it from Australia, South Africa and South America.

An object's temperature does not affect its reflectivity. It only indicates its distance from the Sun. Pluto is the coldest planet, but at the same time it is also the most reflective due to its composition. It's also not true that we have not observed brown dwarfs in the visible spectrum. In fact the first methane brown dwarf was found using the Palomar Observatory. So, we know they don't absorb light but reflect it. As for the atmosphere, I'll let Space.com cover that:

The atmosphere of brown dwarfs looks very much like that of giant planets, therefore the same models are used to reproduce their physical conditions.

there's a lot more to it than that : 0 brown dwarfs, specifically, are hard for astronomers to find in sky because of how very dim they are

they are similar to planets, but not the same thing

anyways theyve been described already accurately on this forum, but it took way too long to get that very simple info on table haha

I believe the main focus should be on finding out whether or not we have a brown dwarf companion or tenth planet?

The articles I linked to earlier provide all the info about brown dwarfs and their composition and how common they would appear to be.

Unfortunately, the results from WISE aren't due until next year at the earliest.

9nania and Sollog are among many who have been warning through the ages of these earth changes in this time period, and now especially for the Western North American Coast Region specifically California and Los Angeles. These were the only 2 psychics on the planet who predicted the events on 3/11/11 and that was just a small example of what will happen soon in the Pacific Ring of Fire and on a global scale. On one hand I hope the information and these warnings are wrong, but on the other it may be necessary to bring earth into a higher frequency and aura.

Again, it appears these events will begin with Elenin's Sun-Earth "Alignments" that will directly affect the Pacific Ring of Fire and North American regions around October 2011 triggering more shifts causing a major collapse of the world economy and global havoc that will lead to a massive reduction in the worlds population.

Those that have done their research and are unplugged from the "matrix" of illusion, should seriously consider this message and at the very least begin to prepare which includes researching the safe zones.
Now I'm fully aware that for MOST humans, this scenario is unfathomable and disturbing to say the least, let alone that this could even occur THIS YEAR. But if you take the time to do some serious research and investigation and have the ability to consider a perspective most aren't aware of, the evidence, warnings and signs are clear, undeniable and cannot be ignored very much longer.

So it seems the world as we know it and understand is about to change drastically beginning THIS YEAR 2011, not 2012 as many believe and have been led to believe…

If you think world leaders aren't aware, know or are preparing for this, you haven't been paying attention and are probably still asleep.

NASA, most governments and many of the elites are well aware of whats about to happen... but they won't be giving this or any warnings to the sheep and sleeping masses. Never.

That video had nothing to do with Truthseekers post, further more, if you had actually read the post you would know it should not be visible to the naked eye just yet.

Yeah, you and your ilk have been trumpeting that since 2003.

A brown dwarf would be plenty visible, chum, and, oh, it would tear planets out of their orbits.

But who cares about that, right?

And it has a lot to do with his post, thank you, as he believes that some chucklehead in Manchester filming through a window and 'seeing' an object no-one else can with a cheap phone or camcorder is 'evidence'.

Even NASA is talking about an object 4 times the size of Jupiter beyond Pluto. The fact that they are saying it "could" be gas giant or probably is a gas giant is neither here nor there. 4 times the size of Jupiter is also the same size as your average brown dwarf.

It is a proven fact, even from a skeptic site that Pluto and Neptune are experiencing climate change and that our Suns own output has diminished slightly, not increased. What is causing the warming on Neptune and Pluto?

The fact is, we do not know exactly what effects this change will cause and exactly when we should expect to feel them in force, science knows very little about brown dwarf stars and I seriously doubt you can say with any certainty whatsoever about it tearing our universe apart, I don't think your an astrophysicist.
