This is a truly important fact to consider. It seems that people just do not or are unable to fathom the possiblity of what will actually happen in the event of multiple earthquakes,tsunami's and all the the nuclear reactors around the world spilling radiation everywhere.

the preserving of heratige seeds I think is for the protection and control of lost species to come, the implimentation of genetically modified food crops and plant species having detrimental effects towards those of original, whereby soon to exist the modified versions with limited lifespans and no seedgrowth sustained for futher planting, will continue towards having a regulated and worldwide control on supply and demand of these food sources needed for continued growth governerned only by these powerful and money hungry few who stockpile as a resource and cater for the supply to those involved in producing these genetically inclined versions for public distribution and use.

I guess if there is an ELE coming and the only safe place is to be deep underground the majority of the people on Earth are doomed.

The only survivors if there are any would be the very rich, government officials and scientists.

The only bright side for us is this. The new world will be pure hell and won't last long anyways. We will just be the first to go and it will hopefully be relatively quick.

My point is this. What kind of civilization will it be and how long will it last with those type of people running it?
I am glad I won't be around because if you think it sucks now what till they are the ones reforming mankind.

Underground Cities

I have no idea whether this is true, but check it out for whatever it's worth. If true, then all I can say is, WOW!

While the administrative headquarters of FEMA is located in Atlanta, Georgia, with various branch offices across America, the tactical headquarters are located in a gigantic underground facility near Bluemont Virginia. This site is called Mt. Weather, and has also been referred to as the Western Virginia Office of Controlled Conflict Operations, a name that will appear more accurately descriptive as you read on.

The federal government took control of the land in 1903 and used it for various projects until 1936. This is when the U.S. Bureau of Mines started a major digging and construction project that wound up being a literal underground city! It is a self contained, fully equipped and operational headquarters for the "hidden parallel government" of the United states and more!

Here is a list of some of the departments and agencies that are housed within the heavily protected mountain: the departments of Agriculture; Commerce; Health, Education and Welfare; Housing and Urban Development; Interior; Labor; State; Transportation; and Treasury. Some of the federal agencies located within are: the FCC, Selective Service, the Veterans Administration, the Federal Power Commission, the U.S. Postal Service, and the Federal Reserve (which by the way, is not controlled by the federal government). Another little know fact is that the headquarters for the World Bank is located in this safe haven!

Ok, but how are you going to grow food in that 'habitat'? Even a small hydroponic 'farm' would take a huge amount of space. The one you described looks more like a temporary NBC shelter!

May I know where is your location? You cannot simply go and build bunkers anywhere. There were designated safe areas given before,but things have changed and are still changing,so the safe areas that were considered safe, are no longer safe.Even mountains will crumble and end up in the depths of the ocean when the surface of the planet goes through unimaginable changes.The only sure means of survival is to be as far away from this planet as possible.

AND.. To say ....the elite may pay for a spot but the fact still remains our tax dollars was used to build these bunkers for them to survive with their families. How wrong is that?

Ummm.....It's not being afraid to be.....prepared....thats simply being prudent. I dont know about you, but I have a family and there are other family members/friends that I would want to "have my back".....if.....an apocolyptic event were to occur. So what do I do with my "spare" money.....I prepare.....Land, weapons and ammo, foodstocks, seed banks, preservation methods for food and self, once the "grid" goes offline. We all have a "rallying place" in case something occurs.

So, if I spend my money and spare time on, meat goats, meat rabbits, meat and egglaying chickens, non-hybred, heirloom seeds, hydroponic vegitable tanks piped into fish tanks (think, Bulk milk tank size), Hand tools, methods of producing electricity, not dependant on the grid, Able and willing "bodies" and the means and methods to feed, shelter and clothe, them all.....then I have harmed no one and provided the best way that I can.

IF....something happens, short of an ELE, then I have done my job.........if on the other hand nothing happens, then I will have spent my hours in honest labor, feeding my family anyways, with as little reliance on monsanto or "the regulators" as I can possibly provide.

Can you say the same?........I'm just not the type to "lay down and die" because the country or world waned "mad-maxian", yet I will have provided healthy food and "insurance" for mine.
