Doomsday Seed Vaults And Underground Habitats!

So why are the PTBs building deep underground seed and storage vaults now? What’s the hurry? Is there something we are not being told? Is there a coming apocalypse that’ll destroy much of civilization as we know it and therefore preparing for it so that the process of colonization can be restarted in the event of an ELE (Extinction Level Event)? Most of all the question is – When?

Well, this seems straight out of a sci-fi tabloid but then the facts speak for themselves.
The Svalbard Global Seed Vault, Norway, was launched in 2008 to protect the world's food crops. Situated on a remote island in Norway's Svalbard archipelago, the Global Seed Vault sits at the end of a 410-foot tunnel dug into Arctic permafrost. The seed vault will protect unique varieties of food staples such as eggplant, lettuce, barley, potato, maize, rice, wheat, cowpea and sorghum. There are four massive steel doors that act as airlocks separating the vaults!

The Svalbard Global Seed Vault has the capacity to hold up to 4.5 million batches of seeds from all the known varieties of the planet’s main food crops and has been designed as a latter-day Noah’s Ark, or insurance policy, for the planet in the event of a catastrophe.

Spitsbergen was considered ideal due to its lack of tectonic activity and its permafrost, which will aid preservation. The location 130 metres (430 ft) above sea level will ensure that the site remains dry even if the icecaps melt. Even if the locally sourced electricity fails, conditions should maintain temperatures under zero degrees (F), cold and dry enough for some seeds to remain viable for 1,700 years (wheat) to 20,000 years (sorghum).

What was the hurry in building this facility deep under ground to store thousands of varieties of seeds? They say it’s a hedge against natural catastrophes like global warming. Can global warming result in the total destruction of plant life so soon? It would probably take more than a hundred years from now for a fraction of the known varieties to disappear due to natural causes. So why build it NOW with the thousands of varieties of seeds? Is it just to protect crops from ‘global warming’ or something more than meets the eye?

This hi tech seed vault was constructed in a record time of just about a year and a half. Construction commenced in Jun 2006 and completed in February 2008. So what was the hurry? What happened in 2006 that made them construct such vaults at breakneck speed?

The Norwegian government is building more and more underground bases and bunkers. When asked, they simply say that it is for the protection of the people of Norway. Israel is also doing the same and many other countries too.

Planet X is coming, and Norway has begun with storage of food and seeds in the Svalbard area and in the arctic north with the help of the US and EU and all around in Norway. They will only save those that are in the elite of power and those that can build up again: doctors, scientists, and so on.

The government has been lying to the people from 1983 till now. All the major politicians know this in Norway, but few will say it to the people and the public - because they are afraid in case they too will miss the NOAH 12 railcars that will take them to the ark sites where they will be safe.

The public will not know what happens till the very end, because the government does not want to create mass panic. Everything will happen quietly and the government will just disappear. If such an event comes, they have made sure that five years or more underground is going to be what they need to avoid this. When they know it's safe to surface, they will rebuild again. Now, I don’t subscribe much to this so called ‘Planet X’ theory. But then other ELEs could take place. For example the impending CME (Coronal Mass Ejection) ….

I was seeing the Discovery Science channel yesterday (Which prompted me to write this thead! ) describing the probable approaching apocalypse scenario and NASA’s ‘warning’:

NASA it says, has recently published a report of an impending disaster due to the sun’s magnetic anomalies that will probably result in destruction of satellite communications, GPS, Air Traffic, and Power Grids and so on. They believe that Solar Cycle 24 will be big and intense, peaking in 2011 or 2012.

The scientists on the channel go on to say that an impending massive CME will disrupt the Earth’s magnetic field to such an extent that radiation will heat the planet’s plates below the crust which is comparatively very thin resulting in massive earthquakes and Tsunamis as the crust slides over the magma.

The resulting chaos could also result in a geomagnetic pole reversal (As opposed to ‘pole shift’) that would result in a catastrophe of unimaginable proportions. Japan, New Zealand, Myanmar and the rumblings in the Ring of Fire – has it all started to happen? But when the big one finally hits Earth and disrupts its magnetic fields, all hell would break loose! Probably even before that ubiquitous doomsday date of Dec 2012!

Of coarse they are.Regardless of what the catastrophy is, it's coming. Will it be in 2012 who knows but it's coming.They wouldn't be preparing other wise. The elites are all trying to save themselves.I wonder which of the popular disasters is the one that is coming, or is it something that we haven't even thought of........

I've always wondered about the million of books that they are going to or already have sent underground down in a salt mine due to supposed renovations on the library that houses them. What intrigues me is it is due to be finished in 2013. This reminds me of the part in the movie of "2012" when they are switching real paintings with fakes and putting everything of historical importance in storage.

What gets me about it is this;

If the seedbank is being created to protect seeds etc in the event of an ELE then that is conclusive proof that TPTB know a hell of a lot more than is being admitted (oh the shock). I say this because for them to build this place at all in any location means that they know what to expect and must have run simulations etc to come up with the best possible location for such a facility.

Or....

It could be a perfectly innocent construction to preserve the genetics of plants as we know them now, before they all die off from pollution or are cut down.

I think the intentions of the vault are clear. Preserve the state of the planet's plant life, in the case of a catastrophic event. I think it's important to recognize that the entire global warming movement is a total fraud, and thousands of corrupt scientists were part of it. There never was a global warming crisis. If anything we have to fear the opposite.

Which leads me to the real reason they are preserving the worlds plant life. Ice Age, it's an unstoppable and predictable part of the Earth's life cycle, and we happen to be right at the fringe of the next one.

It's also important to note that NASA's predictions for Cycle24 are totally bust, and Cycle24 has proven to be incredibly weak.

Ahh, but to fear the ice age is to fear global warming as it is global warming which is speeding up the process. Warmer planet = melting ice.
Melting Ice = more fresh water being released into the sea
More fresh water in the sea = reduced salinity and higher freezing temperature

There is a lot of speculation here, interesting none the less.
HOWEVER.....If there is one certainty in this world it is that if I manage to survive an event, I will meet the bastards when they com out of their special little hole, I will introduce them to a new level of hell on Earth.

I don't know man, why would they take up precious space with books? Surely they can just get them in ebook format and store them that way. Seems way more effecient to me.

Such “Doomsday” seed vaults have also been constructed in both Afghanistan and Iraq, both of which were destroyed during the war. Also a vault was built in the Philippians, but it was destroyed by a flood.

If they are going to hiding underground then you can bet topside is not where you want to be. If they really are digging in for something massive then all of us up here on the surface are probably gonna be toast. We all would like to think we are going to survive some Mad Max type of existence after the SHTF but in reality we probably would be wiped out very early in. The least of your worries is going to be the TPTB because your neighbor is gonna be your worst fear when they are starving and they see you have the food. No sleep for you.

True but why not just have a digital copy of Mona Lisa then showing everyone if that's the mentality. These absurdly rich people in the world like having original copies of things because there's no substitute for an original. You and I are happy with an ebook copy but we aren't talking about you and I.

How easy would it be to get to this seed bank? Gonna be pretty hard to get to from the UK methinks. Let's hope I don't need any seeds should the worse happen!!

I think they know what is coming, when it should arrive and the outcome of the population, plant life and all... that is why they are making the preparations to save what can be saved and themselves..... Sure, theories are running rampant but the preparations made by governments and nations has not always been this rampant and scheduled. The more advanced we have become the more in "the know" the elites have also become allowing them to set the precursor of the "who's and what's" survive..... We do not know for sure what is coming or when but we all know that something is coming and we are already making preparations albeit some maybe small, but they are preparations none the less.... How have global temps been going down? Sea temperature is on the increase and it is this that is contributing the increased rate of melting ice caps.

Right now it's not some ELE event that scares me as much as it would be a CME taking out the worlds power supplies. At least a ELE will most likely kill swiftly. A CME talking all electricity away in an instant is more scarier because no one is dead yet and the chaos is going to be unimaginable. No medications, no instant food, no running water out of the tap, etc. Most of the non 3rd world countries will go mad. Neighbor pitted against neighbor for survival.
