Did you even go read the book he posted that the technique is in?? Because there is a chapter outlining protection from entities and it seems he was focusing on his third eye alone..which many have stated isn't a good idea..

Agarta, I see you have an extensive knowledge of brain anatomy, and how glands work, Chakras, musical frequencies, etc.. Just techniques for altering consciousness.

But you must also understand the affect of Fluoride on the Pineal gland, which is where I have a few questions.

I am a 16 year old male, I am extremely health conscious, ever since I woke up, I eliminated all processed foods, drinks, meat, chemicals, artificial sweeteners, candy.. I have not consumed them for close to a year, and I suffer no health issues what so ever. Not even stomach aches, or head aches. Which is pretty remarkable, considering I only eat once a day. but anyways, onto the question..

Is there any way to remove fluoride from water? I want to eliminate it completely from my diet, so I am not ingesting any government purposes. I don't want anything to hinder my mental capability. I have a lake nearby which I can drink out of, but don't want to get any sort of intestinal worm, or bacterial infection... haha, it's a clean lake, I just don't wanna take any chances!

Also, I tried downloading your book, but I don't have Adobe reader- are there any other links to a regular published version? Or could you possibly email it to me?

Please, I am extremely interested in this, I just wanted to know what works for activation, and ways to get rid of Fluoride.

Do you think people mistake the pineal gland as "being" the third eye, rather than just relating to it? Sort of like how your heart is not your Anahata chakra, and your Vishuddha is not your vocal chords. They just relate to these physical parts of your body in some ways?

I've come to understand this now but in hindsight I completely rejected what was happening and saw the spiders as a negative thing. Living healthy is a great start but please remember to keep it a choice. When it becomes an obsession it stops being healthy. Addictions come in many shapes and sizes. Just be careful please.

As for me, I distill my water. You can purchase distilled water really cheep. Distilled water is clean. It has no fluoride, iodine, etc. Keep in mind that it also does not have the natural minerals either. It is also flat. Aerate simply by shaking rigorously. Less than 1% of your minerals come from water so don't worry about it, If you live and eat healthy there isn't an issue.

As for eating once a day is okay for a young man of your age however if you continue you will loose your metabolism around 35 and gain weight. Instead I suggest 12 to 15 bites of food per waking hour.

Morning fruits, mid-day grains, evening vegetables, nights protein (nuts/seeds). Make sure you add fish at least 3 days/week.

Well if you research ALL the historical records you will find thousands of references to the Pineal Gland it is everywhere even in statues, and historical monuments it was well recognised by the Egyptians as being the core connection to the soul. Just search YouTube for the visual references to Pineal Gland + Pine Cone

You can't miss it, as it has been deeply engrained in our history, I hope this helps

There are fun creative trolls and there are personality disorder trolls. I truly thought you were the latter at one time. Even went so far to slam you about it in your blog submission box. I apologize now for doing that. I really didn't understand the whole genre at the time.

But as far as checking people's backgrounds that merely post with, hey, that's a little extreme in the cautionary department. Why is it? For instance, you and I will never meet in real life and live thousands of miles apart. It's resalable then to think there is no need to be taking such extensive precautions when posting with others on the internet.

Can you come up with any healthy fears why you would need to do so?

I understand wanting to find out if someone has a criminal history of harassment and or stalking if the poster has demonstrated such behaviors, and could gain access to personal information, but checking everyone you feel you know who they are in real life..... just in case, "wow" is all I have to say on that one. Maybe the internet is more of a negative outlet than a positive one if you are so suspicious of people in general on the internet.

My third eye was naturly opened from birth,i mastered it between 5 to 8 years old,you have been STUDYING this for 8 years,so how did i give the op bad advice?
