God how can anyone not want to be free.

look at egypt they have been ruled by a not so nice guy for so long. And Now they want to go to the Muslims for leadership.

Why so they can take even more of your money and your freedomes.

During Ramadan, the ninth mounth of the islamic calander, muslims think about ways of improving themselves by following more closely the teachings of the koran. They take no food or water from sun up to sun down. Adults fast in order better understand the hardships of the poor people. Children under 12 fast only once of twice a week for a few hours. Prgnant women and soldiers are exempt....
it goes on and on about all the good things about muslims.

Come on now.....how many ships have the IDF captured over the years. Unlike the Flotillas, the real deal comes when those on board least expect it. Of course there's arms on those ships, you thought it could be anything else coming from Iran?

Egypt is not going to war with Israel anytime soon and those ships won't even make it a foot inside the Suez Canal. I know that, you know that!

Wow really? Did you just post that with a clear vision in your head of what you just posted? Talk about hypocrisy... So yea the schools go on holiday for every single Christian religion out there. I am more then sure they have been taught about the Christian faith as well. Well actually not sure about that one. Maybe if people were a little less worried about what people are learning then things could progress a bit more in this world.

I mean seriously what is wrong with anything that you just posted? It didn't say "Praise be to Allah" or you should be a Muslim too. It was a honest lesson in the faith in general. Would it better to include about terrorists in there as well and the bad things that some Muslims have done? If so then I think our children should also be taught about all the bad things Christians have done. i.e. The Crusades, The Inquisitions, Manifest Destiny. Yea Christianity is not innocent either.

I think Rock Black understands Islam and the dynamics of a unified Islam and the currant destabilization of the Arab Nations from known evils. If they Unify under some Leader boasting Islam they will remove Israel and that act will be the final conflict.....everbody here on this thread is dancing around what to call this. Well nothing has happened so we have the what it is. Few of us want to be labeled this or that and are struggling to see through the end of what hasnt happened yet. Rocky Black has identified Islam for what it is. And for what it wants to do. And for what Israel will do to defend its nation.

So the U.S. is allowed to supply Israel and Egypt with arms but Iran isn't allowed to supply Syria, if that's even what's happening? The double standards and hypocrisy are astounding. What exactly is Islam? I would love to hear this. Let me guess nothing but a bunch of hate and evil. It is an evil relgion with the emphasis on EVIL!!! There is absolutely nothing evil about Islam if anything the Muslim faith is about as close as you can get to the Christian faith. If Israel is attacked by Iran, regardless of who fired the first shot, the USA will retaliate against Iran.
Have no doubts about that, because Iran and Israel squaring off would provide the perfect opportunity for the USA to take military action against Iran. It's been on the cards for years, they can't spin us the same story they did for Iraq.
Coming to the defence of an ally is a legitimate reason that most Americans will back and support.
Why? Because Iran will be painted as a threat to the only true democracy in the middle east, and rightly so.

The ruling Ayatollahs of Iran believe it is their calling, that they are chosen to be victorious in a war with Israel and the West.

These religious leaders are the true powers in Iran. They believe they are communicating with the "12th Imam" and it is their sacred duty to go to war.

In short they are completely insane, and suicidal, willing to martyr themselves and the people of Iran in the process.

That said, the Iranian military is powerful enough to inflict a lot of damage, and may even have nuclear weapons, and they would not hesitate to use them. If the Israelis seem a bit paranoid when it comes to Iran, you really can't blame them can you?

The Iranian regime does not intend to attack Israel, they intend to provoke them, and then destroy them no matter what it costs their nation. They have allies, and wish to ignite a broad middle east war, Muslims unite against Israel and the west, elimination of the infidels, the establishment of a global Caliphate.

The Obama regime are reluctant to get involved, however the Iranians expect them to, and insanely believe that "Allah" has panned for this as well, and they will be victorious.

All of you who are defending Iran should stop to think about who these people really are, what they believe and why they are seeking war and conflict.

What does the Iran-Contra have to do with this thread? So the US/Israel supplied arms to Iran, but Iran can't supply arms to Syria? If anything you're just proving my point about the hypocrisy of it all. Thanks.

Even if Iran was provoking Israel so what? Unless they actually make a move against Israel then Israel has absolutely no justification for anything. I'm personally sick and tired of the apologists making excuses for them, spouting the same old crap about Irsael having the right to defend itself. It does have that right, when it is attacked.

So, worst case scenario. Israel decides to play the bully and pre-emptively attacks Iran, which they will because they have been looking for any excuse for a fight for as long as I can remember. Iran retaliates which they are perfectly within their rights to do having been attacked by Israel. What does that have to do with the rest of us? Leave them to it. Why should we be dragged into their spat? More to he point, why should we be dragged into Israels fight? If they are big enough to start it then they should be big enough to deal with the consequences, on their own. If they win, good for them. If they loose, hard cheese.

i know what exactly islam is ok.

I know all to well.

My point I was trying to make is when my Christmas tree goes up it is offensive to muslims. When the school put up a christmas tree it was taken down because it was offensive to people.

If your to hold a class on christianty you cannot becasue it is offensive to some religions.

Now you can surely preach to my childs young impressionable mind that muslims are nice people fine.

but dont start preaching about how they celebrate the religion and go into all the details.

The last update I saw was the Reuters link a couple pages back at 10 AM EST saying that the Iranians resubmitted their request to go through the Suez and it was passed. There is an LA times link from 9:53 AM EST that says the opposite, that Iran turned back due to Israeli pressure.
