There are certain things you can achieve by teleconference in the international diplomacy. But as you may see now, it is not a small matter for Indians or for any nations to decide on such things. India wouldn't want to deteriorate their relations with China by allowing such site in India. I do not like this whole thing. But that's what the NWO is doing behind. You just watch their chess game and find out what their next move will be.

Did you actually read your link?

Basically, they said, "we don't know, we think it is probably a bit high, the white house says it is high, but the trip is important anyway"

So much for Snopes.

ok.. thought i posted this this morning.. but i guess it was on the other thread where people were ranting about it..
there ARE NO FACTS. the $200 million dollars came from some unamed source in india. it was originally picked up by an indian newspaper. the international media just picked up the numbers and ran with it.. the white house doesn't divulge information on the costs of presidential trips as they would have to do a break down which would divulge information that could put the president in harms way. it's pretty much always been this way. some things just need to be kept secret. so, whether you love him, hate him or never heard of him.. there is NO ACTUAL $200 million dollar figure... no proof is no proof.. there are NOT 34 battle ships going.. no secret service with rocket launchers and flame throwers.. no pleadien escort to ensure his safety... but YES yeti has rsvp'd the visit on facebook...

From:

ibnlive.in.com...

This quote:

"A top official of the Maharashtra Government privy to the arrangements for the high-profile visit has reckoned that a whopping $ 200 million (Rs 900 crore approx) per day would be spent by various teams coming from the US in connection with Obama's two-day stay in the city."

This is what has been reported as a rough figure, and has not been shown to be false or exaggerated by the white house. We will never know. It comes down to trust, and I don't have any for the Obama team, sorry.

This is international government meeting, get used to the cost...it is business as usual.

Since this is about the 10th post just like this, I feel compelled to point something out. It is kind of obvious that most of you really do not only probably not actually believe in this number, you really do not even care. You are all just excited at yet another chance to say Obama is destroying the country because apparently he is doing such a bad job, people need to make up crap to complain about.

White House spokesman Robert Gibbs was blunt in his characterization of the cost reports, “this trip doesn’t cost $200 million a day.”

First you say you will go with this figure because the white house has not dismissed it and in the same breath, point out you would not trust them about it any way. Well, they have indeed dismissed it. You do not care though. You are going to stick to this anonymous story from a newspaper you never read before because it fits the narrative.

I would love to be proven wrong on any of this.

I am not "excited" to report anything, but yes, I think Obama is doing his part to destroy the country.
In case you haven't noticed, the U.S is flat broke. Unemployment is rising steadily, people are losing their homes, and the federal reserve is about to destroy the dollar.

And Obama is spending "untold" millions taking hundreds of people to India and "untold" amounts of military hardware to India for an international G20 meeting.

Thanks for your compassion Sir Obama.

Yeah, because like....

if it's on the internet it is REAL OMG!

Get a grip folks, it's just more disinfo. Republican false flags, just like death panels were false flags.

Oh wait, people still believe that one too.

Not to mention the Mexicans have taken over Texas and is now invading the USA with nuclear weapons, better hide folks.. That one's real too because it's now on the internet and I heard it from "an important high up source".

Oh, and another thing I am going to put on the internet, so it's real, today, I am going to win ten million dollars in a lotto that I have not entered, and it's real, cause I put it on the internet.

Also, I'm putting on the internet, so it's real, this trip is actually going to cost us 200 trillion dollars a MINUTE, and the whole world will fall into bankruptcy because of it. Then Obama and Bush cronies will get together and have a giant orgy with space aliens. That's real too, cause I put it on the internet.

And I don't support any particular political group. They all suck!

Face palm!

Harm None
Peace

Is there something in the water there? Again, THIS IS JUST AN INTERNET RUMOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You know it, I know it, we all know it is just a rumor. Yet, there you go saying Obama is not compassionate because he is spending all this money on this trip. It is just a rumor and has been dismissed. You say you believe it because it was not dismissed. It was but you still believe it anyone. I call BS. You just want to bash whereever you can. Is it really that hard to find a legitimate complaint about Obama? He must be doing a really good job if all you have to complain about is stuff you read online. Don't you think?

I honestly wonder how some of you even feed yourselves.

What I would like to see is an approximate from the White House on just how much it will cost per day.

The WH spokesman, Mr. Gibbs is on record saying that the trip doesn't cost $200 million per day. Evidently he is either lying, or he has some idea of what it does cost. I said lying, I should say ' is talking out of his butt'.

If it was considerably less than $200 million/day as they would like us to believe, why not just come out on the record and say that??? As in HOW MUCH?

Okay, I read the Anderson Cooper article.

Where does it say how much this trip is costing per day?

It does say that the $200 million/day number is 'likely inflated'.

Not a total debunking in my definition of the term. What is it going to cost?

It does say what a Clinton trip to Africa cost some years ago(5.2 M/day) but that really doesn't tell us what this trip is costing, does it?

Do you honestly believe that this trip is costing more than the war in Afghanistan? If so can you please offer some justification?
