I agree it is political maneuvering, but to what end?

Do you think there is any significance to the timing of the change of power in Turkey, and China's resistance to condemn the DPRK attack on South Korea?

What would happen if over this fallout, Turkey would shift to a more Sino-Russo alliance, that would change the whole ballgame.

I dont know if this story has been confirmed, but it does have the potential to be the 'spark' for the flame.

Rest assured the Israeli navy and airforce will nullify any Turkish vessel coming at it's waters or airspace. But keep telling yourself Israel won't have the balls to do anything.

First of all, at most, the bible is at most 1800 years old, not 4,000 years.

I can go on for thousands of similar inconsistencies. The Bible, like religion, makes absolutely no sense at all unless you follow it with blind faith.

As far as the Catholic Church being a Church of Peace, Love, and Tolerance, as discussed in the Bible, don't get me started - the Catholic Church is the most hate filled, intolerant organization on the planet.

No, everyone that fails to provide sensible proof while claiming something highly illogical is a conspiracy theorist.

I don't know how to simply suspend my rational thinking and simply accept the official story, as the official story makes little sense. An American ship was attacked by Israel in international waters. That much we KNOW is true....would the American government have no incentive to lie and cover up....can the CIA be trusted generally? And even if it was a "tragic mistake" how does that make sinking ships in international waters okay? You'll have to do better than that. And I actually hope you do, because this is disturbing on so many levels...not least of which is the implication that our government is somehow so beholden to another country that that country can sink our ships with impunity and we would cover it up FOR them. no, you're right. we should trust everything the government tells us. particularly if it doesn't make sense. and yes the CIA in particular should be taken at its word. (WDM in Iraq, anyone?)
And also, you never addressed the simple question: even if this was a 'tragic mistake' WHY is it okay to sink ships in international waters regardless of who they might or might not be? isn't that a crime?
