it does seem like american just cant except anything thattake away from there "greatness" i find it embarrasing aswell to talk to people and they immediatly get up in arms, its true what they say ignorance is bliss, after people have lived with being told "a" was right and then you tell them actuall there is no"a" its a "b" and you even have the evidence right in there face, they'll just go right back to lving in "a", i just feel for people who would rather accept a lie, just to hold on to something that isnt even working right. and i would like to add that I find this trend is common with quite a few people everywhere

CNN also did a denial piece about Freemasonry, so I'm not surprised:

I'm afraid we're still sane enough to not listen to this arrogant prickle.

"Conform." "Don't think outside the box." "Believe what your government tells you." "Do as your told." "If you don't believe our story, you're a threat to Americans."

LMAO. Sorry ... I'm not buying any of it.

They don't like it up em' as they say here in England. This is great news.

I'd say they are afraid... very afraid.

The interesting thing is that they don't seem to learn too quickly do they.
Still using the tried and tested tricks that they have always used.

I like this because it shows the power that ordinary people can wield.

They don't seem to have noticed that the 'average joe' is evolving, while they stagnate, getting fat and lazy on the mountains of money that we give them.

Give em more I say. Let them get even more wealthy, complacent and arrogant. it's what makes them stand out more clearly.

So... 'Conspiracy theorists' are the new 'Communists' or 'Socialists' or 'terrorists'. Hey they can have 'conspiracy terrorists' on me.
use it when ever you like guys... because people are not buying it anymore.

Yes we know that one, it's the old 'Create a dirty word trick', And that old 'pick a patsy' trick won't work either.

Their tricks and signs are becomming common knowledge, the Hand gesture tricks, the Architecture signs, the Logo's tricks, the TV programming, the pharmacutical tricks, the legal tricks, the religion tricks, the Royalty tricks, the MONEY tricks, the Democracy scam, the 'Change' lies and many more. Just knowing of these signs, tricks, scams and lies was the difficult bit. we are there at last.

But I digress, meanwhile back on thread...

I like the way they throw in the 'since Obama came to power' or 'in the first year of obamas term'.

Yes we noticed that as well you morons. well they've got to blame someone haven't they, and lets face it that's what Obama is there for, the fall guy for these animals who would eat their own mothers for power and money.

Thanks to the OP and all you guys who can clearly see through the pathetic attempts by THEIR MSM to fight back OUR Tide of Awakening.

They sit like King Canute on the beach and their toes are getting wet... first they command the tide to stop. Then in desperation they make the tide illegal... but the tide comes in anyway... and they are too stupid to realise that soon they will drown. its hard to swim carrying all that Gold.

Whatever.

We are only dangerous to them and other corrupt institutions.

I will not stop questioning authority just because someone calls me names. I'll just question louder because I must be onto something...

Brilliant, I just wish others would have the courage to do the same.

I came across these and found them to be totally relevant:

"No one outside America any longer believes the US media or the US government... You can't believe a word the American media says. If they say anything correct, it's just an accident.
Paul Craig Roberts

"There is no such thing in America as an independent press, unless it is in the country towns.

You know it and I know it. There is not one of you who dares to writes (sic) his honest opinions, and if you did you know beforehand that it would never appear in print.

I am paid one hundred and fifty dollars a week for keeping my honest opinions out of the paper I am connected with--others of you are paid similar salaries for similar things--and any of you who would be so foolish as to write his honest opinions would be out on the streets looking for another job.

The business of the New York journalist is to destroy the truth, to lie outright, to pervert, to vilify, to fawn at the feet of Mammon, and to sell his race and his country for his daily bread.

You know this and I know it, and what folly is this to be toasting an "Independent Press."

We are the tools and vassals of rich men behind the scenes. We are the jumping-jacks; they pull the strings and we dance. Our talents, our possibilities and our lives are all the property of other men. We are intellectual prostitutes."

John Swinton, former editor New York Tribune

the media wouldnt have even covered this to the extent they have if such a anti govt. movement wasnt in full blown action. look around at all of the conspiracy websites, TruTV even has Jesse "the body" Ventura doing conspiracy program. So there has to be something to all this. This is just like the kid that committed suicide and they tried to blame the heavy metal music he was listening to. This guy was in to conspiracy theories and was a little off( ok a lot off)

Maybe some people that have closed minded thought processes and are forced into belief that there is only one answer that is irrefutibly passed on as truth do look at alternative explanations as absolutley insane and the sad part is, is that when people that are generally descent are ingrained with this type of ideology of so called truth they become pawns in this information battle. I mean in Iraq they built a victory over America palace in the Al Faw section of Baghdad people in Iraq would have probably thought anyone who said well maybe we didn't win the gulf war would have been thought to have been insane. Dis-information is a crime against humanity if you ask me

Avalon is just another third-rate talking head trying to get attention. My guess is that vast majority of ATS users are talking on the internet rather than doing anything homicidal or suicidal. The conspiracy theorists on here are generally a harmless bunch who want to talk about conspiracies and have found ready made groups of those who are like minded and their foils, the evil debunkers, who are all paid by the NWO.
Of course we have folks on here who have arsenals of weapons and secret hideouts for any contingency. There are those who talk about revolution and patriotism and what they're going to do. Right now, everyone is too busy typing to do anything else.

Now that right there is a excellent saying. Star for you.

Of course freedom of speech and all but when the government and the MSM do it, it is a crime.

The "for the kids" card is already being played. All you have to do is look at the data centered around vaccines.

They'll starting pointing out cases of harm when parents didn't follow the mainstream course of treatment. If you look at the news stories around autism, you will already see this happening.

I have a feeling they are just waiting for the right case, then you will see a week long special about the dangers of internet medical information.

Be afraid... Be very afraid. The new bogeyman has arrived. What was once a lunatic fringe has gone mainstream. The conspiracy theorist has become a household name. Events involving the IRS guy and the pentagon shooter have been successfully associated with the conspiracy theory movement. The reason for all of this is because sheeple are no longer enamored with Al-Qaeda and hence the new villain has to arrive on stage to captivate the audience.

Somehow I feel that the past two events (IRS and Pentagon shooting) was used to condition the image of a conspiracy theorist in the minds of sheeple. A conspiracy theorist is no longer a critical thinking person holding an independent view of things and not be programmed by MSM. Instead a conspiracy theorist is a rambling nut job with suicidal tendency for destruction.
