The most disgusting thing during the 2 Gulf wars, was IMO the heavy use of DEPLETED URANIUM which now have spread radioactive & radiological contamination all over Iraq, their soil, their ground-water etc - with the terrible consequences as horrific birth-defects and cancers among the Iraqi children.

It only takes for pregnant women to stir up some of this "radioactive dust" from the ground, which can whirl up particles and get into their lungs - or drink some water from a contaminated source and WHAM! their lives and future are destroyed.

But it doesn't stop there! - when all these ammunitions hit their targets and vaporized the very dangerous Uraninium particles were released into the atmosphere as radioactive dust, and can with higher up and strong current of the wind, be spread to countries nearby Iraq and therefore also contaminate the soil of countries from where us Europeans import vegetables & fruit, grain and other foods from.

This use of Depleted Uranium was in my opinion A CRIME AGAINST THE HUMANITY!!

January 23, 2010 "WSWS" - A Dutch commission of inquiry has concluded that the US-led 2003 Iraq war was illegal under international law. The conclusion has far-reaching implications. Potentially, it could open up leading politicians and military figures in the US and Britain to prosecution for war crimes.

Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenende of the Netherlands set up the Davids Commission in order to avoid a full parliamentary inquiry into the Dutch role in the invasion of Iraq. I wouldn't even think about doing the acts mentioned in the video. I think he's saying that the people on ATS that constantly bash America fail to consider that these acts are isolated. If it were the whole nation and all of the military doing it like so many people here see it, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be typing to you now.

I can't even count the times people on ATS relate the words filth and scum to the whole of America. It's ridiculous to think that.

And as for my freedoms, you are damn right I have freedoms. I was working for a chemical plant as an operator. It was great money but the work and hours sucked. Being that I have 2 year old daughter and was missing her mile stone steps in growing up, I decided to quit and finish college to get my degree. Yes I have freedoms to better myself and earn better things, if you work for them. People in other countries would love to be able to do that.
