I agree with you, this is pure bunk and they should give it to them. First of all, the judges thought they did a good job and scored it as they should. There was do discrepency, the only problem was that this white group was able to out step the rest and make a fool out of stepping groups that thought this was their thing and no one elses. If I was Coca Cola I would have went out there and said this fraternity won this on the rules that we have been using for years and give them the money. I'm willing to bet the Coca Cola executive who shepard this didn't like the idea that the white team won and came out without using his or her head and using their position to tell the ones that lost that this was fair and square and it showed that they had what it takes to come in here and BEAT YOU on your own court essentially. It was okay when they where competing because the other teams thought they wouldn't win, then they won and thats the problem.

Racism and intolerance has many colors, ignorance does to. The people making a mockery of a goddamn step show that a white group won should be ashamed of themselves. If people black and white and other races want this game of racism to stop, they have to stand up at times like this and show people the mirror and let them see what they are acting like. If you don't want people to be racists to you, you can't be racists to them and others, thats it pure and simple. Because it's wrong when they do it to you and it's wrong when you do it to them or someone else. You can blame alot of this on ignorance pure and simple. Alot of people in the US have been dumbed down through religion and been made to hate people who think and praise people who are bullies, and this is what you will get.

Bullies that didn't like that they where showed up and then used race as an excuse to gin up the local public. You play with fire with a mentality like that and many people can get burned.

the same word is used for 'adam, so if you're basing the color of his skin (red) on the idea he was white, then you have to be consistent and do the same for the first 'adam. i'm afraid you can't date it to the birth of esau. you'll have to backdate it to the creation of 'adam. you should also be aware there was more than one creation of 'adam, which should alleviate any fears you may have about how you fit into the picture.

I think its hilarious how during the video the crowd is going wild. Their immediate emotional reaction is not racist, this is an important point.

Its only later when it dawns on them that the team that was "representing" them at their own game got their asses kicked. Then it turns ugly.

To all the people claiming that all history is white history and all channels are white channels and other such nonsense, I would like to relate a story. I went to a school with 5 white people in the graduating class. Every year I would find myself in at least one argument per week about BHM. They would claim that all they learn is white history so they deserve a month.

That is when I would issue the following challenge. I will name as many famous black historical figures and you match it with people from my heritage. This gives you Irish, German, English, Native American, and Scottish. Guess how many times it ended with someone matching or besting my list? 0

Guess how many times it ended with me being called a racial slur or threatened with violence. For people who complain about being bombarded with so much white history, they seemed to have heard very little of it.

This was my school in my town. I am not trying to say this is something that can be extrapolated in any way but I thought it was at least mildly relevant.

Wow , this thread really went downhill eh?... But that is to be expected. In my time here on ATS I have learned 4 things.

1.) You can't have a civil conversation regarding race. It simply can't be done. It usually starts out ok, but by the end of page 3, its curtains... we're talking Jerry Springer status here. Complete with that guy that "Has friends that are black" or the Junior Fruit of Islam member explaining to us why things are the way they are.... here's my take on it. Yes there are racists out there (of all colors) and It's F***ed up , get over it.

I don't ever see this tribalism ending here on Earth. So long as there exists different races, ethnicities, countries, skin pigmentation etc. There will always be conflict.

I wonder if aliens from the same world have different races or skin color, and if they have racial conflicts like we do.

Perhaps we are hard wired to stick to "our own" so to speak.

I use blueletterbible also but it's not in anyway perfect, and if your expecting it to say Esau is the white man, then your out of luck.

Who on planet Earth is red when there born? the white man.
Who is red period. White people. Their skin is red, not paper white.

Also it isn't that hard to filter history through the Bible, historically everything the Edomites have done and lived in the Bible can be traced by other sources as white people.

You should research more, besides, to prove who Esau is, you can find out who the Israelites are, or Edomites, either one will prove who the other is.

Theres more than enough evidence of who Esau is out there.

Any human being with an affinity for dancing can learn any dance, no matter what the historical origins of the dance. We have no evidence for a genetic affinity for certain dances. Its about wanting to learn it, and being willing to invest the time to do so, and about being fortunate enough to be a good enough dancer to make your effort pay off.
