I just noticed some bright flashes (no sound) from what I presume to be the coastline.

Could those be muzzle flashes from naval batteries offshore, or would the ships be over-the-horizon?

I am trying to place the water , Scotty.
You are probably right though, the gunfire sounds awfully close
to the camera.

Speaking of white phosphorus. .

There was a dramatic cam shot of a WP shell exploding over a building. Even zoomed in, it was striking.

Are those morning prayers in the background? Never mind. . Yes.

wow, do we know if these camera opperators have shifts?
If it is the same person, they have had little to no sleep in probably days.
about the tunnels, looks like a bunker buster went off 'yesterday' their time durring the day. I think the maps on 48 show the best locations of fighting and camera.
hope this ends soon!

Oh my God! This is terribly haunting to me. I have been not paying attention on purpose to this terrible autrocity going on there. Sometimes I worry and I know there is nothing I can do to help except pray.

I feel badly for all involved. This is the closest I have ever been to war. Thank God. I wish it would just stop.

The crowing rooster in the background is comforting to me, for some reason. I think it is saying that even if Israel bombs Gaza into oblivion, life will go on. Maybe without the people, but life will continue in some fashion.

We are not as important as we think we are, I ponder.

This is so sad. God bless them.

+1 for bravery, taking time to pray during war

-1 for being out of tune and having a rooster crowing in the background.

I'm guessing it's a recording.

Perhaps a little less attempts at humor during this might be in order.

Alright, I'm back guys.

I've been watching the feeds again tonight, in the past 20 minutes I've seen 2 phosphor bombs detonated over the city.

Remember how I calculated where the camera buildings were last night?
Well, good thing I remembered some of the buildings, so at night I can still tell where the fighting is.

Both of those phosphor bombs were detonated over dense populated suburban zones.

I'm even more disgusted tonight than I was last night.

I cannot believe what I am seeing and hearing, this kind of thing really brings you into reality. I can't tell you how how glad I am that I found this forum.

Isn't the hillside where the WP bombs and the heavy fighting was/is taking place toward the North East, Israeli border?

That was my best guess based on the limited topographical info. you can get from Google Earth. .

Strangely enough, I find the sound of the drones to be the most familiar sound to me (even over the rooster). .

There are sometimes large wildfires where I live during the summer. There are often days where you hear the nonstop droning of several forestry spotter planes orbiting around the fire.

The sound is identical, weird.

OH PLEASE NOT MORE WP.

This must be "crimes against humanity".

If we live our lives in reaction against such atrocities, then how can we become it?

The hypocricy of hatred. sigh, an eye for an eye

But
......i say unto you............

i just dont understand how people can support this.

Sickeningly. the WP reminds me of the Angel of Death, how it goes door-to-door, seeping its poison.....
