So now he is wearing an army jacket! So he is geologist and also an army personal showing abandoned military buildings and claiming they were holding a UFO and also were used as a testing ground where they disassembled them etc etc ... This is a HOAX! I know UFOS are real but come on I am not a fool! I can smell BS for miles!

Knowing something about the stock market and a very large seismic/volcanic event at yellowstone are two very different issues. Faking credentials shows a serious lack of honesty.

Oh yeah and those orbs on this pictures are pathetic! It's called moisture and he calls it an orbs! What a lier! I know ORBS are a real phenomena but this ... this is a pathetic attempt to make a bad name to those who know paranormal phenomena is real. See things like this making those of us in the know look like nuts...

3) Here is a passage on the Yellowstone supervolcano from "A Short History of Nearly Everything" by Bill Bryson. He interviews a Yellowstone geologist, Paul Doss. I don't find it reassuring:

"So it could just blow without warning?"

He (Doss) nodded thoughtfully. The trouble, he explained, is that nearly all the things that would constitute warning signs already exist in some measure at Yellowstone.

This interview by US News & World Report of Dr. Jacob Lowenstern of the U.S. Geological Survey, top scientist at the Yellowstone Volcano Observatory will be informative to those interested in Yellowstone situation.

The gist is that the USGS is also very interested in the situation but that a major eruption is expected to be preceded by steam explosions, major ground deformations and/or larger earthquakes. None of these have occurred. Therefore, Lowenstern thinks the present earthquake swarm "will continue, perhaps for weeks, and then will end without any other related activity."

If you don't believe this guy, fine. Maybe it is time to move on to a different thread and topic. Trying to ram information down peoples throat isn't working.

The geologist, Christopher Sanders is from the Department of Geology at the Arizona State University, in Tempe. This is a link to a paper that he had published about earthquakes in 1994. I agree that the video is dramatic, but he is concerned, and wants people to take notice, and take him seriously. Geologists don't necessarily = good public speakers. www.agu.org...

I've done some more digging.

This guy would have spent an aweful lot of money just to have the pictures taken with whom and where he has just to be a crack pot.
I think he is real. He is mentioned in the Scientific Journal ect.
I think maybe he is loaded with money from gas and oil, and with that he has invested into alternative energy for the future. It does take lots of $$$ to design and produce the products he sells.

As to believe him or not as far as Yellowstone goes...............
Not sure yet. But, my foot is already blocking the door open or I would not be on here.

I do not believe he made the statement for a hoax at all.
I do not believe he is trying to make money from the statement.

Even on his myspace, it seems that there are alot of people that he connects with more than just bs interent crap.

It's about extreme climate change around 536A.D. was suppose to of been worst weather for over 2000 years the sun was dim for three years and no summer. They don't know what caused it volcano , astroid?

Ni I am not willing to give it a rest! Enough is enough! This thread got so many replies and i said NOTHING! It's time for people to wake up. You keep guess if he is a creditable and I will keep saying he is a HOAX and should not be taken seriously. Fair enough ?

I wouldn't start to even consider anything major happening until I see what happens a week or 2 down the line. If things are still going on by then or the earthquakes get more intense or more numerous in a couple days time, then that would get my attention a bit more. The swarm of quakes is unusual but something similar happened in 1985 I think they said, just my thoughts on this.

Now I am not saying all of this picture are fake but if he showed fake orbs in one of his videos and provided fake credentials claiming to be geologist and then military personal then what else is he capable. Guess you never heard or kimble the german hacker who used to have website full of fake pictures of him driving all this expensive cars and jet planes etc etc..

This guy did not come on here and try to make a big deal. He put a link up on one of his sites, and made a video to try and warn people as he felt.
It was someone else that ran across it. If he was trying to hoax everyone, would he not have it sent all over himself..........

I think they linked that to a major volcano, and some historians say that it is what literally started the "Dark Ages". The world was so impacted by it that it threw them backwards a bit. As well, I think I remember something about the renaissance being the end of that period, when the earth climate stabilized.

There's some impact for ya. From what I understand, if Yellowstone erupts like it has in the past, we could be looking at way more than a couple years of darkness. One of the TV programs said something about having a dark ring of dust (ash) in our upper atmosphere possibly for a couple hundred years. Scary thought.

...and just to add to that from my statement on the previous page, no time frame was given and he stated he was going to "suggest" a warning.

I'm not saying I totally believe this guy, but if you are going to flame or discredit him, do it for the right reason.

Not everyone is aware of ATS. Maybe you should ask Realtruth and how HE cam about this link? This will explain how this conspiracy guy became celebrity on ATS and now all over the net. Now I see how hoaxes can be spread like a wild fire over the net. The fact that he posted his hoaxes over youtube tells me not to trust him at all. How can anyone unless you are wishful thinker?

If you're pointing to the fact that the status is still "GREEN", we are aware of this.

Still doesn't change the fact that someone claiming to be a geologist said he was going to suggest a warning for the area.
