I wish we could, but they have nukes. All countries are connected nowadays, and there are millions of innocent children in Israel along with countles other innocents.

I think Israel would nuke the world if they thought they were going to be destroyed. They'd take us down with them for 'not doing enough' to help them.

Of course, that is just an opinion. And Mutually Assured Destruction is a sad fact of the nuclear age.

The " No Peacekeepers" stance by Israel flags a warning to me they are either trying to hide something or they want to fight.

A "peacekeeping force" would only buy time for Palestinian murderers to rearm. There already is extensive documentation of this conflict, most of it propaganda you have swallowed hook, line and sinker.

Hi new to ats and would like to add my bit.
I'm not into hating any one side but try to see all as it is. The Jews murdered their Christ and if you could be open to the idea of karma they have suffered non stop since then - also within recent history nazi Germany, the Jews took what they suffered i.e concentration, genocide etc. and now have become what they have feared with their own camps and a people to mess with. You become what you fight just like America and its terrorist s**t.

I read your post and agreed with many things you have wrote.
through my beliefs, and my own compassion I have long sympathised with the Jews,,, and cried many tears over the Holocaust.
I do not hate Jews,, and I fail to understand that hate.

However,,, 2 wrongs dont make a write.

Israel has the might now and the strength.

It should have therefore rose to the moral challenge,,, and not sought death , destruction, and become what it had despised so much.

Just becaue Israel was a victim in history,,,,,,, it does not justify its actions now.

How does it want to be remembered,,,, for murdering innocent children,,, snipers shooting them in the head,,,, we all know how accurate the sights are on these weapons,,,, there are only deliberate actions.

Palestian propoganda,,, I am sure there is some,,, but do not justify the scenes of death and destruction as a propoganda tool.

How will I remember Israel,,,,,, as a state that leads a shining example on how to rise from the painful ashes

I find it quite unfair that you qualify people who don't agree with the politics of Israel as "antisemites". I for one don't have the slightest trace of antisemitism in me.

The U.N. want peacekeepers in the zones the attacks are coming from now. And guard the entry points working alongside the Israeli solders. They also want to post in the disputed areas being attacked by rockets.

The uncomfortable truth is , you dont want to answer this honestly.

I think you should all go to utube and search "secret rulers of the world". It is a documentary in 29 parts but well worth watching and gives a good insight to the history.

I agree there are a lot of posts gushing with sympathy for the Palestinians. These jerks have fired 3000 rockets into Israel since the year 2000. They asked for this. They deserve this. Israel should kick the crap out of these terrorists.

I think its totally justified what they are doing. If Canada was launching rockets into the northern states and Canadians were suicide bombing themselves in crowded US marketplaces then I would be for all out war on Canada too.

I say this because you aren't calling for all out war with Mexico for the hundreds of murders committed by their Drug Cartels along the Border each year. (There are bombings, rockets, machine gunnings, hostage takings, the lot)

I don’t know why you are using the Hitler example to take it all on the Palestinians today;

First of all , my grandparents were living in peace before Israelis came with their tanks and weapons, Palestinians thought at first it was the English Army at this time coming to help them, until that army have started shooting on everyone that was living there with no exceptions.
This is how my grandparents lost their home and others even lost their life and their families. So this is what I think is what you meant when you said “the legal Israeli estate”.

My opinion is that Israel was formed by force, and until this day they have Arabic territory still invaded from their neighboring countries i.e. Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Jordan etc.

I want to start with Hisballa militants the ones that after September the 11th they became one of the world’s top terrorist groups. For example, they are a resisting group who are trying to get their land back, they didn’t have a peace agreement with their enemy and they performed a military action against their rivals. Israel comes with all its military power and declares war on the whole country (Lebanon), kills a lot of innocent people that have nothing to do with what is happening and breaks the routes of the countries into pieces just for the purpose of putting an internal pressure on that group. (By the way now Hisballa is stronger than any other time in the past after the war) The same brutal suite is carried out in today’s massacres in Palestine; they are throwing tons of explosives while they are sitting in their planes on to one of the most populated cities in the world after a long period of humiliation and siege that stopped even medicine and necessities such as petrol and food from reaching people during a time when children are supposed to be celebrating.

In my opinion the reason they chose to drop bombs on Ghaza and killing many innocent is to make political parties within the same nation and even Arabic leaders put the blame on Hamas. These leaders will then give the green light to Israel to continue their plan of brutality and invading more and more from the palastinian land. (Check the map of Palestine and how much it shrank throughout history)


My Question to all, after all the people that were killed today do you think the cycle of death will stop or do you think from what have happened today is that more and more hatred is created and cycle of death will even continue more?

In my opinion also I don’t find big difference between when a suicide bomber blows innocents or when a soldier drops bombs on peoples heads.

It is damn easy to condemn military actions and point the number of civilians killed… But do you really have the right to accuse? I assume most of you are Americans, what makes it even more bizarre. Look at history of the USA, look at current actions and politics. It is the real, continuous blood bath, the never-ending conflict…

Concluding from what you say, the military actions are disproportionate with the problem, wrong measures to contain the situation. Right… Please enlighten us then and show other way, the right solution to end the blood share… Before you propose anything, check first what have been done in the past. I would say everything was tried already and it failed; the last logical choice is the military force.

I understand where you are coming from with your perspective and it is correct in many ways except for the simple fact that from the formation of Israel to its current position on the world stage.. It has been brutal and has committed a huge amount of ethnic cleansing.

Actually, the country of Israel is located where it always should be. Middle East is the cradle of Semitic nations, place where the Jewish came from. The UN decision from 1947 just brought back the order of the old world.

People love strapping bombs to themselves for no reason and blowing up, I quite often go into my neighbours house and punch him in the face because he has done nothing to my friends or family, but just because his family was persecuted for years.
I also go into my other neighbours house and starve his children and cut his electricity because of something that happened years ago that was beyond my control, if he tries to defend himself I think I will get my big brother to back me up and show him the arsonal I have (which is illegal because I refuse to sign the non proliferation pact), but tnats all OK because someone I knew in my family was persecuted over 60 years ago.
so before jumping to the defence of anyone or anything, ask yourself "why would a person comit suicide if they where being treated well?"

Please do not judge the suicide bombers by the western standards. They are brainwashed since childhood, they believe that killing infidels (like civilians on market places…) is the path to salvation and eternal glory…

Genocide would be a carpet bombing and razing Palestinian settlements to the ground. Now, the military is trying to minimize the number of civilian casualties by carefully selecting Hamas targets.
Concluding, I will repeat once more – if you know the right solution for ending the conflict in Middle East, then please bring it clearly stated. I am sure you will be praised as a savior by all sides in this war and other nations across the world.

Now i personally think that in the end it will happen - international force will be in Gaza. On what conditions, how much, from where - those will be fiercely argued by sides. Current escalation by the way is part of such an argument i think. Israel looks for decades to give Gaza away to someone. Egypt refused. Gaza residents cannot (or do not want) create something constructive on their own. So once again - international forces are the answer. Devil is in details.
