Whats going on at yellowstone?

Do you think that because of near zero sun activity that the Earth's Magnetic Field could be shrinking back--tightening, causing pressure on the crust/mantle?

I know that large sunspots can warp and bend/expand the field, why not the reverse? Anyone know? Just wondering..

Any sun activity since the 3rd?

This increased activity started a few weeks prior to the holidays and was not isolated to Yellowstone. Thats all he said and wouldnt go into any details, but hinted that alot of us out here who have been watching the "trails" are correct. They are linked.

Which brings me to my thought I had earlier today, about something else is causing the linked activity to occur. Magnetic pole shifting, or some outside influence, large mass perhaps causing some effect. Thats just an assumption, cant prove or disprove. But over the last 10 years, there has been increased solar system wide changes on the planets, something is causing this effect. What it is, is anyone's guess. With the unusual weather patterns that have occured and continue to occur, its a sign of something strange is going on..but thats just my opinion. Researching it.

Check Breach in earths magnetic feild......perfect timing if you ask me.
Also to note is that it is now 4 times the size of earth and due to the size of it they are amazed at how many particles are flowing into it and of course our atmosphere.
Now if magnetics go all haywire when we have a EQ imagine whats happening now that there is a MAJOR breach in our magnetic feild.....doesnt take long to put 2 and 2 together. What normally held these things at bay is now off kilter so we have the activity we are seeing.

Large landmass...severe global weather changes (not necessarily all due to emissions, though it sure hasn't helped.) Magnetic changes....possible pole shifting....more earthquakes and geological changes....

Sounds like Nibiru to me!

Honestly though, if you've ever read any of Zecharia Sitchin's books...he does bring up some *extremely* compelling points. Speculation, yet interesting all the same.

Thanks. It would seem idiotic to use it purposefully. just thought maybe a ripple effect from alaska. alaska has had alot of earthquakes the past year or so. the reason I know this is because i get notices by email from the usgs. I havent seen the link so I will send it here. you set up the link through the electronic notification service. That is how I received info on the nevada quakes that wasnt recorded elsewhere.

I thought of that too and began monitoring the SOHO site for any signs of increased sun activity. There isnt anything unusual going on with the sun as far as I can tell. But I am still doing research putting the pieces of the puzzle together and going back in the timeline a few months to a few years to see if there is any kind of recognizable link.

The increased magma and vibrations of the plates are definately going to cause an increase in the Earth's magnetic intensity and size. This may be a good thing since we know that magnetic field is like a shield protecting us from solar radiations. If however it gets too big it can form breaks in the magnetic field lines. If a massive CME were to occur, and be directed at Earth, we would want that magnetic field at "maximum shields" mode for sure.

Im one that never dismisses any possibility, especially when there are ancient texts involved. Lets look at this from a small scale point of view.

If you had 8 ball magnets suspended on strings, and arranged to represent the solar system, with one mid sized ball magnet in the center (sun) and they were all sitting nice and steady, and then bring a larger ball magnet into proximity of your little solar system of ball magnets, what would happen?

They would begin to be manipulated, move about due to the magnetic field influences by this larger one comming into range, as well as each one manipulating the other because everything became unbalanced and unstable.

Its possible something large is influencing the solar system and this geological activity could just be the inital signs, calm before the storm effect. But again I cant prove that or say for sure there is a "Nibiru" incomming. But I certianly do not just toss that possibility aside.

This is just an opinion, but I would think they would use it to try to help the situation and not use it to cause a problem. They live on this planet too. What I worry about is if they can keep from going too far and not over-do the correction and mistakingly make it worse.


I am going over the last 4 years of SOHO data and NOAA data and the USGS data on volcanic activity..seeing if there is some kind of pattern here, and also refereing to NASA's records with the Cassini probe and the Voyager data on what those two probes found.

So far it is inconclusive but I am still in the early stages of compiling the info.

Did anyone get to hear Mitch Battros on Coast to Coast?

I listened, here in Casper, WY, and while the program schedule for KTWO radio shows that the show should have been on, in fact, that first hour of the show was not actually broadcast.

Instead, some kind of religious show was played.

We are hearing the 2nd hour of the show now, and Mr. Noory did make reference to the first hour's discussion of Yellowstone.

It's odd that we didn't get to hear that first hour of the show here.

Could this tie in with the member who posted about his father who's a vulcanologist from the UK, being called out to study Mt Baker? He was called out "weeks prior to the holidays".

Then we have the studies done of the USGS confirming quakes in certain places have triggered seismic activity at other locations, even at great distances. Could it be that everything is shifting, pushing, sliding or spreading apart and will cause a major event to occur on the north american or juan du fuca plate?

KTWO often cuts off the first hour, it will replay again in its entirety after the first run of the show. I monitor KTWO AM always for the C2C shows.

It would not surprise me at all. Yes its correct, this activity has been on the rise and began weeks before the holidays. I am sure that there are many specialists from around the world that are being gathered to monitor and collaborate their conclusions.

It wont be isolated to just one area or 180* opposite. If something pushes on one spot, its going to shove something else in another, and back and forth manner.

Latest Earthquakes M1.0+ in the USA - Past 7 days

I can see why someone would be suspicious of recent USGS reports, not one listing of anything over a M1.0 since the 3rd around YS? Talk about turning off a switch! West Coast has lit up like a Christmas Tree though...Pacific Plates are ringing...wouldn't even those show up at YS with the sensors set so low now?

I have posted this a couple of times. I watch the quakes everyday - and have for a long time. There was a quake on 12/12/08 - that happened in Wyoming. I thought it strange at the time - About 3-4 minutes after it appeared on my widget - It was removed from the widget - and I could not find it on USGS - I did however - find it on RSOE - because they are sometimes slow at adding and removing - it was still there - I cut and pasted it - I think that was the first Wyoming hit -
