The European Union consists of 27 countries.

So that would bring the total amount of countries that have publicly named Hamas a terrorist organization to around 32!

Ill take that as a no. Because the reality is these people are very family oriented and they would not use their wives and children as shields. Of course you will get some propaganda saying otherwise but they never have proof. Mark Twain says it the best....

Thats true, because all of us Americans are too stupid to figure out the difference, thanks for clearing that up for me Mason. I really dislike alot of what I have read here. This is a forum where we can express our ideas...it shouldnt be a forum where our prejudices are voiced. Alot of folks on here are appalled by what is happening in the middle east, as they should be, but it seems no one is actually offering any solutions except the winning of one side or the other, how come both sides cant come out of this better off?? And I mean this as being the entire problem since the formation of the Jewish state in the 60's. All I see is alot of finger pointing, and alot of racisim thrown around.

I can agree with this, it does somewhat seem like shooting fish in a barrel.

Though, fairness hardly applies to war, it is likely that Israel will pay a price for its actions.

The Palestinians may be no match for the mighty Israeli military, but Israel should not underestimate the palestinians ability to retaliate. It is a small place, Gaza smaller... a lot of potential targets for both sides of the conflict, sadly civilians will die on both sides.

You are talking about kill ratios.!!! People, children will die. Under the circumstances that had to be the most immature and callous post to a thread I have ever witnessed.

One mans freedom fighter is another mans terrorist.

The French resistance in the 2nd world war could also be called terrorists for example.

This isn´t the point though, should a country with such military might, advanced weaponry supplied by the USA, be unleashing it on a prison camp full of people.

As i said, its probably a diversion from the economic nightmare the world is in, and going to be in for while.
