Youtube allows people to post videos all the time that ends up being for their monetary gain, go yell at them too. Be an equal opportunity complainer. As for the rest of your post, it makes me wonder if you truly read mine at all. If you have proof, utter proof, that ATS is all some big racket, then take it up with someone who will do something about it. For someone who appears to be relatively intelligent you sure are naive.

I realize you feel directly insulted, and it's because you were. Your perpetuating disinformation by trying to claim this book was not based on this website's posts. Something which is ignorant and not intelligent on your behalf.

It would be the equivalent if YouTube took all of their videos, and made a DVD out of them. What would you think about that?

I enjoy that you use the pronoun "we." We is a very inclusive pronoun, and it does imply that you consider yourself part of "we," which would mean part of us. Odd little Freudian slip, don't you think?

And now your interpretive skills are in question as I was not arguing that point; merely I was incredulous that one of your main points seems to be the book...which is based on ATS posts. I never claimed it wasn't; I illustrated that ideas for the written medium can come from many different sources.

We don't see the problem because of the circular logic in your posts. How has Jim Marrs book personally effected you? Are you disenfranchised because he's making money off of his writings and he worked WITH ATS members writing his book. This was a collaboration that all people took part in of their own free will. I still see no conspiracy, try loosening your tin foil hat and try again.

Wanna take this to the debate forum? There are stricter rules for debate there and maybe we can make some headway.

If someone was dumb enough to buy said dvd when all the content is available for free on the web, that's their issue. Considering I have a youtube account with 27 videos if one of my videos ended up on that dvd, I'd be pretty excited honestly. I voluntarily put my material on youtube, and if they choose to use it in that manner I may not gain monetarily, but I will sure get plenty of free advertising showcasing my editing skills. Sounds good to me.

What we do here is we inform other people of what the government is really doing and how we do it is like this. Being as we can't walk in Area 51 and ask them to download their database onto a disk we gather as much information as we can and after we do that we post the information on ATS in what we call a "Thread", after we post the information in a thread everyone comes and talks about what they think is true and not true, what is right and wrong. When the people made the book they made it so that they can inform others that never have been to the ATS website about what we talk about on here and of course they must pay for the book. Now just like you said it only cost about 10 buck to start a website so why don't stop whining and go start your own website.

I would invite you to find a handful of members (not staff) whom have worked in direct collaboration with Jim Marrs on the book to which he is the proclaimed author.
