Okay, I just finished an astounding 57 pages of this thread. I will give this a go for a while, I have a couple of theories I want to test out... See what holds water.

I think I shall post this tidbit of information that I have found, though:

It turns out that Judge Loving is a member of the Dallas Bar, and is a probate court judge. Guess what his probate court specializes in:

Probate Court No. 3 has primary (exclusive) jurisdiction of civil mental illness cases in Dallas County. The Court's primary mental illness responsibilities focus on civil commitment under the Mental Illness section of the Health & Safety Code. Cases for which the Court is responsible include temporary confinement, extended confinement, chemical dependency and medication hearings. The latter hearings arise because a person cannot be forced, against his or her will, to take medication without a hearing and Court order.

Judge Loving also handles the gambit of probate matters and guardianship disputes, involving minors, incapacitated adults and incapacitated minors.

I have two main theories as of right now. It could really go either way; I was pretty shocked to find out that tidbit of information. I'll post back when I have more.

Very interesting piece of information you discovered. On a side note, I think it is amazing that you read all 57 pages before posting in this thread. Most can't be bothered to read the last 3 pages much less the entire thing and I commend you for that. Would you be willing to share you theories with us??

Okay, so I went through her FederalWitness website, and some other things. I consulted the Dallas, TX court records, and have confirmed that she and Steven did live in MA for a while. She also has a Google profile page that states other places she's lived, worked, etc.

At first, I thought this was a clever experiment; you give people enough information to get the ball rolling, and see where they wind up. This made sense when it was only DebbieWins, as she started inviting people to send her e-mails and it appeared to be working. Some of the stories and theories that were cropping up here were pretty elaborate, and seemed to be based on nothing but sheer conjecture. It would have made a very interesting psychological study. This is why I was not surprised when Jane seemingly found out it was a sham.

Then comes FederalWitness. At this juncture, it's got to be one of a small number of things:

1) A deranged person
2) A very clever person conducting an experiment
3) A highly-functioning person with some sort of psychological condition

I don't think it's #2, as it would have ended long ago. She also just doesn't exhibit the symptoms of #1 at first glance. Back to this later. I was inclined to believe now that she's a prime example of a highly-functioning individual with something like schizophrenia or dissociative identity disorder. I started parsing through everything she had written, checking through records, reading the summations of data that Jane and others have posted... This is my conclusion:

She was an MP in Korea. What she did before this, I have no idea. Jane surmises that she was married and had an annulment; I found no evidence of this, but I also did not have an investigator working for me. She met her husband over there, and she moved back to Dallas with him; this was in the beginning of the 1980s. Things get a bit confusing in the middle of the 1980s. Steven Song marries Debbie. This is confusing, because she should already be married to In Kwon Song. It's definitely the same woman, because Steven Song lived with her in MD. I don't know what happened to In Kwon Song, nor where Steven Song came into the picture. They appear to be in the same family; I will suggest that he may have changed his name to something more "Americanized." They lived in a house that Debbie inherited, but apparently wasn't good enough for her husband. They moved around Dallas a bit. By the 1990's, a good portion of the Song family had moved to Dallas, and lived on Oak Lea (she references this as the beginning of everything).

Somewhere in here, she moved to the DC area (I think this was the Maryland residence), and possibly did some work for the Treasury. She references making an EEOC complaint during this time, which the government is still mad at her about. She also mentions having to leave her husband for 5 years; I think this is when their relationship began to dissolve. He apparently found another woman during this time, and when she returned to Dallas, they got a divorce. From various tidbits posted around, it also appears that he had Buerger's disease. A woman named Myo Kim appears to be the "homewrecker," and Debbie has grown to hate anything involved with anyone named "Kim."

The divorce was finalized in 1999, which I believe is referenced in the current "They're torturing Debbie 11.4 yrs!" displayed on DW.com. I have no idea what became of the husband after this, but it appears that Debbie's life fell to shambles. It appears that she has taken in a number of conspiracy theories and made them her own. She believes that free-energy lasers have been implemented in space, and are responsible for a large number of things, from "disappearing" various items, to breaking things, to causing her pain. She refers to government officials that seem suspicious to her as "stalkers," and when they do something she doesn't like, they've committed a "hate crime, " or a "felony." She also harbors a strong dislike for black women; I think this is somehow related to her husband.

She refers to Oprah Winfrey a lot, but has also equated her to North Korea. Whether she is saying Oprah is a code-word for NK, or whether she's saying OW is working with NK or what, I don't know. What it looks like, in the grand scheme of things, is that she believes every government entity is out to get her. She believes they stole her husband, they've bribed her family, and they're constantly plotting against her ("torturing" her).

I have come to the conclusion that she's mostly #3 of my possibilities. She appears to have some form of a dissociative identity disorder, as is evident by her clear psychosis, referring to herself in the 3rd person, etc. I think this may have been present for a while, and her divorce/family split was the stressor that made her permanently/semi-permanently flip to the other "identity."

Now comes the curious part. What if she was a part of MK-ULTRA? Psychiatrists did induce DID into subjects because it made them easier to control; she was a member of the military during a time when this may have occurred. I think we need to focus less on trying to interpret her conspiracy theories (they're all going to resolve to the world being out to get her) and focus more on her background and find out exactly what happened to her. She obviously wasn't always like this, but now she is.

We need to figure out what the deal is with the In Kwon/Steven Song thing (are they the same person?). We need to figure out why the divorce occurred. One possibility that crossed my mind was that the Songs were just using her to get American citizenship. To put it frankly, I don't know.

Where do you think we should go from here?

This had been going on too long for it to be some kind of experiment, as the resources to keep this up would be wasted IMO as it reaches almost no one.

Then again, it does make for a nice little data-mining project, but I think a chick who has gone off her rocker makes more sense.

Your post and theory do a better job of summing this all up than any other single post I have read. It is very logical and coherent and I think the closest thing to the truth we have thus far. One question I have is how FederalWitness fits into all of this? Is one of Debbie's personalities behind FederalWitness?

FederalWitness is hosted by VistaPrint; they're the same people that make business cards. On one of her links, she asks people to buy something from them using her referral link, as she gets $5 credit for every purchase made. I have a hunch that when she was ordering business cards, she noticed that they could host a website and decided to use the free trial; she liked what she could do with it and kept it. In any case, I believe it's the same person. The "code words" are the same, the almost-perfect-yet-disjointed speech is the same. I think you're witnessing sites with two different purposes, but merge in the middle. She's also posted classifieds in a lot of different places online, asking if people have been through experiences detailed on FW. I'm wondering if DW is supposed to "warn" people, while FW is supposed to "help" people, or maybe one's a "business" site and one's a "personal" site... All I can offer is pure conjecture on that.

There's an interesting psychological condition known as Wernicke's Aphasia... Speech often seems garbled because certain words are unwillingly switched with others that may not make sense. I believe this can be transmitted through writing, but it doesn't seem like that's exactly what's going on. A lot of what she writes isn't that garbled, one can figure out what she means fairly easily... So I'm not sure if her language has merely devolved (maybe "evolved" to her?), or if there's an actual psychological explanation. I do find it interesting how her grammar is almost perfect most of the time; this indicates she has had a fairly decent education.

I've figured out what most of her word substitutions mean, but "goose" still puzzles me. Any insight on that would be helpful. She calls them goose courts, goose this, goose that. I wondered if she was alluding to goose-stepping, as in Nazis and fascism, but it doesn't fit too well.

I've read her stuff in the past... and I learned that all the harassment she talks about started shortly after she contacted the EEOC. That was a bell ringer for me.

I've been following this thread since the beginning but have to admit that it's way over my head.

I wish SeeJaneRun had actually posted who/what this was after she found out. I haven't seen her on ATS since which in itself is quite intriguing.

After SeeJaneRun's post I just dipped in and out to see if anyone would ever post who/what this was all about but I haven't looked for a few months. Today I looked at the DW.com website and found it interesting that she has the word 'Vatican' posted there - I'm not sure how long it's been on her site but my mind made the link about the news that the Vatican bank officials are being investigated and so I found myself back here in this thread.

Is the recording real, a hoax, Debbie, someone on her behalf, is Debbie a group rather than one single person? If the recording is real then she definitely doesn't sound like a crazy person. At first I suspected it was a hoax but there doesn't actually seem a lot of people interested in this topic, here or on other sites, so maybe, just maybe, it's genuine?

This thread is very interesting but I do wish SeeJaneRun had posted exactly what she'd found out - it's very frustrating that she didn't. I think she U2U'd a few others about what she found out but none of them posted what she told them. If I knew what SeeJaneRun knows then maybe I could leave this thread alone but I love a good mystery and just keep being drawn back.

ok so i found an In Kwon Song JR. on facebook and guess where he lives! Dallas Texas www.facebook.com... and i also found a steven song on wikipedia and he was born in 1981 so i doubt it is the same but ill add the link en.wikipedia.org... and a steven song on facebook www.facebook.com... also note that if you look at inkwon song jr's facebook friends list there is the same picture of the jesus figure as the one in debbie songs youtube video which i thought kind of odd.

First of all she was in the military, and was married to a korean.

She was in the army a double agent of sorts who's job was to deal with Koreans. As part of her cover she married one. They would not recognize it as legal because that would allow her husband Kwon Song to live in America. The problem is Korea is our enemy. They are one of the 5 countries who are against our banking style(NWO). They track/stalk her because of they suspect her husband of being a terrorist. The government has a history of attacking itself under the guise of terrorism. Pearl Harbor, 9/11, Operation Northwoods are all examples. Which allows government more control over us through spying (Patriot Act).

yeah i have been thinking something along those lines for a long time now i was just waiting till i had more info to make that post well i guess you beat me to it thanks im glad someone came up with almost the same thing as me, what do the rest of you think about this theory. it honestly sounds the most credible so far. but who knows in all of the different directions this had led us so far it could be just about anything but i do like this theory!

hi all - i've been watching this thread since 2008, stumbled back across it last week. i can't believe it's still going i thought i would register and hop on for a while and try to help with the mystery. dug in and did some pretty heavy skiptracing of debbie and her family over the weekend - it's sorta my hobby. but i'm not sure i'm going to post much of that because it doesn't necessarily serve the larger point of solving the mystery and it's sort of a big invasion of privacy... i am fairly sure that if we contacted her siblings or her kids they would just say she's got some issues, anyway. her name would've been deborah lee dodge when she enlisted in the military (that's on her site, not so plainly, but it's in there), but i haven't been able to find anything that might help with that. military records are not available for those in service after WW2 - if anyone here has that sort of access, i suggest it is the fastest way to figure out what the heck is going on. but i'm sure nobody does... and the military doesn't really throw around records of former mindscramble victims in korea or HAARP targets, i'm sure. ha.

oh, one person did ask though, and this was posted on her site as well (i wish i'd found that before i spent time tracing it!) - steven and inkwon are the same person. from public legal records, it would appear he was going by the name steven by at least 1990.

the other way to make some headway would be for someone other than otto to decrypt that crazy string... so i sent it to a cryptographer. will post back if it's anything of interest.

i'll log back on and post all my theories if anyone's still on the thread (ninthaxis? you around?) - it's all in a big crazy cut-and-paste doc and honestly after a day and a half of being submersed in this stuff i felt like i was going totally insane and couldn't organize it. but here's one: i read the entire federalwitness site this weekend, and i have to say, personally, i think that both sites were written by debbie. the writing style is different, but still extremely similar. after a couple hours, i actually found i could make a fair amount of sense out of her stuff. nuts. anyway, i think that KANGAROO is one of debbie's more coherent alters - in fact i couldn't find any definitive proof that made me believe she had DID (well, aside from the fact that she always refers to herself as debbie in third person - but then read a quote somewhere on federalwitness that said: "I am Kangaroo.. I don't like the roo part either, but it's a package deal" - mmm, don't like roo? package deal? yeah, that's my theory there.

also, i was trying to find a cached version of the MHYTH page, and when i went to the wayback machine i found something most curious: there is no entry for federalwitness.info, even though a site should have something up there if it's been up for at least six months. there is NADA. it doesn't exist. so then i looked up debbiewins.com, and there is only one entry, from october 2007. go to web dot archive dot org and check it out - i couldn't get the link to the specific cached page to work, but you can search it from there.

i just thought that was.... odd. my website was up on-and-off for 6 years and has 36 cached versions. i know she updates her site way more often than i did.

so that's what i got for now... thought i would hop on and see if this thing's still on. somebody holler if you're here.

ok well i have found something relevant to this thread and when i first seen it everything clicked into place in my head for me. i think this is the truth.

so debbie is constantly referring to electronic warfare, electronic harrasment, electronic stalking, and similar. well i was looking into another thread here on ats and i will link to it shortly. and then i seen this patch of a black panther and i copied and pasted what is written under it and have provided it in the quotations notice how it says related to electronic warfare then at the end it says Project Deborah. well i think she may have been involved in this black ops and then someone tried to wipe her memory or programmed her to forget via MK Ultra and said programming is now wearing off or she is breaking it down. either way you look at it MK Ultra is definitely involved and now i greatly believe so is this Panther's Den. I have looked online but i cannot find further info on this. Interesting... Hanscom is about an hour from Ashburnham, where Debbie grew up.
