Hardcore Semi encrypted conspiracy site

If I ever need to encrypt data, it will basically always be for commercial reasons. My encryptions algorithms, when employed, however, are not uncrackable, even despite the fact that the encryption is amongst the best.

Computer can be hacked into, and personally I have to be defended from virus risks by means of the virus software (shareware free version) and the very strong "firewall" that blocks predatory viruses within a fraction of a second from booting onto the computer. The computer is therefore immediately able to avert any security threats to it's own confidential data, for example data and information etc. stored on the platters of the hard discs in the secure area.

I found this thread a few days ago... I have done alot of reading on this subject. Pertaining to the pot thing, some say that marijauna prevents mind control by shutting down a part of the brain that is succeptible to control and for victims it prevents further programming. My theory on this is that she is putting everything out there to see in case she gets rubbed out, or because she herself cant seem to make sense of it so she filters through it herself. Also through reading the generational mind control is evident so I think her family history and the fact she was in the military is significant. I have also read that when someone gains faith in Christ thier prgramming can kind of be disrupted or broken down, also as they age so she might be maental but at one time she was useful, perhaps they are still trying to recieve information from her brain that they need so she is still around. What do you all think?

BTW, have you all gone to her companion website that give definitions and such? I suggest you really read this over. As far as the felony and crimes comments go, I think she is documenting crimes that would go against her if we were still abiding by the constitution. She also states that her website gets "changed" or added to or words, phrases and such are falsely attached to what she has wi=ritten or that it gets completely deleted, so that is something to keep in mind here as well. This is truly interesting.

Wow, I just stumbled onto this thread, and I have to say it is interesting.
Have to stop and really think to what each blurb means but one think stood out.

Down in the contract info it says

It could mean taking care from or taking car from DAV (disabled american veterans) They do provide services for disabled veterans and some chapters have shuttles for veterans if they can't make it in on their own. Of course I remember reading somewhere that she walks around with a shopping cart so maybe the DAV wouldn't let her have her cart and she thinks that was a hate crime.

Regardless, I think we as ATS should continue to decipher this. If its jibberish then at least we as a group can use it as practice grounds for us to actually work as a team and practice deciphering stuff that will keep our minds sharp

I have emailed her about some personal things to maybe help her and she replied to me. She is quite sane. She knows what she's talking about. All you have to do is ask her serious inquireis and she will respond quickly. She is a victim of mind control. If you can help her with suggestions to break that, it would help the poor woman.

Taking cart from DAV-Hate Crime

This I think means, when someone takes away a cart from a DAV, they are performing a hate crime against the DAV. She is telling "them" what she observes as crimes against people, and then documenting it. If you are up to snuff at all about some of the alter personalities these officials have you would further understand that they are deepley involved in mind control and MPD.

Yes. Her background, and her families background is in military. This is also interesting as far as the mind control issue, because many of these victims come from the military. Today in her email to me she mentioned Janet Reno. If you read about the ties JR has to the dark underbelly of MC, this poses some very interesting thoughts. I am going to look into certain dates to see where and when both could have been together or nearby eachother.

Things I haven't seen mentioned on this thread

If this Debbie person is a programmed multiple
1. Depending on the alter that is out, wouldn't her writing style change according to "who" she is at that moment?
2. Is it possible that different alters have different email addresses & different handlers or contacts? (cc-ing different people/ depts re emails)
3. Alters generally don't share memories/ experiences amongst themselves, but may know about each other & intervene.

Handlers supposedly just walk up to their people (?) on the street in a seemingly random way. (multiples are often unaware of it unless someone who knows them & sees it happen, mentions it) Is it possible this is one of the reasons she's walking around so much?

I am kinda wondering if she could be a handler. In a place like Dallas or Houston, people who appear homeless can be pretty "invisible" to most people. If she were talking to someone who appeared incongruous, a passerby would assume she was panhandling, wouldn't they?

It would definetly be interesting if anyone in Dallas could kind of follow her for a day or so. I know its kind of stalkish but then we may know who she really is. The odd thing is that she roams around the street all day but then promtly emails people back and does research online with some suave. This woman has me fascinated! Your idea of a handler is interesting also. The things she writes could be triggers for other MC victims. In a previous post seejane run talks about her husban/boyfriend saying she is a plant, well maybe just a handler, or a go between.

The reason behind the research of bie, eib was to the thinking of "the third wave" or in other words the three letters!?!

Another interesting find was the fact that both bie, eib have connections to money, and computer/technology/computer programming. Is this debbies way of forewarning us of economic collapse and technology implants? And for the "Bié" locations, could that be were the "elites" live? or perhaps could those be safe zones for up coming disasters either man made or natural?

It seems that despite what I look at it has connections to money, and computer/technology/computer programming. Am I possibly connecting more dots or am I beginning to go in circles? perhaps the third wave is the economic meltdown?

Hi ninth, I found this thread about four hours ago and have been reading since. I realised just a few minutes ago that the posts I was reading were from 2008! Is that right? This thread has been going for 2 years?! That would mean Debbi's site has been going for, what, five years?

Anyway, in four hours I got through 16 pages, so to get up to 50+ would take me a damn long time, so I hoped you might give me a quick rundown of what's happened....? Last I was reading, you had just recieved what seemed to be an annoyed email from Debbie and were thinking of good question to email back, and seejanerun was thinking of faxing/phoning number on the site.

I guess after 2 years, the thoughts I came up with have most likely been covered. THis thread really interested me though - by far the most enthralling I've come across on ATS.
