great thanks i have been looking but i can't find any info other than what i just posted but ever since i read this thread a few years ago i am constantly keeping my eyes open for anything that could be used to help this thread. by the way can i ask you about you signature. did you come up with it or is it something from her website or the federalwitness site?

My sig came from the "Stag 14" page on the federalwitness site. I just thought it was kinda funny.

There are two things that have been on my mind from my recent reading... one is Kathleen Sullivan, do you guys know of her? She, along with Cathy O'Brien and Brice Taylor and other folks (I think they are three of the most famous), claim to be survivors of satanic ritual abuse and MK-ULTRA programming. I've been reading Kathleen's book "Unshackled: A Survivor's Story of Mind Control" and I keep wondering if that might not be related to what happened to Debbie. Especially if she grew up in an area that is near big military bases, and her family history has a lot of military men (which I seem to recall it does) there could be something there. The timeframe would be right. If you don't know anything about Kathleen, do a google search and read some of the interviews she's done. I think the possibility is at least interesting. (But if you have no basic background in conspiracy theory, it is all probably going to sound completely and utterly insane.... heh.)

So, I doubt that I can dig up any info on Project Deborah, but I did think that possibly investigating her family's military history might give us some more insight into what has transpired. Plus, it's theoretically doable... although Vietnam-era records would be pretty impossible to come by, at least some records up until about 1950 can often be retrieved.

I've also been thinking about the Phoenix Program in Vietnam... I've found some references to parallel dealings in Korea, but I don't know enough about it, and have my hands full with too much other research, to really get too far into it. But that may be an avenue to pursue if anyone happens to know much on the subject, or is willing to put in a little time.

Still haven't found the time to fall back down the rabbit hole, but my subscription to this records-search site ends in a week or two, so I will try to find the time between then and now to do some more digging..... heh.

well i guess if all else failed we try to do a FOIA and see if anything comes up for what you are talking about as well as the Project Deborah case but i doubt you would get any info back from foia on project deborah. does creating a foia request cost money? if no then i would be willing to try it out but if it costs money it will need to wait untill i can find a job.

All I can say is WOW, It took all of 3 minutes for me to be sucked so far into this that I lost track of time and didint dig my way out for at least an hour.

Very interesting stuff, mysteries are my thing anyway-Haha

Connecting the dots:

1. MKULTRA never stopped. You all must have noticed that nobody ever went to jail. Nobody (except Cameron) even got charged.

2. MKULTRA/Monarch is connected to pederasty. Lots and lots of uses for pedo's and kids. The pedos traumatize the kids (creating multiples) and the kids are used to blackmail powerful people. Just as an example.

3. Later in life, the multiple personalities tend to reintegrate. The MKULTRA adult will remember his abuse at the hands of pederasts.

4. Some states (including Ohio) have no statute of limitations for child sexual abuse.

5. The powerful people threatened by their grown up victims have an interest in discrediting their victims' testimony.

6. That's where mind control technology comes in. If an adult steps forward and says, "I was abused by him as a child... and by the way I hear voices in my head" - boom. Discredited.

yup thats exactly how it happened to me when i found this thread i ended up sitting and reading the whole thing before i stopped haha well anyways thanks for the help and thanks in advance for posting if you find anything out as i would love to come to a final conclusion and i think it has to do with the project deborah and the military base it happened at since it was close to her child hood home

you know, i have also been toying with the idea of just calling one of debbie's kids or her sister and talking about it with them. i have numbers for a few of them - but i'm not sure what i would say, exactly. i guess that there is a whole community of folks on the internet who are concerned for deborah, and particularly that it's possible that someone is using her identity for unsavory purposes. but i'm afraid that somehow it would come out that we're all sucked into this weird ghoulish game and they would just be peeved and doubt our intentions. but honestly - it's almost impossible not to be intrigued! if you called, what would you ask them? maybe we can make a list of questions like they did for emailing debbie.

i found some old photos on the internet that may be of debbie... they fit the description. i'm thinking of going to dallas and looking through high school yearbooks and going to see the miss dallas people to see if there are any pics or anything like that. and trying to track down debbie - there are some really specific instructions on the federalwitness site about where to find her. though folks who have encountered her don't seem to have been able to sit down and have a pleasant chat, exactly... she's deeply suspicious of everyone she doesn't know. but it's only a couple hours - i may be the closest to dallas on this thread?

i am absolutely convinced debbie is a real person... i am mostly convinced she is writing both these sites, and that kangaroo is an alter. i wouldn't doubt it at all, really, if jane's husband hadn't said that the site was done by a plant, and if jane hadn't come to the conclusions she had. i was really wishing last night we could track down jane and get her to tell us what her PI found out. she might take pity on us if she knew we were all still plugging away at this.

btw i could not get the crytographer i know to bite... so if anyone can or knows someone who can crack that dang cypher, it seems like that could be a piece of the puzzle. i'm tapped on that one.

the first two hours of searching and 200 pages of info are free. there is one catch:

"Clearly identify the record(s) being sought and be specific on the type of documents. Avoid terms such as "requesting any and all documents" since this type of request generally requires clarification and responsive documents can include excessive costs for search and releasable documents."

so... that means we need to know what we want to ask for before we do so. i'm thinking RFPs to potential vendors, lists of contractors, ummm... okay i have no idea.

This allows the FOIA office to redact or remove information generally exempted under the FOIA program and process your request quicker. it looks like the Electronic Systems Center handles the Cyber Safari program, which i believe is where Project Deborah was headed up? i would personally limit requests to Panther Den and Project Deborah, probably, for the sake of cost and the amount of info to rifle through....

I've been going through some of her writings,and the more I read the more I think is that she isn't talking about anything that's any crazier than what we discuss on this forum.

jeremy - i checked out your site and it's pretty impressive.... it sounds like you are definitely extremely well versed in this. i am wondering if you might have thoughts, is there some way that we can actually help debbie? i mean, i know everyone wants to solve the mystery, and i know i at least want to make sure someone hasn't stolen debbie's indentity. i also think, out of respect for her family, that solving the mystery to some level of satisfaction is going to be the best way to nail the lid shut on this thread, which i am sure is what they would probably want - but i don't think it'll happen until there are some answers. it's too compelling, as we all know. and debbie's put it all out there, which is either a cry for help, or a desperate warning to us all. either way, it begs to be solved.

but beyond all that... what can we actually do to help her?? i have thought about trying to contact an organization like the north american freedom foundation to see if there's something they might be able to do to help? or if there's some sort of... protocol?... for this sort of a situation... ?

as i said before, i am convinced debbie's real, and i think it's completely plausible that she was tortured/split as a child, or in the military (i keep thinking about candy jones), or both... and if i believe that much, it's not really a leap to believe the rest of the story, though i'm not very knowledgeable about that part of things. but i don't know if you read the whole thread through (uh, it takes about a day - at one point a woman on this thread who was heavily investigating debbie's story hired a private investigator, who came back to her and said the whole website is a sick experiment of some sort by a phd student for a dissertation. she never told the group (or if she told some folks, they haven't shared) how they came to that conclusion. what do you think about this idea? there have also been theories floated that the "debbie" sites are being used as bait to try and lure in other mk-ultra survivors for reprogramming. i'd love to know what you think of these ideas... i think we could really use your perspective.

I've been reading through her site, www.federalwitness.info... . It looks like she's discovered the TI community (she mentions multistalkervictims on the front page).

My verdict is "not sure" based on that site. I can't rule out the possibility that she's really targeted.

When the average person is getting 24/7 harassment at the hands of someone or some small group of people who're reasonably smart and have access to mind control / mind reading technology... that person doesn't stand a chance.

A lot of targeted individuals, even now, don't really get it. Their belief systems are under attack.

A targeted individual who's under 24/7 mental surveillance and focused harassment can be led to believe some pretty crazy stuff. If the TI actually takes the threats and other non-verbal communications seriously... she's screwed.

I'd have to interview her to figure out if she's mentally ill or targeted (or, possibly and sadly, both).

Did anyone ever figure this out? I'd been trying to follow it, but got sidetracked.

All I can say is WOW. I've stumbled across this thread and have been glued to my laptop for the last 3 hours!!!!!!!!! I'm so disappointed that no resolution has come into fruition at this point. *sighs* This was like reading a good novel where you become involved with the main characters, lol, and hate to see the book end. I'm going to save this and keep checking back. Keep going to those of you who are doing the digging!!! This is most fascinating.
